Silver lined clothes?

spiralwindintrees
As anyone had experience with silver lined clothes? There is a cell
tower about 500 feet from where I live and I am disabled and spend
most of my time here? (long story but the tower may play a big part in
my diability!). I rent and have limited funds so paint is not an
option (hope to move at the end of the lease as well). The clothes are
appealing too as I could wear them when I go out as well. Do clothes
need to be grounded? I don't trust the wiring in this apt so couldn't
use the ground in the outlet.

Re: Silver lined clothes?

I have some silver lined clothes and in the early days when I was a
total mess, it helped keeping the stomach and gut pain down. Also just
hanging silver mesh over my head helped while at the computer. I
experimented with grounding while at the computer and was never able to
get great results.
It was a trade off with blocking the direct radiation and body voltage.

I think it is better than nothing if you are flying somewhere or are
going to experience a short term exposure. I don't know about long
term. Having that energy floating around your body 24/7 is not good
either.

Hope it works for you.

Sounds like you have the right ideas here. I tried Hitek silver lined
thermal type bottoms and top but I have to say that they made little difference
other than offering a prophylactic effect, its possible that the silver may
even attract signals ? My thoughts are that all metal mesh should be worn
insulated from the bodt, ie no direct contact and only for a short period of time.
I have often worn tin foil on my head but I can feel efeild symptoms when I
do this after a while. Perhaps its good to wear mesh for a while and then
earth it/degauss it by running it through grass or shrubs etc before resuming
wearing it.

Yes, I would think that wearing anything metallic will
simply attract more EMF, and make your symptoms worse.

Can you feel the energy around your body when wearing silver mesh? My
other thought is a silver mesh sheet that would not directly touch my
body. Maybe that would be safer and give me a break from near 24/7
microwaves. I can 'feel' the tower so know I am being zapped pretty
bad.

I am already being bombarded by signals and need to do something. My
understanding is that the silver would reflect what was already around
me. I have also decided to try a silver mesh sheet instead (or first)
unless I get enough feedback showing it won't help. The sheet would be
on top of another so wouldn't directly touch my body.

Thanks for the tip on degaussing silver mesh by running it through

Hi to the original poster of this question,

I have experimented wearing jewelry (not metal clothing) and aluminum.  My findings were that aluminum works best if it is not touching the body. I had to fashion a shield to wear for a few days while working on a new laptop last year.  It worked well.  I formed an aluminum helmet for over my head at the same time, but it was worse.  When I lined the helmet with a hood, tho, it worked.  Same with jewelry--silver or stainless steel necklaces, bracelets, belts, and pins--if worn over thick enough clothing seem to help, yet if worn directly on the skin will be excruciatingly painful.  The pain from a stainless steel bracelet that I wore once in direct line from a cell tower made me feel like I had arthritis all over, very nauseous, and burned my skin where I was wearing it.  I took it off and my wrist was red.

What Marc says is true--metal seems to attract the emfs, which can be good if they are attracted away from you.  On the other hand, what Andrew saidis also equally true.  One can wear it to help on the body, just not in direct contact with the skin.

Welcome to the group.  I wish for you good health,
Diane

I should have mentioned that the aluminum shield which worked so well was worn over my clothing.

Thanks for the welcome. Did you use aluminum foil from the grocery
store? If not what did you use and where did you get it? Silver mesh
fabric or clothing is very expensive and if something else that I can
buy locally for a fraction of the cost will work I think maybe I'll
try that.
Since the strongest microwaves are coming from the cell mast
about a block away I have wondered if I can shield the wall in that
direction. I spend most of my time in the same place at a table doing
artwork and if most of the radation is coming from one direction and
I could work in the shadow of a shield that might feel better than
wearing something. I also want shielding while I sleep. I have
thought it might be worth the investment for silver mesh fabric 5'x6'
and I could shield the wall in the daytime and either put this on the
bed (which is on the ground) or hang it in between me and the cell
mast while I sleep. There are actually two masts and they aren't very
tall... about 90 feet. They are in a baseball park disguised as the
tall light poles. There are other towers and antenna in other
directions but not nearly so close.
Also do the grahmn stetzer filters have any effect on cell tower
radiation. And would the Q-link be of any help. It is so awkward to
have so many options online and to not know which might actually help
(and to manage to buy this stuff!!... aluminum foil is sounding
pretty good!!)

