sensitivity to wifi/emf

dshoaib
hi guys,

i was working in a telecom company (in IT dept. which was situated very close to the data center) and in september 2015 one day i felt little dizzy. that feeling came and went. and i was feeling better again after an hour or so. nothing happened for few days and i went on about my job as usual. then in one morning as i woke up i found i had tinitius in my left ear. initially that sounded like a bee inside my ear.
did hearning test etc. hearing was impacted in my left ear but that recovered after 2 weeks (almost 99%). i was told by the doctor it could be meniere's disease. which i accepted as my mother also has meniere's and her mother also had that.

but the problem is that i have become sensitive to wifi/emf since then.
i have changed my job and now it's not a telecom company. it's different company but still i am in IT and have to sit in front of computer and have to sit in a place where there are many people sitting with their desktops and there are industrial-strength wifi hotspots everywhere in the office.

recently, i have been noticing that while i am in the office, during the first half of the day my body can handle things but as the day progresses, from after lunch time i start to feel fatigued. i feel mild nausea/vomiting/diziness. my nervous system becomes more weak by the constant bombardment of industrial-strength wifi (at least this is what i feel/believe). when i am at home or on the weekend i feel much better.

i've been taking days off sometimes to handle this but honestly i feel disabled by this.
i don't want to lose my job as this is the only thing i can do.

i have tried few things like wearing emf-protection bracelet and necklace etc. but i feel that they work only to a certain extent.

so i am here to seek your advice. any tips and suggestions are welcome. hope they are all positive.

thanks for your big hearts.

You sound like me, about 17 years ago.  Eventually I had to go on disability from work, and was out of the office for about a year.  Then gradually over a period of 3 years made my way back to full time.

I probably tried several hundred things over the years, but in the end I think only a few of those things really helped.

Some suggestions, based on what worked for me.

  1) EMF protection devices -- my success ratio was really low with these (like less then 10% of the things I tried), but
the ones that did help made a huge difference in my being able to work full time.  Brands to look at would be
Quantum Products (upgradingtechnology.com), Earthcalm, Pulsor, Advanced Tachyon Technologies,
      Terra Tachyon, Springlife Polarity.

   2) Computer settings -- I find that I do far better if I limit the resolution of the video output to the monitor,
and also lower the backlight settings on the monitor.  Also, swapping out with an older, low-tech mouse
(ball mouse) and keyboard (wired) can help.  Also plugging it all into a filtering power strip, and moving
everything as far away from you as possible.  Also, try getting the overhead florescent lights turned off
(at least the ones closest to where you spend the most time)

   3) Metal removal -- if you have metal dental work, go to a holistic dentist and get them safely removed and replaced
with something not metal (composite fillings, non-metal crowns and implants).  Minimize the metal on your body --
no eyeglasses with any metal in them, no car keys, spare change, belt buckles, etc.  Also avoid sitting/sleeping
on anything with metal in it (including metal springed mattresses).  If you've got metal in your body from past
surgeries, I don't know what can be done about that.

   3) Improve diet - Reduce junk food, increase "real food" -- non GMO, organic, grass fed, etc.  Also look at supplements
for whatever symptoms you have -- for me, I need a lot of digestive support, antioxidants, fatty acids, minerals,
vitamins, and things to improve alkalinity.

For me, the total solution consisted of lots of little changes.

I'm not quite as EMF sensitive as many posting on here, but I think still think I'm affected by wifi, and higher LF levels. I've found that magnesium, turmeric and milk thistle supplements help a lot.

Yes, magnesium supplements seem to help a lot of people -- "Natural Calm" is a particularly popular form, although I mostly use Magnesium Lactate myself, as Natural Calm has citrate in it, which seems to make my ears ring louder.

Tumeric is also good for lots of things -- reducing inflammation, antioxidant, raising glutathione levels, dissolving gallstones, etc.

I think I might be allergic to milk thistle, although in general people do need some form a liver support.

hi marc/miller,

thanks for your advice.

marc: two questions.
1) i am already using Earthcalm's home infinity system and their bracelet. can i assume from your point 1)  that some products from a different vendor may suit me better?

