Hi Estelle. I drink Melatonin tea. It makes me tired and I have been sleeping better. I have given it to others that have trouble sleeping and It worked for them also. I buy it online at Puritan's Pride.

I go by the principal that ALL things have frequencies.  I kept an open mind about this--after all, using gems like this would have been considered heresy in my former life as a very religious Church musician. What I found was rose quartz DOES help me sleep!  Mother of pearl also calms and nurtures me, amazonite will give me a particularly deep sleep, but I don't like to use it if I am using an alarm clock or it will make me foggy-headed and out of sorts if I wake too soon. 
 
What principal does your foot bath work on?  It works because of frequencies, too; it detoxes due to its frequencies and how protons and electrons act.  Some of my necklaces detox me too, Charles!  Get over it, dear.  You used to put me down because I talked about healing the immune system and body all the time.  And now you are putting me down for something next year YOU will suddenly discover and adopt asyour own idea, too!  lol  I remember when you used to trash talkme because I thought healing was key to recovering from ES instead ofusing gadgets and reworking wiring!  You are a wonderfully knowledgeable guy who I highly respect for your knowledge in various areas (never mind my disrespectful attitude; I am like this with anyone who tries to manipulate me;  I am not easily led by the nose!)  But charming you are not--you could have disagreed agreeably, BUT NOOOOO, not Charles.  Hope it made you happy, Charles.  lol  It is not

If you find sth that makes you better 0.3% each day, well that may improve your health more than 100% after one year?! (365 x 0.3%)

If a calming stone or a prayer makes you sleep much better... well that will improve your health of course... Even after one day and definitely after one year!

Sure, all things do have frequencies.
But we have strong and very weak frequencies.

That is why I see elektrosmog in three categories:
1. Electrical fields
2. Magnetical fields
3. Frequencies.

And how strange and unlogical it may seem, any of these three components mau occur separate from each other.

I have found, that frequencies can go over a greater distance than the other two components, and seen biologically.
It is also my opinion, that the accompanying longitudinal waves do not get weaker over the distance as the transversal waves do.

Be also aware that many gizmo's do not alter anything to the elektrosmog. Many measurements on them have proven that.
What they can do, is changing something in the body, on the immune system.

Be also ware, that cristals etcetera do have a nasty property.
They suck up the negative information, store it, and then start emitting that.

We used f.i. the BioElectrical Shield, which worked fine for a certain time (it contains some cristals).
Than it was over, and it resulted in adverse effects.
Placing it three days on a purple plate could *cleanse* it and recharge it again.

The ionic foot spa does not work with frequencies, but it makes positive and negative ions by an DC current.

I have always stated, that repairing the damaged immune system is the most important step in order to conquer electrosensitivity.
And to do that, quite a number of steps have to be taken, although not everybody is willing to do that.

And, how odd it may seem, prayers do help.
Read *the Field* by Lynne McTaggart.
The mind is a very strong something, that can help.

But do not think, that a rose quartz can help in countering electrosensitivity.
Sleepdisorders may have quite other reasons!

The Germans talk about an *Organuhr*.
That is a biological clock, where organs do have an active phase and a passive phase.
For instance, the liver is active between 01-03 hour, and passive between 03-05 hour.
There are lists for many organs.

PS. Sometimes I have the impression that certain persons see this forum as some sort of chatroom, or Twitter, which it is not.
It is a forum for electrosensitives.

You all may be very lucky, that you can write here your experiences freely, without being interrupted or attacked by fools, which is often the case in Europe.

Yes cristals may help normal people.

And people who are electrosensitive at a low level for a short while.
But not at very hard electrosensitives.

And by using cristals, it is like mopping the floor, with the faucet wide open.

But indeed ist is that simple by just repairing the immuune system.
When you have succeeded in doing that, you again belong to the 75 % of the population, that is not hindered by elektrosmog, and who do not need any cristal or gizmo.

When you have succeeded in doing that, you again can live in an elektrosmog filled surrounding.

Beware, I am not saying that elektrosmog is right, it is far from right, but at the moment we cannot stop the expansion of it.

Overhere, there are enough mobile phone masts to have enough coverage.
Still the number of mastst do have to be doubled, because more and more people are using the new gadgets like the iPhone for wireless internet.

So the mastst are not the problem, but the consuming people are.

Most consuming people don't know emf is harmful... You can't blame people for not knowing every health issue...

The main problem is the politics that don't have enough power (vs economy) and with their little power they don't do much concerning health issues like emf...

Concerning politics I'm disgusted with Obama and how little he does on the BP-problem in the Gulf of Mexico. If it were Bush, people wouldn't accept this, but Obama seems to get much more credit...

Obama keeps on blaming BP, well of course it's BP's responsibility. But this is the biggest ecological disaster by human kind ever, we're in an emergency situation, we shouldn't discuss who's fault it is, we should have it fixed first!

How is it possible that the US (and the United Nations!) don't seem to do much except blaming the ceo of BP?

If Obama would really want to to solve the problem asap, he could hire all the best specialist engineers from petroleum companies, hire their equipment...

They can always send the bill to BP later... Anyway it is ridiculous they're limiting their budget for such a big disaster... just to put some billiondollars into perspective, each year the US spends 700 billion dollar on military and defense! That's money well spent ;-)

Or maybe there are forces that are dictating Obama's decisions? We know so little...

On the immune system Charles; How do you know that the immune system is thekey system responsible for EHS?  I have been working on the immune system & I really am no less sensitive to electricity. Not to say that my immune system is totally repaired; most likely not but.....

Yes cristals may help normal people.

And people who are electrosensitive at a low level for a short while.
But not at very hard electrosensitives.

And by using cristals, it is like mopping the floor, with the faucet wide open.

When you have succeeded in doing that, you again belong to the 75 % of the population, that is not hindered by elektrosmog, and who do not need any cristal or gizmo.

Overhere, there are enough mobile phone masts to have enough coverage.
Still the number of mastst do have to be doubled, because more and more people are using the new gadgets like the iPhone for wireless internet.

So the mastst are not the problem, but the consuming people are.

I think "repairing the immune system" can be very difficult for
some people. One may be overrun with metals, chemicals, parasites,
and/or have chronic nutritional deficiencies, and resolving those
issues can take lots of time, and I imagine many people are never
able to resolve them due to a variety of reasons (not
realizing what their real problem is, lack of money, etc.)

For example, I have suspected metals as one of the root causes of
my ES as long as 10 years ago, and yet here I am, 10 years later,
still believing I have a metal problem even though I have spent
years and thousands of dollars attempting to resolve it (my
main problem being the side effects that every metal chelator
on the market causes me)

Who, how many? Is this a study you were involved with Charles?  Was there tests involved to indicate that their immune systems were functioning differently? 
 
Like to know more! I am trying to connect my symptom of burning skin to theimmune system solely & having a hard time doing so. I can see the fatigue when exposed attributing to the immune system.

Have you had a heavy metal test lately to see where you are?  I think that for some of us the damage could very well be permanent. I don't like to think that way but some organ damage is irreversible.
