One unfortunate effect of wearing metal is that it serves as a receiving
antenna. It can also serve as a "slave antenna," rebroadcasting microwaves. In an area near a MW tower, any and all metals can do this. Wristwatch, underwire bra.... Shivani [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
What would be recommended? I leach calcium from my skin and this causes static and
shocking whenever I am near any electrical outlet or battery operated equipment. For example, standing next to a power bar in a retail store created an electrical arc and I got zapped on my neck. That and my face were the only exposed skin. It left a considerable lump. My whole electrical balance seems to have changed since my exposure. Changein my pocket becomes magnetic, I discharge phones, have difficulty starting things electrical. Not a big problem but annoying. I was able to eliminate my shocking problems by getting shoes that had "static dissapative" soles. Marc |

HI Karen,
I would like to know more. How do you know that your skin is leaching calcium? Hi Emil, I get the calcium burns or what the medical community calls Calcinosis on my
skin. It appears initially with burn like lumps. I am assuming the calcium is causing the shocks as calcium is the leading constituent in batteries and carries electric charges. This is NOT the most fun I have ever had...lolol Karen --- In [hidden email], "Less EMF" <lessemf@l...> wrote: > > HI Karen, > > I would like to know more. Hi,
Funny the stuff that can happen and we can still lol. keep it up. Have found clearing the meridians is important. Have not tried it yet although things went ahead when i came to holland and had it as candy: licorice root extract is supposed to help clear all main meridians, may be worth a try.. When reading about your losing calcium, I was reminded of the following paragraph on the Earthcalm.com website: "These effects explain in part the far reaching and yet hidden effects of EMFs on human health. When resonance is established between the house wiring and your nervous system, spinning ions, such as calcium, potassium, sodium and lithium, which normally govern cell metabolism, are kicked out of the cell into the bloodstream where they are deposited in the joints or eliminated. Calcium, potassium and lithium are ions that govern calmness, mental clarity, and mood stabilization. Some specific examples are: accumulation of calcium in the joints has been related to arthritis; lack of potassium is related to Alzheimers disease and the lack of lithium is related to chronic depression and manic behavior." I've also found it helpful to eat foods which are high in these sorts of minerals (e.g. bananas for potassium, kelp for a variety of minerals, etc.) Marc |

perla if I remember you are knowledgable about using salts? I have been getting good results with sea salts. I take about 12 grams, which I'm told is the most you should take each day. It is one tablespoon. I add it to a quart of warm water. I use filtered watered that I boil and then let it cool. After you drink it you lie on your right side so that it can be absorbed into the intestines. I then spend time under my coffee table sauna. It gives real good results. I have heard in another group that people use salt and vitamin C together and then use their rife machines. It is supposed to have a good effect. I think it may be the same sort of thing. It works with the sauna as well. I found a similar sort of thing when I was juicing cilantro. I got a really good effect when I would drink it while rifing. Then I noticed the same sort of effect when drinking it inside my sauna. If you are into salts you should try this if possible. I'm experimenting. I'm not using the vitamin C only the salt. I'm going to do that for a long time and learn the effect of it. Then someday I will add the vitamin C in the mix and see if this does anything more. If not I will know it is the salt. Some people believe that it kills bugs (bacteria).