2)  do you have any suggestions for digestive support, antioxidants, minerals,
      and things to improve alkalinity.

thanks again.

Yes, every vendor's product is different.  Some people think that the Earthcalm Home system is great, while I've had mixed experiences with their products, and actually don't use them at the moment (although I have in the past).

I currently use products from 4 different companies -- and at work, I use them all simulatneously -- Quantum Products, Springlife Polarity, Pulsor, and Terra Tachyon.

For digestive support, I'm using betaine HCL for stomach acid replacement, ox bile to digest fats, and something called "Gluten Flam" for general digestive enzymes with support for foods which contain gluten.  But there are many digestive products out there.  I was using something from "Houston Enzymes" previously.  I can look up exact products on Amazon if needed.  :-)

Antioxidants... I had amazing results from Microhydrin / Megahydrate for the first several years, but now I no longer do.  I've always done pretty good with Amrit Ambrosia (on Amazon).  And raw organic whey powder on Amazon I also do well on (whey is a precursor to Glutathione, which is the body's master antioxidant).

Minerals -- I used to take something called Total Complete Minerals, but these days I mostly just take magnesium, iodine, and silica.  Presumably everything else is coming from foods.

Alkalinity - again, Microhydrin / Megahydrate would work here, but since I stopped doing well with these I switched to Pleo Alkala from the Germany company Sanum (this is available on Amazon as well).  But also I sometimes eat freeze-dried asparagus from Thrive (online), which is very alkalizing (and asparagus just seems good in general for me)

Another important category of supplements for me has been heavy-metal detox supplements.  One problem though -- my body is so sensitive to these that only the best ones are helpful -- anything else just makes things much worse.

For most of my recovery (many years ago) I used NDF from BioRay.  However, I think there are probably better things on the market today.  For example, IMD from Quicksilver, Metal Sweep from BioPure, and Boyd Haley's "OSR", which was pulled from the market as a supplement (as it was curing too many autistic children, apparently), and is now under clinical trials to become a drug (under several different names).

Some people also use DMPS, DMSA, Alpha Lipoic Acid, etc., but I don't think these bind well enough for me.

marc, thanks a lot. this is all very helpful information.

i used to have acid reflux problem in the past few years and i used to have medicine (almost regularly) to control acidity (acid reflux/regurgitation). i don't have that problem as severe now (still comes back once in a while).

but could that (taking those acid reflux medicine) have depleted my magnesium levels? wondering now...

and if try "stomach acid replacement" things now will that bring back my acid reflux problem?

i will be checking the site again later as i am in asia time zone (HK/TW/Singpore time zone) and it's going to be 3am here.

thanks for the wonderful help!!

Also, another area of supplementation that might be helpful would be if you think you have a chronic problem with parasites, bacterial infections, viral infections, fungal infections, Lyme, etc.  In this case there are various herbs for that.  I've found that oil of oregano is quite helpful, but there are of course all sorts of other things that could be taken to kill these things off or support your immune system in general.  For example, I'm currently taking Immune Boost from Mushroom Science.

Also, probiotics are often recommended, although I find that many probiotics seem to make things worse.  I do well with spore / soil based probiotics however -- MegaSporeBiotic, Body Biotics, Primal Defense (currently taking the first one on the list, but have taken the previous ones in the past with good results)

Of course, one can quickly get to the point where they are taking too many supplements.  I've certainly been there, and probably still am.

There is a line of thought in alternative medicine that reflux is caused by a lack of stomach acid, not too much.  Because if you had enough stomach acid in the first place, you would digest your meals properly and there would be no reflux later on.

I don't know what the side effects are of medicine that controls acidity.  But I do know that I digest better WITH acid, not without it.

Also for reflux, one shouldn't drink to much liquids with meals (which dilutes the acidity in the stomach), and one shouldn't eat too close to bedtime.

I think acid reflux can be caused by the GI tract not digesting food quickly enough. If our system is backed up, some of us get gas build up and it pushes acid back up into the esophagus.

I agree with everything Marc wrote!

There was a study done in a Greek university where they analyzed proteins. About 400 proteins.

More than half were permanently damaged by NORMAL EMF, found in today's houses, offices.

Proteins= life. Hormones are made by proteins.

