Which xbox? xbox 360 has a built-in wifi that never stops no mater what.. so might as well use a wireless controller??.. you're being radiated anyway.. Not sure though.. but being plugged in the console, you get all the fields of the console coming to the controller.  You gotta somehow ground the whole thing, does the power cord have three prongs or two?

My son says it's the 1S. My husband took out the wifi card. The box has a two prong plug.

I used to have XBOX One as well as the PS4. The xbox was very dirty with electricity so I had to get rid of it and much harsher wifi. I couldn’t handle the wired controller either. Very high electric field. I found personally the PS4 to be more tolerable with a bluetooth controller. I made a sock for the controller out of emf blocking fabric and wear emf blocking clothes while playing. Worked best for me, but everyone is different in their sensitivities. Computer gaming is probably the best way to go, play on a laptop on battery instead of plugged in if you are able.

Yeah computer gaming is the way to go alright, it's a little bit of a learning curve to build your own system though but once you do it a number of times you'll never forget it. I actually sold my Xbox One because I just couldn't handle it. The vent is right on top of it into open air and there is nothing in the way of any EMR coming out of it, couldn't imagine a worse design for someone with EHS. My main PC is a very safe Linux Mint based system in a Corsair Carbide Silent case that was an aluminum front panel which is very good at blocking out EMR from basic tasks such as internet browsing, listening to music, watching things, ect-. It gets more harsh for someone with ES whenever you fire up a modern game though.

Now Windows 10 on the other hand which if you want a gaming PC is more directly harsh and resource consuming even when idle unlike my Linux Mint system which is why I previously couldn't handle being on it at all even with almost the exact same hardware set up. Always buy a monitor shield too no matter what and use VGA display if you can.

It' possible to buy OEM aftermarket controls that are ok. I bought one for my xbox one s, though its ergonomics was not as good as the original control. But ES wise the OEM one was no problem at all, compared to the original which were terrible even if wired.(..at that time)