Hi,
Got reminded of the warrior's rest: 4th one, left the rest of the article just for fun,, haha THE WAY OF THE SHAMAN Second Attention Walk for long stretches. Look at everything by slightly crossing the eyes, keep a peripheral view of everything. This will help hone the second attention. Twilight Power Draw power from the twilight by jogging on the spot and raising your arms to the sky with the fingers stretched, and then clasp them forcefully when the arms are in mid point between the horizon and zenith. Magical Breaths When stressed or fearful, push your diaphragm down while taking four sharp gasps of air, followed by four deep inhalations through the nose. Clasp your hands tightly, covering the navel. Shaman's Rest For complete rest, lie down comfortably on your stomach with your face turned to the left and your feet over the edge of the bed. A soft pillow over the shoulders, away from the neck, also helps. Gazing at Infinity Sit with your back propped against a wall. Relax. Gaze at a still body of water or distant mountains without focusing. Scan the object slowly. This helps in gathering the second attention. After you drink it you lie on your right side so that it can be absorbed into the intestines. ----- Have deodorant stones i use for deodorant (ahum or should), they work by killing the bacteria. There are shower stones as well (just salt crystals), and the magic oil i used was basically pure sea salt.. I likie the salt.. Love Visit your group "eSens" on the web. Thanks for the input, Marc. I was not aware we had lithium in our bodies. Iam going to
have to go check that out. The problem is that the chemical I was exposed to is a calcium channel blocker. From inside this skin, it feels as if I cannot keep the calcium in me. How does that feel? Boy...I just feel like I need to have loads and loads of it. I do take sea kelp to support my thyroid. All of you have been so helpful with me. Hey Ellen, I was just going to see about this meridian clearing when you explained it. I
haven't tried licorice root. Could you point me to a web site that you favour? I haven't worn the bracelet yet. I would like to get those shoes I think Marc mentioned them. I cannot find them in my city. You know, about the laughing part, it IS what keeps me. I laugh when it seems the most dismal. I smile when I have the most pain. I hear this is good for the complexion...all this laughing, moving the lips.... I have a mantra, prayer, I say when I need to mull a little courage and bravado. It is always too soon to quit so I guess I will just keep at it. It really is fascinating, Ellen, what is happening and that it happens to me makes it all the more "real" I guess. Hi,
Have no website where i order from. Do like the products from the Himalaya healthcare company. Like the product Mentat (also tried purim which worked very well) They probably have more. These have many different extracts and i say bring it on. Mentat has 24 different ones, think that should clear most of them. Any rhyzhome seems to work for me: ginger, ginseng, goldenseal, curcuma etc. For me this week is gonna be about clearing the chakra's and meridians any way i can think of (there are many ways). Stretching (yoga-ish), (self) massage. Stood on my head a little already (on hands) and just bend over and rest your head on your hands. Since my chiro has broke all the bones in his body over a year ago I have only had the stretches from the masseuse, and make the move now myself. The sacral-craneal adjustment is what I am going for, hope to find a pro, if not I keep intuiting (and learn to get it by following my Guidance) Wondering how this week will end/ Hear rolling your eyes can do good things as well. More than evr. Go within. Just do it. Love, Ellen PS singing is allright: You are Gold Always believe in your Soul You've got the power to know you're indestructable Open sesame, here comes rastaman, abacadabra, catch me if you can I know you find hard to believe that I AM the genie (djinnie) of the lamp and I can do anything you ask for, but right no I only wanna dance Hey Ellen, I was just going to see about this meridian clearing when you explained it. Hi, Karen and All,
So glad to hear how well you are continuing to do, Karen! Laughing is part of how I got thru, too. Sometimes I was so out of it due to brainfog, but my hubby would rent comedies for me to watch and I would lie in bed, laughing myself silly. Sometimes I was too out of it to even follow the scripts. But here and there something would strike me as funny. It helped me thru the pain and exhaustion when I was at my worst. And, like you, I tried to joke as much about my illness as possible. I think that is a necessary part of healing. For one thing, you are not taking it all so seriously. I see so many (not here at this forum, but at another forum I belong to) who have given up, are bitter, angry, and who have, for all intents and purposes, completely walled themselves off emotionally to any healing or help from others. These people sit year after year without ever seeing anything change. But alot of it seems to be their attitudes. None of us can completely heal on command, but if you shut down emotionally, you cannot heal at all, it seems. Just another 2 cents, lol. Keep up the great attitude, Karen! Hi Diane, I like your two cents. Coupled with mine, we might get a nickel. I had a little set
