Fox News looking for ES people/doctors

Marc Martin
Administrator
Hi all,

Saw this on another group. I'm sure with Fox News, they'll
find a way to make it sound like people are imagining their
problems....

Marc

Name: Karlie Pouliot
Category: Health/Fitness
Email: [hidden email]
Title: Health Producer
Media Outlet: FOX NEWS
Deadline: 01:07am EASTERN - 31 July

Query:
Do you ever feel sick, dizzy and confused? You could be allergic
to Wi-Fi! Were looking for patients who suffer from Electromagnetic
Hypersensitivity and doctors who specialize in treating it.

They actually had Arthur Firstenberg on the radio, but then they
cut to an "expert" at some university who went on to explain
the psychological aspects and Arthur never had a chance to respond.

Re: Fox News looking for ES people/doctors

R. Ticle
Unfortunately I, too, feel that this could be the agenda. While it's important that people begin to understand that this technology is being irresponsibly deployed, and that some feel it, a "news" agency like FOX doesn't strike me as one to play in fairness or favor when it comes to an issue that contradicts one of the largest corporate forces - telecommunications in particular, nevermind electrical utility providers - on the planet.

I don't really want to be a cynical skeptic, but the last thing I'd wish tosee is further discrediting at the hands of a pro-corporate broadcaster.

Just my thoughts; but who knows? Maybe times are changing...somehow...

Bill, Yes you are probably right. It sure would be nice to get our experience out there for awareness & maybe some research. For sure some regulation on what we are exposed to.

I guess I'm just dreamin huh?!  I'd like to respond but I'd be soooooo MAD if they turned this into a psych problem. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

This exposure has sure ruined my life. Where are the next generation going to be with all this exposure. It's getting worse by the day.

Oh no, I love Bill OReilly, He always looks at all angles. He always goes after the bad judges that let these child molesters off easy etc. I find that very commendable.  I agree with him most of the time & find him very fair. He always looks at both sides & gives his guest the last word. The onlything that bothers me is that he cuts his guests off sometimes with his return but that's a personality flaw I think, ha.

Watch him sometime. I really look forward to what he is going to say. He'llmake a call & then he'll ask, Am I wrong or what say you. He says he's fair & balanced & I agree.

His news program is #1 in country so others feel the same way I do.

He's probably the only one I would trust with our story.

Really? I don't watch television, so have scarcely seen Fox News, but I always though that O'Reilly had a reputation as a total **@*#...or am I thinking of someone else?

Ya know if they had it on Bill OReilly it might be ok. He usually is fair. Not sure, but maybe.

I don't really want to be a cynical skeptic, but the last thing I'd wish tosee is further discrediting at the hands of a pro-corporate broadcaster. .

Just my thoughts; but who knows? Maybe times are changing...somehow. ..

OReilly's show yesterday was soooooooo good. Talked about why our gas prices sky rocketed and discussions on 3 very controversial news stories. It's hard to disagree with him because he is an ethical guy. Loni

I'd say the next generation's DNA is being irreversibly altered by this in some way and that us weaklings who cannot "cope" with the new technology and life in the 21st century are just regarded as expendable. Sad but possibly true

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhh!

This exposure has sure ruined my life. Where are the next generation going to be with all this exposure. It's getting worse by the day.

It all seems rather random to me... my wife has a Dell laptop from around 1999 that
even today I can hardly stand being around, yet her much more recent IBM ThinkPad
seems pretty tolerable, especially with the Wi-Fi off.

Also, finding the right EMF protection device can make a computer more tolerable
than it would be otherwise.

I don't really know... my only experience with solid state hard drives
are the portable flash drives, and they've never seem to cause me any
problems.

I certainly do notice increased symptoms when downloading a large
file from the Internet, but I don't know if that's due to
network activity, the hard drive, or something else.

Re: tolerable computers

BiBrun
I just put a 32 GB SLC SSD (by Transcend) in my Mac PowerBook G4. It's
nice and
silent... not sure if the EMFs are better or worse. I upgraded to OSX 10.5
which supports noatime which is good for SSDs...that created some
software problems that I've finally solved.

The 10 inch SSD EEE PC is supposed to be one of the better off the
shelf options, but I haven't tried it.
