New to ES

Elle
All, I am new to ES (as of July 22, 2019).  I actually got a high dose in late 2014 seated about 200-300 feet away from LTE/4g roof mounted masts at work for about 3 months. But since then I thought I was fine as long as I wasn't near towers.

That all changed this past July.... I showed up for Jury Duty.  After 2 hours I started having palpitations and pain in my head (mostly temple area) when I was waiting in a room with WiFi and about 300 people using their cell phones and Kindles, iwatches, etc for hours.  I am still grappling with the implications and it's extremely scary to me.  I was able to be excused finally and cried all the way home realizing the limitations I now have to contend with.  It took me literally days to recover cognitively, from speaking the wrong words and not having good recall.  I also found myself jerking up in bed feeling like I was not breathing for 4 days at least.  I now know this was diue to my red blood cells becoming polarized, stripping the oxygen from my blood.  I NEVER want to feel like that again.

Obviously since 2015 I have eliminated all Wifi and cordless devices from my home and generally the RF is low (on the Cornet Electrosmog it is about 0.0005
I am not a headache person.  But as of yesterday close to 5p I got a white flash of light in my left eye followed by stabbing pain.  It morphed into a heavy feeling and my temple just feels very heavy and dull pain.  I have been wearing sunglasses indoors most of the day.

I am wondering if taking aspirin or calcium might help?

I also suffer from tinnitus since just over a year ago.  I have been taking Vitamins D at 5,000 I.U. or at times 10,000 I.U. to get my D up.

Any suggestions are most appreciated.

Blessings to you all!  We certainly need it.

Hi Elle, welcome.

Are you feeling any better since yesterday? That sounds like quite an ordeal :(  Unfortunately I don't know any silver bullets, but I think that a lot of people here could suggest things that help a bit. Are you looking specifically for simple things like the supplements and medicines you mentioned, or do you have the time for bigger adaptations? Usually it's easier to improve things if you own the place you live in and have a fair amount of space.

Best wishes,

K

Re: New to ES

Karl,

Thanks for the response and the welcome.  I am feeling about 20% better.  There is still a heavy feeling and some mild pressure generally just above and mostly on the sides of my eyes (auricle area).  I took one calcium pill and I also took about 400 mg of Advil.  It seemed to help.
This will be almost 3 days so hoping it finally dissipates.

It may have started with green tea.  That was the only variable I tried some about an hour before this episode.  Think I will avoid green tea for the foreseeable future.

I will take any and all advice, suggestions on how to protect myself and relieve the symptoms from RF.
I know about Y shield.  Probably not worth doing in my current home with RF so low.  I also plan on moving within 1-2 years.

I would love names of any reputable doctors who actually acknowledge ES and can provide some support for helping me find the right supplements I need.

Does accupuncture help anyone?
Has anyone tried Qigong / Chi Gong?

Thanks!

Re: New to ES

I have been seeing a five-element taoist acupuncturist for the past two-and-a-half years for this, and the gains are slow - I won't lie, some of my treatments have had pretty blank-ing awful side-effects - but I have had some improvement and desensitization, along with working through some pretty deep-seated personal problems totally unrelated (but I guess everything's related in your body - that's part of the 'problem', isn't it?  I feel for you.)  Until you can get your own body energy better stabilized, I wouldn't play with 'energy work', though, especially on your own.  Be aware that some of this stuff can literally change how you think/operate/believe, and not always in a good/wanted way.  I stand by my therapist, though:  she's been a godsend, practically working on me pro bono, teacher-level who can actually feel the individual points as well as the meridians (and frankly I'm surprised she doesn't have problems with this!).  I've been able to handle minor types of clay/charcoal detox because of this along with some other things that finally helped - my system was way too hyped up before.