back here, woke up Monay morning and have a set of lumps on my left shoulder bone. Four have blistered, one severely. I aspirated the blister and packed it with green clay. Saw the doctor. Nothing new to suggest. Today...well...I feel like I could get "truck driver" (no insult to truckers) here with my swearing. Soaked in the tub, said a few sh*ts and I think some DGs as I tended this arm. Damn this really hurts. It would seem, Diane, that YOUR attitude and appoarch, seemingly pretty gentle from this window, would assist those people on that other board with a bit of "perk". A positive mental attitude, balanced life...and a thought that it really isalways too soon to quit. You take care and thanks for the support. It really helps. Hey Ellen, I like your poetry, is it yours? I will have to go look up the Himalya healthcare site. I haven't worked much with the softer healing arts. I have been slamming the science on this condition. I wish I knew more about the Chakras. I do practice yoga. There are 8 paths I am learning to practice with mediation, stretching, self reflection, enlightment. Oh...and the breathing. A specialbreathing exercise to billow the lungs and trachea. It is critical to keep moving. When I can move I like to dance. Would a lymph massage clear chakra's? Man...I wonder if Budha had this problem. Since my chiro has broke all the bones in his body over a year ago I have only had the stretches from the masseuse, and make the move now myself. The sacral-craneal adjustment is what I am going for, hope to find a pro, if not I keep intuiting (and learnto get it by following my Guidance) Wondering how this week will end/ > > Hear rolling your eyes can do good things as well. Hi,
They are just the songs i sang yesterday (dancing reggae is chi movement too) That spine of mine. Have this very basic Yoga-book and the breathing is also something for this week for me. And standing on my head (whick probably works on this bone i write about below) The initial putting the chakra's back was with a Tachyon cocoon-ride, maybe there is a tachyon healer in your area, mine used a chi machine initially, then a rainbow meditation and feet. Rainbow meditation is always good, now i use the little tachyon i have and salt crystals. There are actually the crystals with the rainbow colours like rubies are supposed to have the 1st chara's frequency, think carneole(?) the second and more i dont recall. General salt footbaths (warm for one side cold for the other) supposed to help with the lower chakra's. (Hot) oil treatments with the higher ones! (from heart up) I printed out this site the Human subtle system (Tree of Life) http://www.adishakti.org/subtle_system/nadis.htm Hope that is the link, the whole thing, it explains the chakra's and which symptoms are problems in whiich (side of) which chakra. Any massage helps detox. For the lymps they sometimes drag out toxins with tobacco leaves, or other plants. This bone in the skull that apparantly is free-flowing can be "turned". In the adjustment you apparently experience bliss, it is important for the master glands!! Hey no fare back then the warriors had no man-made emf's! Oh would recommend the Four agreements of Don Miguel Ruiz for reading (also autobiography of a Yogi for Paramahansa Yogananda). My self I am back with the bible, prayed for wisdom and now i can use it as a "manual", see the steps that are next for me. (big one) Love tayloka_40 <[hidden email]> wrote: Hey Ellen, I like your poetry, is it yours? I will have to go look up the Himalya healthcare site. Hi all,
Not keeping caught up lately. Neck has been giving fits, and I can't sit at pc long. I don't know about it with the meridians, but Licorice, is strengthening to the adrenal glands and whole system. I love the tea. Helps raise blood pressure slightly. So if you struggle with high, it might be not so good. Also contains glycherrizic ?sp, acid, which causes potassium depletion, so if you use it more than a couple days in a row, you'll want to be watching that and your sodium balance. They do sell deglycherrizated licorice for more, for long term. Also helpful curbing sugar cravings. Shivani, I can't do it, but I can maybe help you in the right direction on publishing. My own business is very small. I'll send you an email asa I can get it together. (Am female by the way, but till you mentioned, I didn't think about people knowing that or not here.) :) Left part of a thought out on some msg. about water pipes, something about them being plastic vs. metal as conductors I think. I think it was answered anyhow. I feel like I'm coming close to breaking through on emf problems