After a gradual but significant reduction in sensitivity for about a
year i have started to get a lot worse again. Not changed much apart from my diet not as good as it was although ive corrected that now. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else? |

In addition to 12 UV Light treatments on my blood and lots and lots of
other crap, I have noticed a solid change in my radiation resistance when I take Phosphatidyl Choline (BodyBio brand). I have been taking it now off and on for about 4 months. my 2 cents, Andrew On Oct 23, 2007, at 8:51 AM, richard hutchinson wrote: > After a gradual but significant reduction in sensitivity for about a > year i have started to get a lot worse again. I had a different type of ES initially (which when I first came to this forum was not viewed here as ES until a researcher mentioned to Marc that he viewed it as ES). I had seemed to overcome these initial ES symptoms thru supplementation and diet. However, came down with the type of ES most here have after a pesticide exposure 18 months ago. It also has gotten better, over time, with supplementation, tho avoidance is still necessary and I become just as bad as ever if I hang out around cell tower areas.

How did you start to recover in 1st place ?
RH Being very careful about what I ate mostly i think. I was also seeing a counsellor about other things which helped me to feel more positive in myself which may have had an effect. That has recently come to an end though so that might have something to do with it. I dont really know im just guessing > Could it be a change in the weather? RH I dont think so because it been getting increasingly worse over the last two months > |

I've had a similar pattern. I really got worse in the last 2 weeks or so.
I did get a little extra microwave exposure, but I think there are seasonal factors: * people use a lot more electricity when there is less light and it's colder, and this means more ground currents. Also, a lot of people have compact fluorescent bulbs now. * As tree leaves get dry and fall we are more exposed to microwave towers, and even the neighbor's microwave devices. * I have the furnace plugged in again, and it makes a magnetic field. I have a heavy duty timer on it so it's still mostly off. * I don't know if this is a factor but with synthetic coats and dry air I am getting more static shocks. * Air quality is worse with windows closed. All those neurotoxic flame retardants stay in the room. * Less sun means less vitamin D, which could be important in for how the immune system feels about all this. I dont really know im just guessing I have noticed that If I go without food for a good few hours that I feel somewhat better, also giving up milk evan the odd splash in tea has helped, must start on the calcium forte again, get out more, exersise more see more people laugh more, not debate ES so much and find a new carreer, ooh I suddenly feel all faint, one day at a time sweet jesus... I didn't mention it, but calcium AEP does help me, too. Doesn't cure it, just helps it.
