Hello Stephen,
a few days ago I got confirmation from BIPT, that UMTS is allowed in the 900 MHz frequency band. The exact frequencies are metioned in a paper on my website. However, the permission fur its use is there, but nobody could confirm that it is in use already. The people of *beperk de straling* did not answer my questions, so I informed them instead. Between May and September, in Mechelen and surroundings the company Telenet will start a test project with LTE. The frequency band 2500-2690 MHz will be used.
