infrared saunas

Hi, just wondering if anyone has heard of or tried an infrared sauna
to detoxify. I understand some do give off a emf, but, I don't know
how much is too much. Any thoughts?

I view a treatment with a machine called photon dome and think it's detoxify the body.

Infrared sauna's are an excellent way of detoxing.

My alternate practitioner says I can tolerate infrared saunas only 10 minutes at a time.  fwiw.  I am extremely EHS.  I would take care with.  At the center in Texas the doc says some can tolerate, some cannot.