Enzymes too. Our cells too. You can guess why we can get ill, and specially, all systems depending on enzymes (which means, every single bodily system, digestion, immune system...).

and also, because we have trouble to sleep, or when we sleep, we don't reach very DEEP sleep for enough time, well, how the heck can our immune system work?

So we become prey to pathogens. Pathogens thrive in the gut, making digestion hard.

Enzymes are damaged, so how to digest foods then?

Reflux is a sign of lack of acidity, not the opposite, it seems. That is why there is FERMENTATION in the stomach. If the stomach was acid enough, it would NOT allow fermentation.

The electrosensitivity you describe is very close to what I feel.

the only problem is that, the more I was exposed, the more sensitive I got. It meant, the reaction of malaise appeared faster and faster, at lower wifi or smog conditions.

I feel much better now, but avoidance is still my preferred choice. Like Marc, I also treated LOADS of infections, viruses, bacteria, parasites, heavy metals (still on that...), lack of minerals, took off all amalgams (but still have metals), and still take close care of what I eat.

anything that causes a stress would increase electrosensitity: like pesticides, bad food, bad habits (like staying too long on wi fi), infections are also stress...

Only recently, the last 2 months, I went into fasting then to a non-grain /non starch and non-milk products and felt that like magic, my whole DETOX systems started to work again.

I usually feel crap in winter, but now, I feel fine. Electrosensitivity is at its lowest and I'm doing experiments in a polluted bedroom, that I could not even sleep before (I fell ill after day 3, very ill with some infection or extreme malaise).

I guess it's a sum of factors that make the castle crumble down. Electrosensitivity seems to be one of the problems of the overwhelmed body. In my opinion....

Many people with lyme develop electrosensibility to the point of even fainting when they go to a shopping with fluorescent lights and / or wifis.

they also start to get increasing amount of allergies....

sorry guys for being absent for some time. i was in bad condition and was trying to follow the suggestions on this page.
i have started taking magnesium and other gut-related stuff suggested here.
have had little improvement but need more time.

at the same time i've been avoiding wifi-strong areas or proximity to the routers, avoiding any cheese, keeping a distance when using a computer and little excessive.

there's still so much that i need to follow on this site.

thank you all so much!!

Dear Marc,

Need your help. In the beginning of this post you mentioned several things that worked for you.
Can you please give me the links to those things so that I can purchase them.
Either I am not good at finding things or I am worried that I will buy from wrong links (sources) and could buy fake or ineffective products. So your help is kindly needed.
In particular I am looking for these things but you can also give me links to things that I may have forgotten to mention here. I am especially interested in EMP protection devices that helped you go from 5 minutes to full day in front of computers.

1) Quantum Products that worked for you
2) Springlife Polarizers (any alternative if they are not sold anymore)
3) Mega-Chi (I found this: https://www.amazon.com/Mega-Pendant-Bronze-Silver-Finish/dp/B004NQFTQW#customerReviews)
4) Advanced Tachyon Technologies
5) http://www.mapi.com/products/herbal-supplements/immunity-antioxidants/amrit-ambrosia-tablets.html
6) Pulsor
7) Terra Tachyon
8) Springlife Polarity

Just a note here: I have tried Earthcalm products (all of them) and they did not help me at as much as I expected. And I strongly believe the their Home Infinity system affected my high-frequency hearing (left ear). It's just my own experience though.

I have been going through this site but at a very slow rate. There's about 173 pages or so and i want to go through all of these. May be you have mentioned that information in the past in other posts. But your help here with the links will be very kind.

Thanks in advance.

It's true that many of the items you list have helped me over the years.  Unfortunately, many of these items were purchased over 15 years ago, and are difficult to obtain now, as some of these companies have either gone out of business or discontinued these products.

