Hi Everyone: I was wondering if any member of the group has experienced an increase or decrease in their Blood Pressure and or Heart Beat when they have become exposed to an EMF Energy source. I just resently experienced a major change in my Blood Pressure and Heart Beat when I was exposed for several hours to a bare conductor that was located about 7 ft. from me. The conductor was charged to 9 Vdc and carried a negative - charge. There was no current flowing in the conductor. Serveral hours after the exposure I realized I had a problem. My blood pressure had risen from my nornal of 140/80 to 195/100. and my Heart was beating very irregular. It is now 4 days later and my blood pressure and heart rate are just beginning to return to normal levesl As Always: Howard [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

Both to track the phenomenon and maybe to put our minds at ease... that it is not an anatomical problem, but an EMF effect. I have no idea what sort of permanent damage this may be causing. We have to get some attention on this problem... but first we need to gather lots of data so when we do protest we won't be considered just more conspiracy theorists. Yes, I have had an increased heart rate ever since the meters were installed, haven't had a good nights sleep since. I also get that rumbling through my bed, it drives me nuts. I am going to put down a mattress topper made of memory foam hoping that puts a layer between the metal springs and me. I also put a folding wood board between my box spring and mattress.
I am think of buying a wood frame with a futon on it as a last resort. I found that I slept the best with a wood bed frame and a latex mattress. Very little metal in all that (just a few screws here and there). Unfortunately, my wife got back problems with the latex mattress, so we're using the innerspring mattress again, and I've got a 3" latex topper on my side of the bed. I think the topper helps a bit, but the all-latex mattress solution was definitely better. Marc |

I also have pounding heart and higher than normal blood pressure. I am in a very toxic house. Lots of cell towers and antennas. Transformer on the pole and power lines across my back yard. I also could hear my bed springs humming. I had to buy a foam mattress.I still hear weird noises at night when everything is quiet.I think it's gremlins. Ha Ha. I'm trying to sell my house. I'm allergic to latex and the smell would drive me nuts, which is one reason i can't use a tempurpedic-surprised myou didnt try that as well.
I'm seriously considering a thick futon on a wood frame, but not sure where to find a good one Steve --- In [hidden email], "Marc Martin" <marc@...> wrote: > > > I am going to put down a mattress topper made of memory foam hoping > > that puts a layer between the metal springs and me. Yes, some of them affect my heart, make it pound hard and fast. -
If you tap the inside of your wrists together at a slower pace about 25-30 times it will cause it to slow down again. You may have to do it twice if it's bad. I have low b.p. almost always, so that hasn't been a problem for me. I also feel those workings under the earth, mainly when I'm in bed, I think because all is quiet and still. I notice it sitting in my chair at the pc sometimes too, but I live along a fault line. I believe it is tremors, although sometimes it has felt more like tunneling going on underground, which is quite possible also, and you certainly could be hearing it. - Think Taos hum. Look up earth tunneling machines if there's doubt we have many underground tunnels and facilities. There's the old mechanical ones and nuclear ones. I don't have any springs or metal in my matress, so that may not be causing what you are feeling or hearing in this case. ~Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], "Marjij" <marjij@...> wrote: > > > > --- In [hidden email], "HowardM" <hmcarthur@> wrote: > > > > > > Hi Everyone: I was wondering if any member of the group has experienced > > an increase or decrease in their Blood Pressure and or Heart Beat when > > they have become exposed to an EMF Energy source. > > > > I just resently experienced a major change in my Blood Pressure and > > Heart Beat when I was exposed for several hours to a bare conductor that > > was located about 7 ft. from me. Here's another symptom I get sometimes, does anyone notice this;
It's a pressure in my head, like your brain is being compressed. It may sometimes feel like a full feeling in your head like you might have a sinus infection but don't? I do know it is caused by sonar when the mil. is doing things, but has anyone else experienced this? ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], "snoshoe_2" <snoshoe_2@...> wrote: > > Yes, some of them affect my heart, make it pound hard and fast. - > If you tap the inside of your wrists together at a slower pace > about 25-30 times it will cause it to slow down again. I drink Melatonin tea. It helps me sleep, some. I buy it online. at puritan's pride. Sometimes I use 2 bags to make the tea. It doesn't always help. I have had sleeping problems for 14 years. This helps the most. Melatonin pills don't help. I have a grounding sheet. It helps some. Q link has been helping me since the smart meter. Not much, but a little. I just started using vervain for my nerves. I will give it a little while to see if it helps. Try the tea for a few nights. I have only seen it online. It has a few herbs in it that help relax you and make you tired. I hope It will help you. Even a regular 2 hours of sleep will help,f you can go back to sleep easily, the tea helpes me with that problem sometimes.I went days without any sleep. If I did fall asleep I dreamed I was awake.I think the years of little sleep was what has made me so sensitive to the EMF. I can't hardly go anywhere without feeling worse. Home is awful too. I sure hope someone buys my house soon.