Yeah, stimulants are probably out for you - that much makes sense.  I've never been able to tolerate shielding of any kind, 'cause it's not a sheet of lead: it can make stuff bounce in different directions and even concentrate, I can't stand to be within a houselength of even a silverelle baseball cap!  Supplements are tricky, too, especially if you have any allergies.  Everybody has different needs, different sensitivities.  My allergist once suggested that roots overall are probably less allergic than leaves and flowers, but use your own judgement.  Start _small_.  Break pills and open capsules.  This is your body we're talking about here.  One good thing to try:  go and get a bottle of chewable GABA pills, cut one in four pieces and _lick_ one of them (I am not kidding).  If you start feeling really tired after a few trial licks or even a teensy nibble (the effect is unmistakable), _stop_.  If it has no effect at all, chew some more and wait.  If you can eat the whole pill and not feel anything two hours later, your blood-brain-barrier is okay.  If not, you've been warned: your chances of unwanted effects from any substances you ingest is going to be far higher until it's fixed.

Are you still able to work?

I wouldn't take calcium on it's own without magnesium. Good forms of magnesium are citrate, glycinate, and choloride (oil). Oxide is ok, but it's mostly used for laxatives. Iodine might be good too since it has been known to counteract the effects of radiation. I occasionally take a third of a 12.5mg Iodoral tablet.

That's true, sometimes taking a single ingredient supplement will eventually cause an inbalance.

So, if you're taking calcium, you should also be balancing that with magnesium.

And if you're taking vitamin D3, you should also be balancing that with vitamin K2.

Because if you don't, you'll probably end up with calcium build ups in places you don't want (e.g. lining your arteries)

Thanks for the insights.  I will try the GABA test, but I am afraid of the answer I suspect.

I am not working and feel very worried about finding work I can do now.
I always assumed I could work safely from a direct wired ethernet connected computer, but now I am seeming to experience negative feelings in my head and eyes and seem seriously more inflamed in my neck upper back after spending even short time on this machine.

I still feel very heavy in my left auricle area that has not really resolved since flying in late Sept.

Anyone else experience pressure/pain near their eyes after exposure to RF?

I was weighed yesterday and have gone from 120, 118 lbs to 104 lbs since late July.  I don't have any appetite.  When i do eat, I am easily turned off and feel like my intestines are not doing well.  Its either non-existent or like liquid to chili consistency (sorry for the detail), have not really had any solid movements in a few weeks.

Marc, thanks for the post.  Do you take Calcium?
Or any beneficial supplements that help you?

Thanks!

Hi, Miller.  Thanks for the info.  I may try some iodine.  I have been concerned since I am hypothyroid (over 20 years).  Afraid to end up on the overactive side.  But, maybe as an occasional helper when I am exposed to bad signals... Just curious how ocasionally do you take?

Thanks!

I take lots of supplements, and yes I do take a mineral supplement that contains calcium, magnesium, and probably a dozen other minerals.

For ES though, I think antioxidants are the best place to focus on.  Either has high-antioxidant foods, or as supplements.  In the beginning when I was really bad off, my ES obviously improved from taking Microhydrin from Royal Body Care, which was advertised to be 1000 times a better antioxidant than Vitamin C.

I believe some people say that iodine NORMALIZES thyroid activity, whether it is hypo or hyper.

Oh boy.  You can try eliminating gluten and animal dairy from your diet, at least for the time being; I know it's tough but that helped me.

Re: New to ES

April, thanks.  I may have to try anything I can to reduce inflammation.  I noticed a difference in lower overall inflammation when we VERY recently switched from Salt to Potassium Chloride in our water softener.   But, now just small RF I am reading off this desktop computer seems to be enough to get me irritated in my nerves especially from the neck to mid back.  I love pasta and pizza and fresh reggiano parmesan so those will be the worst to give up.  I can try adding back after a 60-90 day trial I suppose.

In addition to avoiding dairy & gluten, you could also try (if not already) eating more vegetables & fruits.  And more organic foods.  And less processed/junk/microwaved food.

Prior to my getting ill, I was eating a lot of processed/junk/microwaved foods.  One of the main things I changed while getting better was to improve my diet.

Also, if you are losing weight, can you tolerate eating avocados?  These are high in antioxidants, good fats, minerals, vitamins, etc.

