Has anyone heard of EMF/ES causing acute electrical conductivity in the heart leading to acute and severe spasms in the heart? This is increasing, and becoming more frequent and severe!! There is a sudden increase in arrythmias and heart feels as in spasm, to the point where the whole body trembles... There have been some other weird symptoms where there is a need for large consumption of lamb!! Two days ago, against my own resolution not to take vits and supps, I started on multi adding B1 and Panthotenic Acid, Kelp and a multi minerals. There has been lessening, of those symptoms, but it continues. I am wondering if it is possible for ES/EMF to cause damage to ion channels and metabolizing pathways leading to inability to absorb nutrients from foods? There are hypglycemic attacks, with normal blood sugar level!! It does not exclude possibilities of hyperinsulnemia etc... I came across a paper which mentioned EMF exposure causing diabetes and who knows what other metabolic process which we are unable to diagnose for which there is no label yet!! Thanks Kookie |
You may want to look into supplementation to cure deficiency of Q10 Ubiquinol, creatine, carnosine

Hi, Are these heart symptoms happening when exposed to wireless radiation? HIgh electric fields? In a pinch, pure essential Oil of Lavender, 2 drops right on the heart will stop this. It has to be a pure organic Lavender Essential OIl...the cheap ones will not render the same help. But you need to be aware of what is CAUSING these symptoms and address it. Also, the thryoid controls the heart. I have known people who get these symptoms, they thought they were anxiety attacks, which they can be...however, when they took thyroid and adrenal supports, (starting with adrenal support first..and then adding the thryoid support a week later) they found the anxiety attaacks were much much reduced in severity. And too, Magnesium deficiencies are a huge cause of heart problems. Yes, Emf's are known to cause a whole bunch of things, diabetes and low blood sugar being the just the tip of the iceberg. I have a friend who carries both Lavender Oil and Bach Rescue Remedy with her, in her purse, ....combined, they work well together. She used to get such severe heart problems, usually when she wasn't home...that twice, she ended up in the back of an ambulence. ONce she started supporting the body, with thryoid/adrenal support, lots of Magnesium Chloride OIl baths (google Mark Sircus and Magnesium and Heart).....her episodes reduced greatly. Slowly, very slowly she is coming around the realization that cell phones, cordless telephones, high electric fields, high magnetic fields effect her health. She hasn't been able to wear a watch in years...when she wears one, it STOPS. I believe she is ES...but she is very resistent to this information. Hi Lizzie: Thanks for the info. Since receiving Medical Qi Gong from an excellent practitioner, there have been huge improvements in my symptoms, but for the last week or so, the heart spasms have been acute and severe!! I am NOT having anxiety attacks, in fact, I am calm when this happens. Not panicky, and I usually feel so ill when it happens, I just sit it out... Sometimes, I continue with my activities. I am wondering if your friends described what I did, that is heart shaking, heart spasms, irregular pulse, dizzy, but not panick, not stressed. The heart feels as if its vibrating as do muscles, literally? It it is, then quite rightly, it could by hypthyroidism, diabetes, or any number of other medical problems. My thyroid test came back "normal", my blood sugar level "normal" I was hypothryoid, unable to take Armour or Thyroxine. Recent tests for the last six months show "normal"... Why thyroid & adrenal support did she take? I read a published paper recently which mentions diabetes can be caused by EMF, in which case, I would postulate why not hypothyroidism??? It can cause so much damage, on all levels cascading in various symptoms for the individual. thanks, Ole. I have been taking a protein powder made from yellow spilt peas which contains high amount of amino acids. I will try this again. Good article, just read it. I had no idea that being low on Q10 could cause those symptoms. Its difficult, other deficiencies can cause same symptoms, cramps, etc.. which I have. Have been on very limited diet since 2002 because of allergies. It makes sense there are some deficiencies. A few years ago, I was tested for Q10 level, it was lowish.. May have to try this asap, and who knows. Which would be the best C0Q10 to try??? HI,
