I've noticed a reduction in ES following novocaine injections from
the dentist. This usually lasts a few days. There is certainly
a nervous system factor for me.

When there used to be a Bioharmonics.com website (the one which
sold enhanced Springlife polarizers), I was interested in that
the person in charge there really focused on color therapy, and
felt that her devices produced harmonics of the frequencies
of various colors (in a non-visible spectrum).

Hey (again the reply got lost so here we go again) No not my poetry, just songs i sang yesterday.

http://www.himalayahealthcare.com

The site someone mentioned not long ago has a lot of good stuff on it ehhm he found a flower essence on it (under header homeopathic).

Yoga is good, helps with detox.
the site http://www.adishakti.org/subtle_system/nadis.htm/
(hmm hope that works it is called Human subtle system (Tree of Life)) i found very helpful, have it printed out. It says which symptoms for which chakra's etc. General: warm and cold salt foothbaths with meditation help with lower chakra's, oil treatments with the higher ones. Rainbow meditation is good.

Books: Don Miguel Ruiz, the four agreements, autobiography of a yogi Paramahansa Yogananda. I use the bible now, but only since i had the wisdom to understand the way to use/read it.

You know no fair, the old sages and warriors did not have the man-made emf problem// (and well maybe they where better with pure desire and nowadaya we have gotten a little distracted)

Hey Ellen, I like your poetry, is it yours?

I will have to go look up the Himalya healthcare site. I haven't worked much with the softer
healing arts. I have been slamming the science on this condition. I wish I knew more about
the Chakras. I do practice yoga. There are 8 paths I am learning to practice with mediation,
stretching, self reflection, enlightment. Oh...and the breathing. A special breathing
exercise to billow the lungs and trachea.

It is critical to keep moving. When I can move I like to dance. Would a lymph massage clear
chakra's?

Man...I wonder if Budha had this problem.

Yes, Snowho, the photo is shocking and I would really welcome any assistance ANYBODY
can give me. I say that in reference to showing this to your doctor friend.Just to note, that
is the worst of these ulcers. I have only had four of those types.

I have more pictures. Some were taken at the treatment centre I was going to but they all
have the same look....like a car cigarette lighter being pressed onto my flesh from the
inside. The sores look like that. These type appear on major joints such asthe illium,
ankle, knees, shoulders, elbows, sternum....and there is one coming on my chest. The
pressure comes first along with that tingling, prickling feeling you describe. Mine feels like
an itch you just don't want to scratch.

That they come on the fingers, palms, soles, and toes is classic electrocution...I kind of
like to think of it in Equine terms that it is a long way from the heart. Meaning....it is the
bodies way of protecting its most precious cargo. AND...there is no imminent
death...LOLOL.

So that being said, I could really use some help here. From inside, it really does feel like I
am cooking. I am suffering dehydration, emulsification of fat (according tomammography
I have lost 75 to 100 pounds), terrible night sweats (approximately 03:30 MST with
absolutely no temperature change feeling heat or hot), servere cold, fatigue, confusion.

The worst of this is my memory problems. Even from when I was little...yikes....I mix up
words and lose my thought mid sentence. This is NOT normal as I am on the "bright" side
and have two degrees.

No wait...the fatigue is the worst and THAT seems to be cause by the weightof my body. I
just cannot haul this around. I am suffering from hyperbone density and I even though I
have evaporated to a size 0...I weigh...get this...154 pounds.

I am managing the symptoms but am getting no "cure". Maybe I am missing something in
my care, perhaps if someone went through my routine and scrutinized the process I am
following with the science they might find a "missing link".

Snosho, the only way to that I know of to test for fluoride poisoning is byx-ray. That is
how my diagnosis came.

My thought with requesting an x-ray would be that it would act like an "enzyme" and
excite the fluorine molecule...adhered like friggin glue to my bones....andbreaking the
bond with the calcium it would disperse into bloodstream and go that route. My bone after
the x-ray would be "scared" leaving a hole. Bones more porious therefore fragil but I think
I can fix that.

I know this is long but I would like to give you a tip with that skin business....those nerves
underneath the skin are plentiful and they are becoming demylinated, the BEST thing for
that is to get those adrenals working and support them with PROGESTERONE. Only natural
progesterone. This will help short term. Long term you would want to take wild yam. Get
your own adrenals making it.

Oh...and I do UVRed and Far Infrred. I went so far as to buy a therma FIR massage bed.
Pricey but for me....shoot...I think it is keeping me alive.

Take care,

Karen

Thanks so much for these web sites. I have some reading to do. I am going to have to go
look into some of these things. For instance, I have never heard of Tachyonhealing. Or
even rainbow meditation.

I feel like a grunt in this area. Hey...I just learned about sun gazing. I like the idea of sun
gazing. It makes sense, apparently the pineal gland is stimulated by the light that comes
directly from the eye. Helps to establish your cercadian rythym.

