question about electronic devices; rife machines etc has dirty emf from mains?

I am very curious about electronic devices which connects to the main supply; such as telephone ( not wireless), frequency generators, rife machines etc; do the dirty mains emf get transferred to the devices or the dirty emf get converted into other signals by the device /amplifier?  

Frequency generators & rife devices output specific pre-determined freqs ( supposed to be clean signals??)

I prefer to ask opinions from this groups rather than rife groups as they may be biased to ignore mains emf contamination.

A corded landline phone which is only wired to a telephone jack has been the best option for me with my ES symptoms especially when used on speaker-phone mode.  All telephones have a magnetic field coming from the speaker on the handset which can be felt by many ES people when holding the handset to the ear.  I avoid corded phones which require an electrical cord with a black transformer box which plugs into the electrical outlet - usually phones with built in anwering machines have these.  Those little black transformers are sources of dirty electricity.  What works best for me is a corded phone (not a corded phone which is really DECT base station for multiple add-on handsets) that uses batteries to store phone numbers and display caller ID and does require any plug-in to an electrical mains outlet.