I hope you find the supplements to help you feel better. Can you explain this type of therapy when you have time? http://www.medicalqigong.org/resources.htm#medical_qigong Kathy [hidden email] wrote: Subject: [eSens] Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias Hi Lizzie: Thanks for the info. Hi, Kooky,
I have had the symptoms you describe when subjected to particular emfs. For me, it is full on dysautonomia. Emfs can affect my bp, bs--high and low, temperature, shaking/ vibrating, heart fibs--pounding, racing, skipping beats, vibrating (not as bad as you mentioned tho--not to the point I am *actually* visually shaking all over--I shake a little bit and it causes muscle weakness, but inside I am shaking a lot.) My respiration is also affected, and I can have anaphylactic/ asthma symptoms and great anxiety.... I have also had mini-strokes. [I seem to be worse with migraines and strokes when the sun flares are bad, also; so outright strokes might be more solar than emfs--not sure. I have a type of absence seizure which started last March, after not having it for about 10 years. The mini-strokes followed it and later, last July, I had an actual stroke, but again, this was the first one in about 10 years. It did follow being emf-ed, tho.] And, yes, this is why I began ion channel searching, because I knew a bit about ion channels previously due to having celiac disease, and realized emfs could have a huge impact on those (especially since I also have celiac disease, which also affects tjs and ion channels). For me, personally, calcium AEP and pantethine help A LOT with all these symptoms. This is likely due to helping the adrenal glands, but I could be wrong. I also appear, personally, to need a great deal of calcium, so I feel that I have calcium leaking--and I *do* appear to respond well to natural calcium channel blockers (manganese and taurine). I have begun to suspect that not all who have ES, tho, have calcium leakage, but some instead are experiencing leakage of other ion channels (potassium, sodium channels....) Interesting about the lamb--I will have to investigate and see what nutrients lamb is high in. I don't know whether emfs can directly destroy nutrients, but I suspect greatly that they can sometimes cause tj damage in the gut, which negatively affects absorption for various nutrients (calcium, being one). [If emfs open tjs in the BBB, it is just as likely particular emfs do the same in the gut.] As to your questions about hypoglycemia and diabetes..... I had pre-diabetic hypoglycemia from the age of 16, till just AFTER I went gluten-free (which helped close the tjs in my gut and BBB). After going gf, I almost immediately became diabetic. HOWEVER, I now notice I am diabetic only in my old house! I am normal or pre- diabetic hypoglycemic in my new house. It has to have something to do with the emf difference between the two houses. I also notice I spike--bs gets very high and quickly plummets to too low bs--when I am emf-ed badly. So, you do the math! I feel like I could eat a cow when I am badly emf-ed. Other nutrients which have helped me are: B12, CoQ10, D3, molybdenum, Bs in general, vit A, vit C (all natural supps). I also see great help from pure virgin coconut oil (helps especially with the blood sugar issue). Hope this helps you; sorry to hear you are having all these problems, Diane --- On Sat, 8/13/11, furstc0404 <[hidden email]> wrote: From: furstc0404 <[hidden email]> Subject: [eSens] Heart spasms and arrythmias To: [hidden email] Date: Saturday, August 13, 2011, 9:53 AM Has anyone heard of EMF/ES causing acute electrical conductivity in the heart leading to acute and severe spasms in the heart? Thats not what was suggested, the reference was based on reducing
the symptoms as per your experience with consuming lamb ie that it seeminglu contains Q10, creatine and carnosine, hence trying these as pure supplements Definitely look into thyroid and adrenal issues, also TCM and kidney Yin/Yang deficiency From: furstc0404 <[hidden email]> >To: [hidden email] >Sent: Saturday, 13 August 2011, 19:51 >Subject: [eSens] Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias > > > > > >thanks, Ole. Both my girlfriend and I reduced our heart palpitations etc in less than a day immediately