I like that. I feel better in the sun. Even THAT makes sense. That link wasthe right link for
the Tree of Life. I am going to give that a read. The graphic alone looks enticing to play
with no?

Thank you for those healing thoughts. After my little dalliance with electricty and and RF I
do believe they will find their way to me.

Hi Diane,

These setbacks are discouraging. I am trying to approach this with three steps forward,
two steps back type of thinking. At the end of the day when I debrief me...LOLOL...I always
am on the accounting black side. Although battle weary...I didn't surrender, concede or
forfeit.

You know, Diane, there are just some people who fall in love with being sick. It becomes
their true self profession....see my true self profession is a shower singer...lolol...but we
won't go there....

It really makes no sense to me how people come to enjoy their own discomfort. I don't get
that. How could they just NOT miss the wholeness of themselves. Man...I sure do...and
that would be the only thing that makes me cry like a baby is missing me...the way I used
to be.

However...these people are out there and they are draining and tax our verythoughts
when they are not around. It is best...like my grandfather used to say....cut bait and find a
new fishing hole.

I think you are right...we "gots" more than just a nickel in this jar. And thanks for those
well thoughts.

Hi again, Karen,

Glad to hear you are still in the black. Sometimes illness gets discouraging for even pie in the sky Polyannas, like us. :( But that is just a reason to look harder for the silver lining in the clouds, eh? Which reminds me--those blisters that you are having.... Are those from toxins trying to leave your body? Maybe that is a good thing disguised as a bad thing? Just a thought.

Lol re your profession as a shower singer.

(I agree with everything you and SArjuna had to say about my curmudgeon buddies at the other forum! ;) )

Healing thoughts,
Diane

tayloka_40 <[hidden email]> wrote:
Hi Diane,

two steps back type of thinking.

Man...I sure do...and
that would be the only thing that makes me cry like a baby is missing me...the way I used
to be.

However...these people are out there and they are draining and tax our very thoughts
when they are not around. It is best...like my grandfather used to say....cut bait and find a
new fishing hole.

I think you are right...we "gots" more than just a nickel in this jar. And thanks for those
well thoughts.

Quick warning about "sun gazing" - some ES people can develop light
sensitivity as well. Sue has. It's a real nuisance because it limits her
going out in the countryside, which otherwise helps her ES. For her, low
winter sun is the worst, and the original trigger appeared to be looking at
the sun near sunset.

Yes, 5 years ago I had a terrible time being in the sun -- I would
get sharp pains in my head almost immediately. Fortunately, after
I started improving, this is a symptom that went away pretty quickly.
Last year, I was in Hawaii for a week and essentially spent all day
on the beach, and had no problem at all with the sun.

I'm not really sure what made the difference though... heavy metal
detox? Increase intake of antioxidants?

Re: sun gazing

Ian Kemp
It may be that as your health and immune system are improved, not only does
general sensitivity decrease, but some frequencies may become totally OK.

Dr Cyril Smith, once of Salford University in the UK, has tried "imprinted
water" tests. One lady showed sensitivity to over 100 frequencies! After
various treatments, she was then measured as only sensitive to a few of
these, and indeed she did feel better. Sue did the test twice and had
various treatments with intravenous glutathione etc in between, and the
number of "sensitive frequencies" measured dropped from 6 to 2. However her
general ES did not seem to improve noticeably, though her MCS did. I guess,
again, everyone reacts differently!

Hi, Snoshoe,

Lol Love that! "whiney Pete"! I hope you don't mind, but I think I am going to adopt your gramma's saying.

I don't let people like these "whiney Pete's" get me down. Infact, they could be downright funny sometimes, if their (largely self imposed) situations were not so sad! But I do avoid them and do not allow myself to get sucked into emailing with them. I, like you, found that to be a fruitless endeavor.

Thanks, tho, for your advise.
Diane

snoshoe_2 <[hidden email]> wrote:
Well, just to throw in my 2 cents too. Like they say; "Misery loves
company", and some people truly aren't interested in changing or
getting well, as odd as it seems.

I cut out a new email buddy from another group recently after, even
against my better judgement, agreed to email with him. It was quickly
apparant he had no desire to be helped with encouragement, but just
wanted someone new to be miserable with and help keep carrying the
boulder on his shoulder. Have never wasted much time with people
like that. Life is too short, and I don't have the time or energy to
waste it on people like that. If I was well myself I'd probably
tolerate it in very tiny amounts; then again maybe even less.

Reminds me of what my gramma would call "A Whiney Pete". :)

So, be the light you are, and ignore those others, just be careful
they don't drag you down, because they will if they can.

Hi again, Ian,

I had sun sensitivity for awhile. You are right, mine was worse in winter. I still get a rash if I sit in the sun in the winter for very long, but otherwise it doesn't seem to bother me now.

My best to Sue; l hope she sees some real improvements soon,
