Kathy, This is FANTIASTIC news. I would have expected the ruling to be against Health Concerns and for Privacy Concerns. So I find this very encouraging, especially for people with ES to finally get some kind of validation from the Establishment after being beat down by them for so long. Here is some more encouraging news: <<Virginia Attorney General, Ken Cuccinelli, said his office will help anyone whose right to opt out has been denied by the utility. Donna Holt, the head of Campaign for Liberty in VA, talked with VA Attorney General, Ken Cuccinelli, who said his office will not permit forcible installation of smart meters if people contact him. This is wonderful, except he will be leaving his position the beginning of 2014 to run for VA Governor. He has always been a strong defender of Constitutional rights, and also thinks "outside the box" This could be done in other states...for the same reason he is stating (utilities are monopolies and cannot force anything onto people if there is a viable alternative, in this case analog meters). Below is the email from Donna Holt: I had an interesting meeting with the Attorney General today. We discussed smart meters and he told me that if the power company tells anyone they cannot opt out, his office can do something about that. They are a monopoly and as such, they cannot force smart meters on anyone when there is clearly an option, the analog meter. Please pass this on to others and please let me know if there is anyone having a problem with any power company regarding this option in Virginia. Thanks, Donna>> C. Thanks this is great news.
Does anyone know if this business of being an monopoly so the utilities cannot force anything onto people if there is a viable alternative is also true for Canada too? Well what about all of that were never given a choice. I discovered a smart water meter was installed. This machine is emitting radiation all day long. I have measured it thought the day and it happens to be over my master bedroom. The water company says it is safe and that it only transmits at very few time - not based on my meter. Does anyone know of a good form hat can do analysis of my home. In CT the power companies will be installing smarter meters throughout the state and no one is asking for health proof or options.

Not just water meters - gas too. I have had a digital wireless meter on my house since last summer, When I told them that I did not want it, they just bounced me around from person to person until I got fed up with bouncing.........

You all have to get a doctor's note & send it to the utility co's. Ask for supervisor. Keep calling them. Then they get the idea that you're serious. Look up articles on the facts, to be more in the know. Keep calling daily, twice a week. Stand strong that this is making you feel ill & you have the right to have them removed. There is no federal mandate. You can have your bill estimated if they won't send a meter reader out. I noticed my 1st bit of empathy from a utility supervisor, when I asked What would he do if I was a relative? He said, It's not that he doesn't care. I told him again, how bad I felt w this & kept standing my ground on the health letter. That my doc agreed. Then, he finnally said, I could have it removed. In San Francisco, PG&E is installing smart water and gas meters, and
the water company is installing smart water meters. I understand "smart" parking meters will be, or are being, installed as well. gomma On Jul 14, 2012, at 11:58 AM, pamela clemonts wrote: > Wow...SMART "water meters, too? Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem? I have been having a horrible time the last couple of weeks from the Solar Flares that have been hitting the Earth. My eyes are really sore, the worst they have ever been, with sharp pains in them, and I am having horrible headaches. The huge Solar Flare that hit the Earth on July 6 was an M-Class (only X-Class is stronger) and it disrupted radio and radar communication. That is when the eye pain and headaches started. Then the one that hit the Earth on July 14 made it worse. That one was an X-Class which is the strongest. It unleashed about 1 billion hydrogen bombs' worth of energy into space. Right behind it was a slower-moving coronal mass ejection, or CME, which is a belch of solar particles or RADIATION traveling at about 3 million miles per hour. When it reached the Earth on July 14, my eyes felt like there were knives in them. Solar Flares are ejected from Sunspots and they eject clouds of high mega electron volt electrons, ions, and atoms into space, at all wavelengths across the electromagnetic spectrum. Most of those wavelengths are not in the visible range - but apparently I can feel them because my head is about to blow. The Radiation raining down on Earth apparently makes me more Electrosensitive, and the disruption of the Earth's Magnetic Field also makes me even more Electrosensitive. Or maybe it is not the Radiation or Magnetic Field directly that is bothering me, but something it is doing indirectly to the microwaves or magnetic votexes of the Earth, or anybody have any ideas? I am NOT looking forward to the next 12 months when the Sun Spot Activity producing huge Solar Flares will continue to escalate. Solar Flares in December 2012 are expected to be especially bad, due to several Planetary Alignments that will be occurring, which will exert a tremendous gravitational pull on the Sun and potentially unleash Solar Flares & Coronal Mass Ejections unlike we have ever seen. If the Planet survives through this period of extremely high Sunspot Activity, combined with Planetary Alignments, while crossing the Galactic Plane, we shall count ourselves lucky indeed! GET READY FOR A ROCKY RIDE. Go here to see yet another extremely large class M (only the X class is larger) CME (Coronal Mass Ejection) that erupted from the Sun TODAY It should be hitting the Earth in a couple of days. These eruptions are happening very frequently lately. http://www.spaceweather.com/images2012/17jul12/slowcme_anim.gif?PHPSESSID=ep45rge4n382o6cs2meqv1a7o2 Sunspot complex AR1520-1521 erupted on July 17th, producing an M1-class flare that unfolded slowly over a period of hours. Slow explosions often produce CMEs, and this one was no exception. C. Johnson [hidden email] Wireless Refugee [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
They don't ususally bother me, but with getting one after another, after another like we are, just after the x flare hit us, I did get a medium grade migraine for about a day and a half, which I believe was due to that.
You might try adding just a little riboflavin (B2) to your diet, and see if that doesn't help your eyes in a couple days. ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], "C.a.b. Hi C,
You're not alone. But my symptoms are not in my eyes. Just the strong headache and accompanying symptoms of sensitivity, and inflammation. I try not to focus on the magnetic disturbances of the earth, as I can't do anything about it. So I focus my efforts on the man-made energies that I can avoid. But yes, these magnetic disturbances also affect me. 3-day graph, but Sunday's event already scrolled off page: http://sec.noaa.gov/rt_plots/satenv.html Protons up again, next wave approaching. This graph still shows the last event: http://www.lmsal.com/solarsoft/latest_events/summary_plot_extmag.png if that link says forbidden, you'll need to visit the html page first... http://www.lmsal.com/solarsoft/latest_events/ Stewart C.a.b. Hi All,.
I bought an Acoustimeter a while back and when I measured my apartment then, I was not getting a pulsing signal. Now the.meter is picking up a peak signal that pulses from 0.01 to 0.2 Volts per meter every second in one half of the apartment. I have no idea what is causing it. Electric Company Smart Meters have not been deployed in Seattle yet by Seattle City Light, but the roll out of 800,000 of them is scheduled for the next two years. One directional wireless Gas meters have been on houses for about 10 years but this apartment does not have gas and I don't belleve any neighbors do either. Could it be Wi-Fi (there are 5 accounts in the building) or Satellite TV (there are 6 dishes on the building)? Maybe it is one of the many repeater disks that are on the roof of the apartment building two blocks away that could have stepped up to 4 GHz. Anybody know what generally causes microwave pulsing signals besides Smart Meters? I am worried because the pulsing is supposed to be the most health destructive part of Microwave Exposure and this pulsing is significantly strong. C. Johnson superdrove@yahoo,com Wireless Refugee __ _._,___ [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
I am told that cell towers pulse or go on and off repeatedly all the time --- includes those antennas on rooftops - they emit RF Microwave Radiation, plus same with cell phones. The smart meters pulse regularly on a schedule and though the cell towers and cell phones do not go on and off on a schedule it is still considered pulsing. Even if the cell phone is off, the cell towers or antennae still go on and off and on and off looking to see if the cell phone has been turned off or is still on etc. Could this be it?