I once saw a man explaining a prototype emf set up for the body, basically a
set of bracelets non metal put on key points of the body, I know have my own
ideas on this and think that the man was onto something ie having node
points to break up the flow of emf around the body and cast it out at these points
rather like meridian or acu points - watch this space

try high performance silver mesh from less emf. or similar on windows plus
grounded absorbant paint on walls find a good ground by trial and error. If
you are near a mast dont be a mast martyr make plans to leave the area.

This sounds facinating. I have taken to walking barefoot around a
park close by to ground the emf and also I sit by the lake with my
feet in the water. I also do a fair bit of Jin Shin Jyutsu and I rub
my feet a lot.

I have been looking at the lessemf.com website. I like it that the
fabrics are rated. I just don't know how microradation flows.
Good advise to leave. However I am between a rock and a hard
place. I can't work, I am living on a disability check. I just found
out the cell mast is there about 2 weeks ago AFTER I signed the new
lease. I used antennasearch.com to see if cell towers were close to
family members who live in other states far from me. My mom has a
tower about 1/2 mile away. One sister has a tower about 1/2 mile
away. The last choice, another sister has a tower about 1 1/3 miles
away. The best bet. However I am having more medical issues, and have
Doctor appoinments set up here. I have a very fragile nervous system
and can't take stress and can't rough it and eat special food to do
as well as I am. One thing that has built up my immune system is raw
milk kefir. I make this (you can't buy raw milk kefir) so need
refrigaration. I also am eating raw beef and need a freezer. I have
tried a number of things for my health and these two do wonders. So I
can't head to the mountains to camp.
My major health problems did co-incide with the operation of this
cell mast a little over five years ago. I was already having problems
and in the process of having a nervous breakdown a month before it
began operation, however it could be another one in a different
direction was influencing me or something at work. When this cell
tower did begin operation (I found details at antennasearh.com) I had
another breakdown very severe and nearly died from nervous system
collapse. To make a long story short, I am healing dispite the tower
being there but feel I need to leave to continue healing, but I don't
have any real option right now. I barely manage to pay rent at this,
how should I say it, very cheap apartment (which ain't cheap), so
can't just go out and rent somewhere else lease or no lease. It is a
difficult situation and that is why I am looking into some way to
shield the tower close by as I may have no choice but to stay here
another year. Plus.... there are towers and antenna all over the
place in the city I live in. I could stress myself all to heck and
find some other slumhole that was maybe 2 or 3 blocks from a
different tower instead of just one block. Somehow that does not seem
like a good strategy. Also I thought to go stay with my Mom. However
that would be rough and she is but 1/2 mile from a cell tower in a
state I really don't think I would do well in. So good advise. Thank
you. I am no matyr and I wish I could leave today. I really do. I
doubt I would be let out of the lease, and I don't need the grief of
breaking one where they come after me for the full years amount. And
I have no where to go. My disability check ain't very big.

perhaps think of water, sunlight, sound it can travel through over across
any conductive surface ie with water content, and other less indentifiable more
quantum effects..

Try also survival blankets say from ebay they are good and cheap. Get out
as much as you can move around during the day, exersise, try to make many
aquantances on your local travels try not to sit around, moving around reduces
concentrated effects of microwaves distributing them around whole body rather
than one area such as head. I will say a prayer for you tonight, I am not
born again but what the heck, if radiowaves can travel to mars and beyond my
prayer might help some how, you are not alone, keep looking for a fresh thought
on how lucky you are and how cheap feeling good can be.

I just came from lessemf.com and I found the page where they talk
about how to shield from a cell tower. I will be gone from here in
one year at the latest so even if the landlord would let me paint I
couldn't afford that kind of investment and likely couldn't do it
right anyway. I'm a little disappointed lessemf didn't give options
but they did have an illustration showing how emf is similar to
sunlight. So my decision is to buy some silver mesh fabric and put it
between me and the cell tower. It will at less cut the amount I am
bathed in. I also plan to ground it. I was hoping some 'official'
source might have more to say about silver mesh clothes but by
googling around I couldn't find anything. So I will experient with
aluminum foil from the grocery.. line a baseball cap maybe.
Thanks for the tip on survival blankets. I think I will invest in
the silver mesh. I can afford that much. I do get out at least once a
day for a walk around a lake. I have looked on antennasearch.com for
a place further away from cell towers and antenna where I can go hang
out. I can't afford gas to drive much so needed something close so I
could ride my bike. I found a few potential spots that are several
miles from the closest cell towers but they are up hills. I haven't
got much strenth anymore. LOL but I can always walk the bike up and
sit and see how different it feels. When I go pick up raw milk (twice
a month) I am on a stretch of road where there are no cell masts or
antenna and I feel so good!! Unfortunately there is no public land
there so nowhere to hang out for an extended time. Thanks for your
prayer. You are right, even at the worst it is amazing how focusing
on the present and simply being alive... how good that can feel!
Solutions will come.

