Yes, we've had people here report benefits from using
both of these.

However, everyone is different, so we've also had
reports from people who say they did NOT help.

A bit of searching in the archives might help, for this question has
been asked several times before. I bought the Q Link and it seemed to
help a bit in the beginning, but the effect wore off quickly. It's now
somewhere in the drawer. I might or might not try it again in the future.