Re: New to ES

Good advice.  I stopped using the microwave totally recently since this pain and pressure started in late July.  I do always look for organic and I could eat more fruit and vegetables.  I wish I had some sort of appetite.  I miss eating and enjoying eating.
My sleep also is not great and has been bad for at least a year.  I used to love to sleep.  Now it's challenging.  I started wearing an eye mask for more darkness.

I feel like I am experiencing rapid aging where I hurt almost all over in my joints, muscles.. and my functions are not working well.  I am drinking a lot of water and it seems it's never enough.  At night from 11p-5a I can drink 3 large glasses and still feel dry and dehydrated.

How does everyone best handle the depression and anxiety about the reality and fears of the RF everywhere?

I am so sad about it all and the world seems so scary to me now.

Re: New to ES

You should try to diagnose yourself why you have gotten this ES thing. Analyze every little thing in life, what have changed, how are your diet different from other healthy persons, how are your lifestyle different from healthy fit persons, did you do some bigger dental work before es started, do you have a prosthesis, do you use intrauterine device with copper, have you checked that your drinking water are clean and not stuffed with heavy metals etc, are you drinking lot of teas, are you eating a lot of fish or rice, have you been exposed to toxics at job or home, are you living in a very toxic city, have you checked the sources of your foods?
After you have found out whats your rootproblems you may evaluate if you can do something about it. F.example remove intrauterine device or whatever it is.

For geneally bettering ES, remember these rules:

NUMBER ONE: DECREASE TOXIC INTAKE AND INCREASE DETOXYING; by doing
NUMBER TWO: EATING AND DRINKING AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE, ASIDE FROM A GENERALLY GOOD LIFESTYLE

When you decrease toxic intake by eating and drinking extremely healthy your body will also start to get rid of the bad things in the body thats causing ES. And also normalize, balancing and strengthening the body. "The bad things" can be many things actually, but for most part or what I believe is too much of some specific heavy metals which can be really toxic. (especially when their oxidatation are speeded up by electromagnetic fields..the bad things reacts like antennas when beeing exposed to electromagnetic fields.

Since ES can be so disabling I find it important to focus on changing lifestyle, changing diet, getting appropriate physical activity etc., really making a try to get this crippling disease vanish.
But one should also try to live a good life as much as possible, have lots of fun, beeing with friends or whatever.

BTW, I had really bad ES but now only have it very very mild. So there is hope!

And can you post your typical 3 days of diet? It may be helpful for me to see if there is something you shouldnt eat or something you should eat more of.

Yes, I used to have this problem with water & hydration.  One thing I found that helped a lot were drops that lower the surface tension of the water, so your body can absorb it better and you don't need to drink as much to feel hydrated.  They are called "Cystal Energy", sold in 4 ounce bottles, manufactured by Phi Sciences.  This also should help with detox:

Elle, some of those problems sound familiar.  Sorry that you have to deal with it :(

Ethernet: Casper and Sailplane both use cheap Ethernet-to-fiber converters and say that it helps a lot. I ordered two identical ones on eBay and should have them in a few days. They cost ~$30 with a 60' fiber cable.

Office: The keyboard and mouse are probably the biggest problems aside from the network cables. There are some old infrared ones that are very clean when they're idle, but they're just as bad as others when they're in use. PS/2 might be better than USB if your keyboard is wired. Another workplace that might be adaptable would be a food truck.

Jerking up at night and having visual flashes: I got both of these when I tried to change the way I sleep. They seem to be going away as I switch back to wearing something quite tight at night. I don't know if it helps blood flow (like compression shorts/leggings) or if it helps with tactile disorientation from whatever the source of the trouble is. I used to wear some old cycling shorts, or just wrap a blanket or sheet really tight.

Jury duty: This one makes me a little nervous too, since it was no fun last time :-/  It might be worth checking how your state selects jurors. I Minnesota the list is drawn from the driver's license registry, so anyone who doesn't need to drive can avoid it. In the long term you could look for a house in a district with a low number of trials per capita.

Marc, thanks!  I just ordered and will try.  The reviews were good.  I appreciate the suggestion especially when it has helped you.  It makes me feel better about trying it.  :)
