I have noticed recently, however, that solar and geomagnetic activity can
also trigger (or sometimes lessen) my EHS symptoms. I invite other EHS
sufferers to look into this and have included some links and notations.

they are from. We recently had an old cycle 23 sunspot, and I felt horrible.

mid-90's, the sun has been losing power...

I notice this also.  Infact, my son once graphed my health timeline before we knew I was EMS (since I had major periods of illness fromchildhood), and found the times I was better and worse roughly followed the sun's solar flare timeline.  (Worse with more active flare period; better with less active flare period.)  What he originally was looking for was a difference with astrological movements, as he was doing a study on the effects of astrology on health.
 
I notice a difference also with high negative ionization, such as at a waterfall or the ocean--I always feel better there.  But I am confused because when storms approach, I am always much worse until they actually arrive, when I feel this great feeling of release and relief.  I wonder whether positive ions actually increase before a storm???  And then when the storm arrives the negative ionization takes over???  Please enlighten me if you know the answer.  ;)  I have not had time yet to read your sites you sent.

PUK replies - they say there is a calm before a storm, but in the
background the electrical energy and tension that is building to the eventual
crecendo is imense and far from calm, when the storm breaks out and eventually
dies out they say the Air is cleared, so the anger and tension is released
you are picking up on this due to your ES and other evolved senses.