with the Ubiquinol form of Q10. Get either Jarrow QH from iherb.comor try liposomal Ubiquinol. You need to take 200mg for a week, then reduce to 100mg. It works wonders if the problem is deficiency of Q10. Creatine and carnitine (best for heart is propionyl form) Best form of oral magnesium is the malate form, either NOW or Source Naturals brand Best possible form of supplemental magnesium is topical magnesium hydrochloride "oil", ubelieveable absorption, remember to get an original Zechstein sourced product Potassium and calcium deficiencies may also play a role. http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/refsum/refsum.htm Has anyone looked into this possibility: Refsum or ARD? Increasing night blindness due to degeneration of the retina (retinitis pigmentosa). If the disease progresses symptoms can be: deafness, loss of the sense of smell (anosmia), problems with balance and coordination (ataxia), dry and scaly skin (ichthyosis), and heartbeat abnormalities (cardiac arrhythmias). Those w this lack the enzyme to break down foods that contain phytanic acid, including dairy products; beef and lamb; and fatty fish such as tuna, cod, and haddock. I'd like to look into it. Both my son & I noticed burning after eating beef. I also noticed it from a vitamin that contains cod & haddock. Treatment is diet changes. Some may need a plasma exchange. Untreated, ARD can lead to sudden death caused by heartbeat abnormalities. Kathy [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

WOW, this is amazing. I just read the symptoms of QO10 deficiency, and I have all of them!! http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient&dbid=118 It all makes sense to me now. For a few years I had to eat large quantities of lamb to calm those palps. it worked - for a while. Lamb contains Q10!! I am allergic to fish, which contains higher. I tried L-Carnitine, and that helped, again, not sustainable. Then all amino acids from yellow split peas, and green peas, and Hemp. Didn't help much, high content of all amino acids! Am also low on folic acid and omega fatty acids, but allergic to fish, and flax seed oil does not convert well to DHA & EPA. Low on other nutrients due to restrictive diet for so long. I have little doubt that Q10 has a role to play in those palps and weird hypoglycemic attacks, cramps, bleeding gums and so forth. I will order the Jarrow formula. I read that Now is also good as well as Life Extension. I am worried about beeswax it contains!! I heard about other people saying that when they took Q10 it triggered palpitations. Would that be because the dose was too high? I started on a multi vits and minerals a few days ago.. Does not contain all necessary nutrients, nor does it contain Q10. In anycase, if I was low a few years ago, then... --- In [hidden email], Ole Alstrup <alstrup@...> wrote: > > Both my girlfriend and I reduced our heart palpitations etc in less than a day immediately > with the Ubiquinol form of Q10. Its a good find. There are so many variations which are akin to mitochondrial diseases, most are difficult to diagnose... Often meds are implicated in causing damage to various metabolizing pathways, notably fluoroquinolones antibiotics and the L-Carnitine pathways. No doubt, that there are other meds causing similar. According to hundreds of articles, both OTC meds and prescribed meds cause damage to the mito, manifesting sometimes, years later. OK, then it seems Q10 is what you should get asap, remember to get the reduced Kaneka Ubiquinol form. I tried

Oh yes,
I forgot to mention, but carnitine helps my heart symptoms some, too. And CoQ10--yes, very much--my heart symptoms need B12, calcium AEP, and pantethine, tho, also, to go away, but it takes only about 30 minutes to an hour after I take them for all of the autonomic nervous system symptoms to go away. Thanks, Kathy, its probably quite a few things, for instance, I read that we Vit E to process Q10, and I am low on that too. Guess will have to spend some time to read. Same for Magnesium, can also cause heart spasms and sudden cardiac death. I read on a health forum about people suddenly dying, and some were found to be very low on magnesium. One man wrote about his father, who had leg cramps and died a few months later, I often wonder how many of those people suffered from nutrient deficiency!! I hope that I won't react to the Q10.. SIGH, need to keep positive. --- In [hidden email], Evie <evie15422@...> wrote: > > Oh yes, > > I forgot to mention, but carnitine helps my heart symptoms some, too. And CoQ10--yes, very much--my heart symptoms need B12, calcium AEP, and pantethine, tho, also, to go away, but it takes only about 30 minutes to an hour after I take them for all of the autonomic nervous system symptoms to go away.  > > DIane > > --- On Sat, 8/13/11, Ole Alstrup <alstrup@...> wrote: > > From: Ole Alstrup <alstrup@...> > Subject: Re: [eSens] Re: Heart spasms and arrythmias > To: "[hidden email]" <[hidden email]> > Date: Saturday, August 13, 2011, 3:06 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > Both my girlfriend and I reduced our heart palpitations etc in less than a day immediately > > with the Ubiquinol form of Q10.
