pulsed microwave radiation really goes for me

Steph Smith
Hello everyone

I have just joined this group having stumbled on it by accident. I have been an esser for about a year and a half but think I am finding myself falling into the EHS category more and more. I have real problems with anything wireless, also digital tv [and also even analogue tv lately] - I get weird migraine headaches but at the back of my head not at the front and at times i feel a very unpleasant  vibration or pulsing sensation in my legs. Ialso now have problems with my throat which is sore all the time - rangingfrom an ache to a really acute pain when I have been in shops or near masts or wifi hot spots [which seem to be everywhere]. I also have problems with most electrical equipment which has a variable speed motor like my gas boiler, kitchen extraction fan and washer dryer. Life is getting more and more difficult because of these appliances which are supposed to be for our convenience but seem to do so much harm. I don't have a cell phone and
never have. I had a dect phone for a couple of months but quickly made the connection and happily went back to the analogue. I sleep on a foam mattress on a wooden bed which is pulled out from the wall and always unplugeverything after use and before bed at night - except the freezer. Despitethis the night times are the worst and sleep is painful, fitful and almostimpossible. My memory and concentration are very very poor and I can't manage to work any more. I'm thinking of completely disabling and disconnecting my burglar alarm to see if this makes any difference. I haven't tried anything specific yet, but came across something by the Rayfence website that I came across on the archives here. Has anyone tried their products? I'd really appreciate any advice anyone has for me. Wishing you all well

Steph

RayFence was giving out their Handy Pieces recently on another
group, so I received one at no cost. I'm not convinced
that it's doing much of anything, although I am open to the
possibility that it might be helping a little bit (more
testing is required!). Since I already had several EMF
protection devices that I knew were helping, it sometimes
takes me time to adequately test out new stuff (unless
it obviously works immediately, which the RayFence item
did not)

You may find unplugging the freezer--if it was good and cold, is OK
overnight
if you don't open it. (make sure there's no heat source near it).

It helped me to plug in the fridge using a round extension cord to a circuit
that
does not go near the bedroom.

I still have awful nights sometimes, I think due to exposure during the day
increasing
my sensitivity.