somehow, for me at least, but I hope for many. Just keep gathering info. Something I was reading a few days ago concerning CFIDS. About the ??outer -not central- nervous system. I feel so much of the time like all my cells are little porcupine quills standing up, there's always a low grade pain unless I've taken the occasional pain killer codeine, or one for migraine. (Had a 3day one recently, so I guess I was cogitating all this.) When I take those, it's like a calming effect and the cells lay down and relax and I feel normal as best I can tell for a time. I also am not, at least to the regular, bothered by surrounding emfs. I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this? I'm betting that somehow it has to do with the outer(still can't think of word), nervous system being constantly in a stressed condition, regarldess what the rest of our systems might be doing. If we can make it work properly, and not like zillions of little antennas sticking out, we'd feel a lot better. Tayloka, I looked at your photo! Poor you!!! I don't mean that as pitiful, just do feel for you. I have a retired physician friend, and will email and see what she thinks of x-ray to treat that new problem, but I'm betting the answer is no. Especially not when you've had radiation poisoning already. X-ray damage is cumulative everytime you're exposed. What about an infrared or uv light? I suspect that may be better. Was thinking if the calcium is coming out, have they tested it for fluoride content? If you could get it chelating that out, seems that would be healing. Ezorb is a calcium I was just reading about for friend with bone spurs and other problems. Might be a more absorbable one for you to try. Perhaps look into color therapy, with DINSHAW filters. Not expensive, comparatively. Have been going to ask if anyone has tried that here for different troubles? Have only done it sporadically, but if you're stuck in bed or bath for awhile anyhow, shining the right light wavelength gets something else done at the same time. Cleared up a congested chest in one session once, was like a miracle it went so quick. Quaixeman made a interesting statement, about the salts, killing bugs. I think that's right, they used it to preserve foods for so long. Not sure if it is also antifungal. Maybe we're all getting well preserved with it! :D Attitude surely is helpful when it's good. Makes life livable at times. Sometimes bad isn't always bad I think, to let it out unless it continues long and is allowed to take root. ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], perla1133 <perla1133@y...> wrote: > > Hi, > > They are just the songs i sang yesterday (dancing reggae is chi movement too) That spine of mine. > > Have this very basic Yoga-book and the breathing is also something for this week for me. Hi again, Karen,
So sorry to hear of your setback! I am sending healing wishes and thoughts your way. I hope it will be no time till you are painfree and back on the road to total recovery. (((Hugs))) Re the other forum: I stick around for those I can help; but the ones I am talking about, who have given up, never budge from their positions, unfortunately. Actually, there are a couple people there who get mad at me regularly for being a "pie-in the sky Polyanna", and I even avoid answering most posts in open forum, so as not to tick these curmudgeons off unnecessarily. lol I think our 2 cents together adds up to a lot more than a nickel, Karen! ;) I wish you health, Diane tayloka_40 <[hidden email]> wrote: Hi Diane, I like your two cents. Soaked in the tub, said a few sh*ts and I think some DGs as I tended this arm. Damn this really hurts. It would seem, Diane, that YOUR attitude and appoarch, seemingly pretty gentle from this window, would assist those people on that other board with a bit of "perk". A positive mental attitude, balanced life...and a thought that it really is always too soon to quit. You take care and thanks for the support. It really helps. Well, just to throw in my 2 cents too. Like they say; "Misery loves
company", and some people truly aren't interested in changing or getting well, as odd as it seems. I cut out a new email buddy from another group recently after, even against my better judgement, agreed to email with him. It was quickly apparant he had no desire to be helped with encouragement, but just wanted someone new to be miserable with and help keep carrying the boulder on his shoulder. Have never wasted much time with people like that. Life is too short, and I don't have the time or energy to waste it on people like that. If I was well myself I'd probably tolerate it in very tiny amounts; then again maybe even less. Reminds me of what my gramma would call "A Whiney Pete". :) So, be the light you are, and ignore those others, just be careful they don't drag you down, because they will if they can. ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], Evie <evie15422@y...> wrote: > > Hi again, Karen, > > So sorry to hear of your setback!
