Hi all,
In the past I have been recommending Springlife Polarizers as one option for a good EMF protection device, and that choosecra.com is a place to purchase these online. The other day I noticed that choosecra.com lists these as no longer available, so I called up to see what was going on. Apparently these have been manufactured by a single family living in California since the 1950s, and recently some of these family members have passed away. So it's not clear if these will continue to be made or not. ChoosecRA.com still has some in stock (and I bought another one to "stock up"), but they may no longer be available after these run out (and the only way to order right now is via a phone call). I think the person who runs the ChooseCRA.com would be happy to take over the manufacturer of these items, but to do that she'll have to secure "the recipe" from the family (if the family is no longer interested in making them) Anyway, EMF devices do come and go... it's not like there is a very big market for them... and the best "marketed" devices are not necessarily the best devices. Marc |
Since yesterday I have been experiencing tinnitus in one ear. Its not a ringing sound, more of an intermittent whooshing noise. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, have you found any way to manage or lessen the sensation?

I just posted about tinnitus on emfrefugee.
Your case sounds not too typical of EMF exposure, so I would check with a doctor. Sometimes I do get it in one ear, but usually more of a ringing or cricket sounds. Here are some things I listed There is no silver bullet, but try, especially the first 5: 1. B-12, P-5-P, Acetyl-L-carnitine, RLA, magnesium, etc. B-12 shot might be a good idea. Maybe B-1, flush free niacin. 2. stop eating all forms of MSG (hydrolyzed protein, yeast extract, natural flavors, restaurant food, etc) 2. Try a cranial sacral treatment. 3. Be sure you've gotten rid of all the dirty power sources you can. Check everywhere with an AM radio. 4. Find and fix "net current" wiring errors. 5. Stop microwave exposures as best you can. 6. Reduce all toxic exposures. 7. Move somewhere with much lower AC magnetic fields. 8. Try ginkgo 2x/day. Also green tea extract andn other antioxidants. I later added coQ10, to the supplement list, and NutraSweet to the avoid list. Also, the sound of running water (like in a shower) helps some people. I get it in one ear or the other frequently. I don't think of it as tinnitus though, as I know it is emf related, like when something starts up and comes through here, someone's wireless, or a plane coming through. It's more a metallic sound, but the pitch and duration vary, sometimes maybe only a half a minute.
There's been times I have one tone come in from one direction, and a few seconds later one come in from the opposite direction, into the other ear. One can be high pitch, the other lower and more vibrato. Sometimes the one that comes into one ear will spread into the other, I guess depending on the direction of the plane, when that is what is causing it. There have been times when it's lasted most of the day, or a few days off and on, usually when there is some kind of military testing going on. I just try to ignore it, and put on something to listen to, soothing music or white noise, if it is long lasting. ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], Bill Bruno <wbruno@...> wrote: > > I just posted about tinnitus on emfrefugee. > > Your case sounds not too typical of EMF exposure, so I would check > with a doctor. This may sound completely strange but I find the sound almost soothing. Almost- apart fromt he fact that its just not supposed to be there!. Its a very low pitched dull sound and to begin with it sounded like a very rhythmic dull crunch- like someone walking on gravel. I never hear it during the day, only at night when everything is silent and lasts a few seconds every 10 minutes or so. Most of the time I can almost ignore it except when I'm trying to sleep. It seems like every other week I experience something new :-(

Thanks for your response Bill. I am hoping that there is some underlying cause other than EMF because at least that would make it easier to treat/ deal with if you know what I mean. Going to get it checked.
Going to try some of your suggestions too starting with the the ginko b. I've recently started taking a daily dose of an intensive Acai berry solution (antioxidant but I'm sure you know this) which I've been doing for around 3 weeks. I'm not used to taking supplements so I thought I would start off with something naturally based. Not sure where to begin with regards eliminating dirty power sources but I will try make a start. -Diane ________________________________ From: Bill Bruno <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] Sent: Wed, 21 April, 2010 4:12:44 Subject: Re: [eSens] Tinnitus I just posted about tinnitus on emfrefugee. unilateral tinitus in my opinion means exclude organic pathology, ie visit to the doctors for check up and at a minimum, tuning fork hearing tests. Note that one of Bill's suggestions for Tinnitus was RLA, which I assume to mean R-Lipoic Acid. My personal experience with this is: * Normally, I don't have tinnitus, or if I do it is minor * After finishing up a 3-day round of taking R-Lipoic Acid every 3 hours (frequent dosing), the following day I will typically have DEAFENING tinnitus in my right ear. For me, I think it must have something to do with mobilization of metals in my system (since that is what I'm taking the R-Lipoic Acid for) Marc |
Oooookay then. Maybe I won't be trying that particular tip. Nope, definately not.

puk replies - I dont suppose that you have had this for a while and due to
no plane noise you tuned into it ? do you live in a flight path ? I don't live under a flight path so I doubt that is the case. Not impossible though.
