10 Ways to Save Your Life Using EMF Sensitivity

Jane Springs

EMF sensitive individuals report significant and alarming health problems, such as heart arrythmia, nerve pain, and merciless migraines. These health problems can incapacitate individuals or make them unproductive. We review some of the top techniques for quickly and immediately reducing ElectroMagnetic Fields to provide immediate relief for discomfort and pain.

One of your suggestions is to go to church.
Actually, some of them have leased their steeples for cellphone antennas!

I was flying in airplanes when I was at my very worst. It was the
immediate environment around my seat that was the big problem,
not the plane itself. I was most bothered by the overhead
florescent lights and my neighbors "gadgets" (laptop, DVD player,
etc)

I once sat right next to one of the engines and noticed
nothing...

Have you seen the latest about planes??

Free Wi-Fi In The Sky, Brought To You By Lexus
The industry leading Lexus LS Line will sponsor free inflight internet for all American Airlines passengers on Wi-Fi equipped flights November 1-7, 2009.
I just got this news letter from American a/l & they will soon install Wi-Fi on the planes. Can you imagine being in that cage for hours being radiated by wi-fi on the entire trip.
I would be totally brain dead by the time we landed.

I don't know if this would be so terrible or not... I've found that in
my own house, our laptop can usually detect multiple Wi-Fi signals.
I think I've found as many as eleven at a time! So one Wi-Fi source on
a plane might not be so bad. Especially if you can find out where the
transmitter is, and sit far away from it (and hope that nobody with
a laptop using the Wi-Fi is sitting close to you)

The point is that we can't control this environment & could be very bad forsomeone very sensitive like me. We could hope for the best but hope doesn't cut it for me. Loni

Hi, Loni,

I was warned by Dr. Rae's staff that I should only fly if absolutely necessary, due to anaphylaxis and other symptoms caused by my intolerance to pesticides (the ones I am most sensitive to are the ones they use in trains, boats, planes, and hotels.)  If I *have* to fly, I should wear an oxygen mask/tank prescribed by a doctor, and cover my entire body with clothing that can be discarded after the trip!  (Needless to say, I haven't had to try this yet, thank Goodness!)  I am wondering how I also would pop calcium AEP and pantethine pills the entire flight with this get-up on!  lol

With trains, you of course want to avoid electrically powered ones. I took a gaussmeter on the Bay Area BART train once and it went to at least 30 milligauss. And that was just 60 hertz, no telling what other frequencies werethere.

Hi, Steph,

Pillows only worked for me when I had fibromyalgia.  Since then I have moved on and am actually like you, I don't like pillows so much (but I still like a soft topper on my mattress).  I like to sleep with only a towel rolled up and secured with ribbons under my neck.  (Hey, I can use all the help for my saging jaw-line I can get; sleeping with your head forward all night is not pretty.  lol)

I don't see how more pillows would help with EMS, personally, unless you are using latex rubber ones, which might then blunt some emfs from the springs???  If that is the case, a latex mattress topper would work as well.

Take care,
Diane

Re: 10 Ways to Save Your Life Using EMF Sensitivity

Steph Smith
Hi Diane

As usual I was LOLLing when I read this - you will know the bit that made me do that!

I have one of those memory foam pillows that is designed to sort of hold you better in place and support your neck better. Now the really odd thing isthat here I am sleeping on a mattress with springs [really bad I know but I'm still hoping this is just a temporary thing] and I usually read for a bit before sleep propped up on feather pillows. While I am doing that thingsaren't do bad on the zzz zzz front. Then to sleep I take away the feather pillows and use the memory foam one and what happens when I lie down? the zzz zzz zzz goes mad! I think it must be something to do with my head being in closer contact with the mattress and the springs at that stage - so to that extent maybe there is something in the "lots of pillows" advice. Itis all trial and error and experimentation.

All the best

Steph

LOL I don't think I'd last much past take off - and they really don't like it if you die on a plane!

Can you imagine with the security levels being what they are now on planes that they would even let you past the boarding gate with all that get up on???? LOL You'd probably need a special dispensation from the State Governoror something!!

I'm just visualising it now. but its not funny - say if you did need to travel for any reason it is hugely restrictive and leaves you with your own car or a pushbike to get from A to B on long distance. I had no idea about them using pesticides on planes trains boats etc. I need to wake jup a bit.

(Needless to say, I haven't had to try this yet, thank Goodness!)  I am wondering how I also would pop calcium AEP and pantethine pills the entire flight with this get-up on!  lol

I was flying in airplanes when I was at my very worst. It was the
immediate environment around my seat that was the big problem,
not the plane itself. I was most bothered by the overhead
florescent lights and my neighbors "gadgets" (laptop, DVD player,
etc)

I once sat right next to one of the engines and noticed
nothing...
