mark and glenn's tips on emf

Thanks for the posts ---
I'm actually at Rea's center now and to be honest, while I think he is
brilliant and there is a lot to offer here, it's very disorganized and it's quite
hard to get personalized treatment. I have yet to feel like we're covering
everything in an efficient and affordable manner.

For treatment, it's the same for everything - sauna, IV therapy, and shots.
I asked again about EMF probs and he said to also see an energy worker.

So if you guys don't mind, any brief rundown of what you do that works would
surely be appreciated...and then you, too, can start charging $10,000 :)

thanks
jill

I recovered from my ES without doing IV therapy or shots. I did see a
couple of energy workers (reiki, reconnective healing), but I don't believe
these helped much. I've also spent some time in sauna/steam rooms, but I
don't think this helps ES much.

I posted a summary of what helped me the most right after I started the
group. You can read this at:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/eSens/message/16

Basically it says that foods, supplements, and EMF protection devices
helped me. Re-reading that post, I should add:

* try focusing on adding foods which are high in potassium, and try to
reduce your intake in salt

* try the supplement "evening primrose oil". It contains an essential
fatty acid called "GLA" which people need, but generally aren't getting.
Also you might want to try barley grass powder supplement (I use
one from Green Magma).

* as for increasing your tolerance for EMF sources, I still think that
EMF protection devices are the #1 thing which can help. Foods and
supplements are helpful, but seem secondary. The big problem is
finding one that works for you. I'd suggest trying Springlife
Polarizers first, and if that doesn't work try Quantum Products.

I ended up spending far more than $10,000 in trial & error experimentation,
but hopefully if you read what works for people on this list, it won't
cost you nearly that much to make some progress.

Oh - also, if you've had a lot of silver dental fillings in your life,
or eaten a lot of fish, you might want to look into getting any of
those fillings removed (safely by a holistic dentist) and replaced
with plastic composites, then follow that up with things which
(gently) detoxify the body from heavy metals. There seems to be
some evidence that folks who have ES are suffering from heavy
metal poisoning.

Hello,

I found that taking selenium and the Vitamin B Komplex, the last one in
high doses probably helps to reduce the sensivity or help the body to
stand it
.
