one accidental step forward

sourdoe83
Recently I decided to try start taking L-tyrosine (the only one's additive free I was able to find were 500mg, so I take one every few days). And I noticed I wasn't reacting as much to EMR anymore and when I stopped taking them and say used a computer I normally reacted so badly too it was borderline deadly after a short period of time I was now just getting tired and disoriented from. So it left some lasting impression too. I took one today, let it set in and treated myself like a lab rat again. Some ear ringing but nothing major. The only issue I have with taking this stuff is it gives me mild heart burn no matter what and it somewhat uncomfortable but nowhere near as uncomfortable as the feeling of that plus more because I'm being electrocuted to death by every day home electronic's. Just wanted to put this out there and see if anyone else has any input here.

But before I end this I also want to say that the feeling of sudden extreme sluggishness and fatigue we're exact replicas of what I felt a long time ago before the extreme symptoms set in when I thought I just had major depression. I've had EHS for a very long time but it didn't get so bad that it became a health crisis till much later in my mid 20's.

FWIW, I have heard one person say this before (outside of ES-forum).

I tried it and wasn't sure if it was helping or not, but it's cheap to try.

This is really useful, I'm the same way with light... I can only look at the screen for a few minutes before I feel palpitations and my brain locking up.

I use a projector instead of a normal computer screen, there are lots on ebay.