Don't rule out Smart Meters. In areas which have not been deployed it is common practice to put them on new homes and remodels long before the rollout.

I have more to say on the subject but will be unavailable for the next few days, so when I get time I will respond in more depth.
But I would like to mention one thing, Someone mentioned, and it does make a lot of sense, that if EMF's from a Solar Flare disrupt Radio or Cell Tower signals, the Telephone and/or Radio Companies affected may in turn boost their signal strength and if you are in the path of those boosted Micowave signals, you could be reacting to the human induced Radiation and not the Nature induced Radiation from Solar Flare activity. I do not know anything about if Companies boost signal strength or if they are allowed to. I am tempted to call and ask them. But, that scenario sounds like the more likely cause of my pain than the unlikely occurence of being directly affected by Solar Flare radiation on the ground. I know that Astronauts and people flying at high Altitude are highly susceptible to being exposed to harmful Radiation from Solar Flares, but the Earth's Magnetic Field is supposed to shield people on the ground from harmful Exposure. Although some radiation does leak through the poles and causes the Aurora Borealis, I bet some of the harmful Radiation does get dispersed around the inner atmosphere. I will see what I can find out about that. But, in the meantime, if anyone is planning on taking any Airplane flights, I suggest you check the Solar Flare Weather Forecast first. Or else wear a Radiation suit, just in case. C. lol.......where do I purchase my suit? I have talked about this many a time.

C. How do you find out? I can't make sense of the graphs. If there's a site where it's posted (in words), would you share it? If not, would you be willing to post updates to the group? I have trouble just with regular sunshine (brightness, radiation), and am quite sure I feel worse with the flares. Thank you, Esther On Jul 18, 2012, at 3:07 AM, C.a.b. Companies boosting their signal strength seems most likely. Similar too (in
UK), the key strategy to protect the national electricity supply from CMEs towards earth is to open up (ie connect) every possible part of the grid (whether or not it's needed for supply) to absorb/dissipate any blasts that hit.