Hi Linda,
I can identify with you and what you are going thru as I lived 30 years near a power tower that was only 30 yards away. When I walked underneath the power lines I could hear the metal portion of my umbrella humming as you mentioned. Living there I believe raised my blood pressure as prior to that I was passing out on a regular basis from very low blood pressure. After living there for awhile that stopped. It wasn't until recently I realized what happened because after I moved away from the power tower I had a near-fainting spell from low blood pressure for the first time in many years. Not to say living near the tower was good as it caused me to be very ill as you described you feel. How long have you lived where you are? I moved 14 months ago and could give you some idea of how it might go it you are anything like me. Let me know. Yes SLEEP pretty dam important just to recharge the body, since August I
have had trouble sleeping upstairs, I get an increase in my raging tinitus and a general feeling of uneasyness. I have just come back from holiday and spent the nights in a basement here I could feel a sense of relaxation in my body, my limbs felt light and unstressed, yes I agree that lack of sleep will hieghten ES, but basically that's a no brainer as your body becomes weeker without proper sleep and thus less able to defend itself sensibly. I also have noticed that I feel over energised when I am close to my wife in bed, and on many occasions will have to move away from her, this is likely due to the fact that she is a nurse and spends many hours in a ward full of wifi, flourescent lights, electronics and of course many very ill people, I think her bodies electrical system is radiating out bad RF due to the stress the latter, being so close in a bed for long hours it seems not a great leap of faith to belive this is feasible ie that an ES person can be that sensitive, given the right circumstances. I write this as last night was one of those nights where I just lay in bed with my eyes close but my brain wide open ! sleep was just not happening, looks like a night on the tiles again. ps I understand that in the UK telecom providers have been granted permission to double the power of 3G masts since September, I wonder if this has affected my sleep on the upper floor of my house its about the same height as many local lamppost antenna ? puk In a message dated 05/01/2011 05:44:00 GMT Standard Time, [hidden email] writes: I drink Melatonin tea. Hi, Linda, Marjij, and others with bp changes,
I hope it works for you too, Linda, and you are able to sell your house very soon! I have all types of autonomic nervous system symptoms when I am exposed too long to particular emfs. I have bp plummeting, but I suspect that is what happens when you have too many exposures causing high bp and your andrenals finally fizzle out [or vice versa--too low and then too high bp. When I was younger I had high bp at times and we didn't know why back then, which is why I think the former might sometimes be the case.] I have been pretty successful at treating my too low bp with calcium AEP and pantethine. [I have no idea what this combo would do for too high bp; but it might help the adrenals from going completely bonkers, if taken on a daily basis but not necessarily when bp is high.] Also I have taken manganese and taurine which help me to withstand more emfs without reacting, for longer periods. [I don't necessarily recommend this supplementation unless you can do more research on it yourself and determine that manganese and taurine will not be detrimental to your health. Manganese itself can be a toxic metal. Taurine supplementation, however, is highly recommended by Dr. Tennent, of "Healing is Voltage", fame.] I came to using all 4 of these on my own, so I cannot point you to a doctor for this. My nutritionist had previously recommended cal AEP and pantethine for adrenal insufficiency and lymphatic overload. I found the manganese and taurine searching for ways to close leaking calcium channels. [I have long suspected damaged tight junctions and ion channel pathways are at least partly to blame for my reactions to emfs. I appear to have blood brain barrier tight junction damage. Also I appear to have calcium ion-channel problems. When the tight junctions do not properly close, the calcium can leak from that cell and it takes manganese to close the tight junction again.] I usually take the cal and pantethine now only when my bp tanks, but previously, for adrenal and lymphatic overload, I worked my way up to very high amounts for over a year + timeframe under the care of a nutritionist. Not everybody who tries this (cal AEP and pantethine) finds it helpful, which leads me to think one needs precursor supplementation, as well (which I also did), which are very person specific. Calcium, pantethine, and co Q 10 (which I also took/ take--tho spuratically now) are the 3 most essential nutrients for the adrenals and lymphatic system. In those of us with autonomic nervous system symptoms, it does, however, appear that lymphatic overload and adrenal exhaustion is involved. So this is a good place to start working on to heal. Supplementation can be effective. Homeopathy can also be effective in in helping to heal these organs if you can find a very good homeopathist in your area. It is also likely you need to work on your liver, as it is often dysfunctional when your lymphatic system is overworked. Just suggestions to look into. Hope you all find therapies which work for you, Diane --- On Tue, 1/4/11, lindameetoo <[hidden email]> wrote: From: lindameetoo <[hidden email]> Subject: [eSens] Re: EMF Exposures, Blood Pressure and Heart Beat. Yes, even a few hours of sleep helps. The lack of sleep definitely makes me more sensitive not only to emf but to noises as well. i have very good hearing to begin with but it gets ultra sensitive when I dont get sleep. It drives me nuts.

Yes, taping on insides of wrists and ankles does help, not only heart rate, but also will help lymph gland swelling to go down, and other lymph/ adrenal symptoms you might have. (Tap about an inch or 2 above your ankles.) Thanks, Sno!