I'd say that the most effective product line in getting me able to work in an office and use a computer was from Quantum Products.  I'm not sure if they're selling anything these days, but you can try to contact them and see:

  http://www.upgradingtechnology.com/quantumproducts.html

I primarily use the Quantum Companion (portable), Quantum Pro (plugin), Quantum Conditioner (power strip).  Also, in the UK, there is an audio/video specialty site that sells the same technology, which I imagine would give the same results:

  http://www.russandrews.com/us/clarity-conditioners/

The next best, and one that seems to promote good health with or without EMF/RF around, were the Springlife Polarizers. Unfortunately, this company has been out of business for many years, so you can only find old stock (or sometimes you see them on eBay as part of estate sales).  However, I do see that there is one person who claims to still be selling old stock, so you might try to contact him:

  https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/springlife-polarizers-robert-e-haskins

Mega-Chi pendants are also no longer sold.  Your Amazon link is correct, but as you can see it's out of stock, and probably has been for years.  The company does still exist, but they've moved onto other energetic jewelry products, and the few of these that I've tried weren't as good for me as their original pendant.

  https://highchi.com/collections/sacred-geometry

Advanced Tachyon Technologies is alive and well as a company, but personally I don't find these as effective.  Some people seem to like their "Mini V" pendant, but I don't find it as good as other things (but at least you can still easily find & purchase it).  Here is one distributor's website:

  https://tachyon-energy-products.com

Your link of the Amrit Ambrosia tablets is correct.

Pulsor Products are also still sold, and I have mixed feelings on these.  They definitely impact me, but I've never been too sure whether the effect is good or bad, health-wise.  Certainly they leave me less tired & drained in bad environments, but I suppose a cup of strong coffee would do the same thing.  These are sold by distributors, for example:

  http://www.energyintegrity.com/shop/

If you try these, I'd recommend the "Standard Card" or the "Section Card", which are cheap but seem plenty strong for me.

Terra Tachyon is still around, although I have sometimes found it hard to find places to buy these.  I've used the "Donuts" and "Spheres" with good effect, although the effect is much less noticeable to me than the Quantum Products/Springlife Polarizers.

As for Earthcalm, I have tried a number of their products, but as you've indicated, I've never been convinced that what they do is actually "healthy".

And of course, there are certainly a large number of other companies selling similar things, and I have tried quite a few of these, but nothing that I would personally recommend.

Re: sensitivity to wifi/emf

dshoaib
Marc and all, couple more questions and a little bit of my observation.

1) I am in Taiwan and I am not able to find a buy MicroMins. seems they only ship to UK. I just want to give this a try too.

2) i feel my body has a lot of toxins. Some people told me that I smell bad. I am sure I was not like this just 5-6 years ago (i am 46 now). My skin is not very clean now and i can feel it. My arms have some kind of blackish spots (not really spots but instead pigmentation seems that way especially on my arms). my back (upper back especially) is not clean or does not look clean. It's not hygenine thing. It's from inside i am sure. this pigmentation changes time to time. It does not itch at all. I am very positive i started to have this thing around the same time when i started working in that very heavy polluted environment (esmog). So can somebody please suggested how to get rid of all these toxins or waste that lives in my body now.

And this is my little observation about sensitivity to wifi. I have noticed that when I clean my earwax it helps me. I tend to produce a lot wet earwax in my ears. that becomes too much too quickly. i just feel (may be it's not really the case) that the wet wax may kind of form a short circuit for wifi waves to pass through. like a conductive wire and may kind of induce dizziness or hypersensitivity. it's just a thought. sorry if it sounds not practical to some.

thanks and God bless all here...

Well, you'd need to detoxify.  There are lots of ways to do this, and in
many cases people go to doctors who specialize in this, and get tested
for toxins and take appropriate things to remove those toxins while
also supporting the liver, kidneys, etc.  A variety of things can be
used to detoxify -- foods, supplements, sauna, exercise, ionic foot baths,
etc.

When I was improving the most, I was taking an American supplement called
NDF (Natural Detox Factors) by BioRay, which is supposed to detoxify
a lot of metals, chemicals, etc.

  http://www.bioray.com/ndf/

The person who invented this, Dr. Tim Ray, later moved to Europe and
created similar products in Switzerland and the UK:

https://www.ll-euro.com/wissenswertes/entgiften/die-neuen-entgiftungsprodukte-von-biologo
https://www.intelligentenergetics.com/collections/frontpage/products/5-phase-detox-protect?variant=37037356097

These all are based on pulverized / micronized chlorella, that cleans up
a variety of toxins in the bloodstream.

Marc