Yes, I use regular aluminum foil from the grocer.  I use the heavy duty (thicker aluminum) one and also buy the long roll (around 18 inch as opposed to the 12 inch roll).

Have you read back thru the archives here?  There was another discussion on this very subject just last week.  Aluminum foil does work very wellif you can improve or don't mind the asthetics of it.  But when using aluminum and other metals you have to take into consideration frequencies bouncing back off of it from electrical sources inside your room.

You are an artist!  (I am a designer.)  You could fashion yourself an aluminum screen with the aluminum over 2 or 3 wood panels or old doors hinged together.  (You could overlay the foil over a string design for an embossed effect and stain the creases with black paint!  Would be cool!) Used on both sides over wood panels/doors, you would then have 2 layers offoil and could move it.  OR better yet, you could have aluminum on one side and an rf absorbing material on the opposite, then you wouldn't have a problem with bounce-back of emfs.  I designed a similar room divider (without the embossing and rf fabric) made of 4 doors with permanent triangular shelves (shaped like a W) for plants, that I put on rollers and can move from room to room when you don't want the divider in place.  Thetriangular non-moveable shelves stabilize the system so it can be easily rolled.  I used foil, in this instance, in the doors' recessed panels for
reflecting light back onto plants.  You can often find old doors at a salvage yard for $10 or so (or sometimes for free from neighbors!)  The absorbing fabric would be expensive, but you could start out with aluminum on one or both sides and then go to the fabric if you aren't satisfied with how the aluminum is working re bounce-back.

There are many things you can use and perhaps using more than one item would work better than hanging your hat on just one particular fix.  For instance, in my house I am fixing up, I am planning to shield from 2 celltowers in front by planting 7 strategically placed white pine/cryptomeria trees, one strategically placed arborvitae, using window film inside the windows, using a metal window screen outside, and I am making drapery panels which I plan to back with an rf absorber fabric which I can draw closed as needed.   In addition, I am placing a couple indoor plants infront of one window in the livingroom which will shield the particular chair I will usually be sitting on.  For my bedroom, if these fixes don't get it, I plan to make an enclosed garden off the bedroom (an L-shaped enclosure in an existing L-shaped alcove on the end of the house) using Hardee plank, which is a high absorption siding material.  This is an ideaI'd like
to do either way, but since money is a factor, it is not on the top of my list of fixes (and will likely not make it into my budget or will have to wait about another decade).  lol

I don't consider myself particularly knowledgeable in the area of shielding, so there are probably alot of other ideas others here have come up withbesides these.  What I am doing might sound like overkill, but none of it is highly expensive and it can be done one fix at a time.  I am starting with the trees (because they will also shield my yard) and metal screens, and will add from there as needed.

Just some ideas to think about,
Diane

touching the body.  I had to fashion a shield to wear for a few
days while working on a new laptop last year.  It worked well.  I
formed an aluminum helmet for over my head at the same time, but it
was worse.  When I lined the helmet with a hood, tho, it worked.
Same with jewelry- -silver or stainless steel necklaces, bracelets,
belts, and pins--if worn over thick enough clothing seem to help,
yet if worn directly on the skin will be excruciatingly painful.  The
pain from a stainless steel bracelet that I wore once in direct line
from a cell tower made me feel like I had arthritis all over, very
nauseous, and burned my skin where I was wearing it.  I took it off
and my wrist was red.

Andrew said is also equally true.  One can wear it to help on the
body, just not in direct contact with the skin.

Hi again, Spiral...

I am doing similar things!  I spend alot of time outdoors in pine groves, sitting to ground myself--base of spinal cord on ground.  I have been trying to find info regarding the polarity of the body and how it reacts withthe Earth's gravity.  I am convinced that I have a polarity incongruity of some type.  I recently realized that I seem to have health cycles which match the cycle of the sun's solar flares.  Sitting on the ground seems to help my entire day go better.  I also like to frequent lakes/rivers and put my feet in the water and walk there/meditate or work there.  Walking by the lake energizes me.  When I walk a path by the river rapids I love it--lots of negative ions--but it wears me out completely and I haveto nap afterwards.  But it is a good tiredness; a contented tiredness.

This sounds facinating. I have taken to walking barefoot around a
park close by to ground the emf and also I sit by the lake with my
feet in the water. I also do a fair bit of Jin Shin Jyutsu and I rub
my feet a lot.
