SDGE says no way to get Smart Meters removed

Someone called me and I explained my situation and he said there is no way they will replace the Smart Meters with the old ones.

That's what I got with my utility co but they offered the prepay analog? Did you ask about that?
 
Seems like there would be a legal recourse!  They are really dangerous meters! Deadly for me.

What is it going to take. I know the City of Marina is opposing smart meters and haven't allow them.  It is ridiculous that we are bombarded  and don't have a say on it.

Yes, I did call PG&E that I want to remove Smart Meter because EMF. She said FCC approve smart meter.  She said Radio .  Sound like she refuse to remove smart meter.  I need to think.  I did call CPUC that I want to remove smart meter but she said I can't remove smart meter because once installed it.  Where is my right?  I moved into my house and never saw smart meter until I found out that bill is higher than Los Angeles, CA!

Yes, but from what I'm reading online, the FCC only found the smart
meter to be "safe" when only 1 meter was in use for 30 minutes --
not a whole neighborhood of meters that are active 24/7?

Safe for who? People that don't have EHS YET until they are continuously exposed to those deadly smart meters. Well my neighbors meters are probably effecting me but I am able to tolerate my house once again with MY SMART METER REMOVED.
