My local utility sent someone out to check my EMF Levels in my apt, garage and surrounding area.
They actually checked out pretty good, according to him for an apt. they were very good. Garage was .32. The only bad spots were a copper pipe running across the wall but when he put the device closer to the ceiling (under my bedroom) it dropped off. Front Door was .36. Living Room was .48 Kitchen was 1.24 Bedroom was .48 Dining Room was .80 The one item I own that he said was too high was the small air cleaner I use to drown out outside noises. This had read high also on my little $30 Cellsensor so that Meter was a good buy. Where it was located still showed a high level by my feet but it was OK by my head and body. Its amazing how much EMF that little cleaner throws off. So, now I know it isn't so bad in here. Not going to try the stetzer filters, going to return the stetzerizer meter, and going to try some of those Quantum strips/outlets like I said I was. Seems to be the way to go I think. Now, if anyone knows of a good white noise machine or something that can drown out outside noises so I can replace that air cleaner I'd love to hear about it. |

I don't have a stereo right now, I was considering downloading pink noise to itunes and out it on an iPod. I need to buy a good iPod speaker system though. Gotta research that ASAP.
Marc, what do you carry around with you for protection? I've been looking up things like purple plates/discs but those seem bizarre and earthcalm, Q Link etc. Any of thos work for you? --- On Thu, 3/25/10, Marc Martin <[hidden email]> wrote: > From: Marc Martin <[hidden email]> > Subject: Re: [eSens] Just had my EMF Levels checked by SDGE > To: [hidden email] > Date: Thursday, March 25, 2010, 2:12 PM > > Now, if anyone knows of a good > white noise machine or something that can > > drown out outside noises so I can replace that air > cleaner I'd love to > > hear about it. > > You can buy CDs (or download MP3s) of white noise (or > "brown noise", which > sounds more like the ocean) and play them on a stereo > system... > > Marc > > > ------------------------------------ > > Yahoo! I've ordered more of these personal EMF protection products that I care to remember, but as for the ones which have remained in my "important to keep" list, there are only a few things: - Quantum Companion - Springlife Polarizer (smallest size) - Mega-Chi pendant - Personal Polarizer disc (cutcat.com sells these) Also, with all the positive comments made about the Q-Link pendant lately, I have been using this from time to time. It might help a little.... (?) I also use Tachyon armbands when AWAY from EMF for energy boosting. I find these make my ES symptoms worse, but they are good for taking a long walk outdoors. Marc |
Wow, thats a lot of stuff! If you could only use one, which one would you choose?

> Wow, thats a lot of stuff! If you could only use one, which one would you
> choose? Well, it would have to be the Quantum Companion. In fact, I sometimes carry TWO Quantum Companions with me (one in each pocket!). But the others have their good points too -- for example, if I'm about to come down with a cold, the Springlife Polarizer will help me overcome it. Or if I'm trying to live on less sleep than I should, the Springlife Polarizer will help make me feel rested in the morning in spite of that. And if I need extra energy to walk the dog for miles, the Tachyon armband and/or the Mega-Chi pendant are good for that. :-) And in the house, I have a Quantum Pro permanently turned on, and also an Earthcalm Home that I have on a timer to be on about 33% of the time. Plus a couple of Quantum power conditioners -- one for my computer monitor, and one by the bedroom oil-filled radiator during the winter months. But of course, like Charles says, the goal is to improve your health to the point where you don't need any of that stuff. But it's been slow-going, although I'm hopeful that rounds of Alpha Lipoic Acid will lower my heavy metal load and make me less sensitive (although I'm less sensitive than I used to be, I still have a ways to go) Marc |
Looks like you have it figured out, which is good. I'll get there eventually.
I'll probably start off with the quantum companion if I feel a good effect from the quantum power strips and outlets. For metal detox I'm going to start taking ALA, NAC, and a liquid combo of cilantro and chlorella, in addition to my usual assortments of supplements. --- On Thu, 3/25/10, Marc Martin <[hidden email]> wrote: > From: Marc Martin <[hidden email]> > Subject: Re: [eSens] personal EMF protection > To: [hidden email] > Date: Thursday, March 25, 2010, 3:17 PM > > Wow, thats a lot of stuff! How did you get someone from the utility company to come out and check you EMF levels?

I just called and said I was concerned about EMF levels. They were very understanding (although they are installing smart meters so I guess their level of understanding has limits). They sent someone out to read my apt and outside the building. They are pretty good about this stuff-they check out mygas appliances for free every winter.

0.3 milligauss is not terrible, but for someone who is sensitive
it's really not great, especially if there is dirty power on the line. It would probably make sense to have a plumber put a dielectric union or short piece of plastic ("pex") tubing anywhere in that copper pipe. Or disconnect the loop it's forming (could be a dishwasher or fridge with ice make doubly grounded). Or, in some cases you can add a copper wire connected to the pipe at both ends, and running along the path that completes the loop. This is hard to explain in words, but given a choice most of the AC current will go through a small loop rather than a large one, if you can get the small one really tiny (think twisted pair) it could be fairly effective. But just breaking the loop is always most effective. On Sat, Mar 27, 2010 at 8:45 AM, Steve G <[hidden email]> wrote: > > > I just called and said I was concerned about EMF levels. And by the way, 1.24 in the kitchen sounds terrible.
Stetzer filters will not solve that (although reducing dirty power in that situation is a good idea). Figure out the cause of that. If it goes away with everything off (try the lights first) then it's probably a wiring error. If you have two switches controlling the lights, probably the white neutral wires from two circuits are connected somewhere. This is usually (but not always) easy to fix. The power company guy ideally would have commented on this...but their bible says anything under 1000 mGa is safe. He said it was from the fridge. The compressor was on when he did the reading. Also the microwave oven gives off emf even when its not on.
Would adding a good surge suppressor help with the fridge? --- On Sat, 3/27/10, Bill Bruno <[hidden email]> wrote: > From: Bill Bruno <[hidden email]> > Subject: Re: [eSens] Just had my EMF Levels checked by SDGE > To: [hidden email] > Date: Saturday, March 27, 2010, 10:48 AM > And by the way, 1.24 in the kitchen > sounds terrible. > Stetzer filters will not solve that (although reducing > dirty > power in that situation is a good idea). If the microwave oven gives off emf even when its not on, than it is a

White noise very well can be used to neutralize electrosmog. Just make a coil with 100 windings of copper wire and about 4 inches diameter and plug this in your player instead the earphone and then play the white noise. Naturally you will hear nothing, but all electrosmog present in the room will be neutralized. But there is a side effect to this. Also healthy frequencies like the Schumann frequency of 7,8 Hertz will be neutralized. So one has to try. dietrich In einer eMail vom 25.03.2010 23:12:21 Westeuropäische Sommerzeit schreibt [hidden email]: Now, if anyone knows of a good white noise machine or something that can > drown out outside noises so I can replace that air cleaner I'd love to > hear about it. You can buy CDs (or download MP3s) of white noise (or "brown noise", which sounds more like the ocean) and play them on a stereo system... Marc [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
Hello Dietrich,
Do I get this right, with that "white noise" you get an EMF-free room?! To compensate for the lack of Schumann waves, maybe you can install a Schumann resonator (7.8 Hz)? I suppose you might still miss some of the cosmic rays of sun/space? Is this a recent (genius) discovery of you? It seems a lot easier than shielding your house with alu-foil! Hello Stephen,
you still did not read the information on my website. Many people do want the information given to them on a spoon. But you have to open their mouth, so you can shovel it in. And then, you must see that they swallow it also.
