feedback-grounding and sleep

Andrew McAfee
Guys,
I have been experimenting for years around how to get better sleep. in
the past, in addition to sometimes taking melatonin at night to
counteract the poor surroundings, I have done considerable
experimentation with my physical environment.

I have just moved into another house (4th location in 7 years) to get
further away from the TV and other towers and am currently 1 mile in
each direction from the cell towers.

I have painted the walls and ceiling of the bedroom with copper paint
and grounded it. I have plastic shielding over the windows. I have
worked out the wiring issues so there is less than 0.1 milligauss in
the area of the bed. The alarm clock is in the bathroom. I have a
natural latex bed with no wire springs.

The body voltage currently meter reads .5 volts when I am in bed. It
was 7.5 volts 5 years ago when I first discovered I was ES.

I have since experimented with using a grounding cable with an
alligator clip attached to a silver mesh fabric and also to velostat to
ground my body during sleep. I have also made a velostat hat and have
experimented with grounding it at night also to allow my scalp to relax
and rid myself of the pain in the top of my head.

What I use as the determining result is how rested I feel in the
morning (do I wake up before the alarm clock, do I feel heavy, etc.)
and also the wrinkles and dark discoloration under my eyes and at the
corners of my eyes.

Usually, within 5 minutes of laying down to sleep, I will feel energy
crawling around my face, at the corners and under my eyes where the
dark discoloration exists, and on my scalp.

I am trying to isolate if that is solely from the electric energy
running through my body from energy resonating with the copper paint,
the electricity in the walls or if that can be caused by the energy
from outside cell tower energy accumulating in my body.

There is a small electric field around the paint. I have also measured
a small pulsation in the magnetic field on the grounded silver mesh
fabric. I don't measure it around the grounded velostat and hence my
recent grounding experiments with it at night while sleeping. I have
thought of the plastic chemical problem in touching my body. The
velostat hat is covered with a silver cloth fabric to keep it away from
my skin.

Usually when I go camping, all of the dark discoloration under my eyes
and at the corners will disappear by the 3rd day of being away from the
city.

Sometimes, especially recently, I will wake up with considerably more
darkness under my eyes.

I am looking for your experiences around sleeping with a grounding cord.

Has anyone found it helpful to sleep with a ground cord or does it
drain vital chi energy from the meridians and pull it to the earth?

I am thinking that since the body voltage meter reads 0.00 when I touch
the grounding cord that there is no earth energy coming up into the
house via the ground wire.

I know through my experimentation I will figure that out eventually. I
would like to see if someone else has figured this already.
thanks,
Andrew

I am little concerned re use of cord can you be sure that you are not
getting stray/net currents through the grounding wire, when connected
to say a radiator, earth pin/plug to mains or even a ground metal
steak, you would have to monitor activity for a good period of hours.
I find that tin foil often gives me reaction when used on mass,
probably build up of efeilds/capacitance I suspect that it will also
act as a collector/reradiator ?

I once bought a large metal bed for my son bunkbead style all metal
after 1 hour of construction I stood back and suddenly raelised bad
mistake took it down and gave back to shop at a loss - classic
collector/re-radiator !

best thing I find is stella artois or bishops finger ale !

That said I have been trying to sleep with pillow case with head net
over plus high quality silver mesh to window, still my dark eyes and
heavyness remains, but wellness does not come over night I suppose.

See my photo of skin lesions and eyes like piss holes in the snow on
photo this site.

cheers

I haven't tried a grounding cord yet, although I've been thinking
about it for a while.

Dark circles under the eyes, this may or may not be related to either
of you, but all systems being connected:
2 of the leading causes, aside from not enough sleep are food
allergies, mainly dairy, and a deficiency of B complex vitamins,
which do help the nervous system as well, and might bring some degree
of emf relief. -Think some of that has been discussed with
demyelinization.

Even a little dairy in my coffee is enough to cause them, but takes
sometimes a month for them to go away again, totally avoiding dairy.
Perhaps when you go camping, you don't use as much?

First thing I think looking at people with puffy undereyes and/or
circles is food allergy.

Only way I seem to get sleep if I get to feeling crawly on my face,
is get up and give it a good face wash. Even if I did it a couple
hrs. earlier. Maybe just breaks the connection that built up, but it
seems to work well.

Hi, Snoshoe,

I can vouch for racoon eyes being caused by food intolerance and allergy. Mine were.

Hello,

Dark circles under the eyes are generally a sign that the kidneys are not
working well.

Of course I have that. Dark circles, lots of ripples on the sides,
and inflated (not tremendously) under the eyes.

Only times it gets better is also when in the countryside, and
quitting unhealthy diet.

Re: feedback-grounding and sleep

Andrew McAfee
In reply to this post by charles-4
Yes, the kidney meridians are acting up. I have heard that from a
number of health professionals too. When they act up is interesting to
me. During the day the colors go away unless I am in a bad Wi-Fi or
cell phone tower environment. At night is when the darkness returns. So
what is going on around my bed is what I am currently focusing on.

And in general how do I get my kidneys and liver regenerated? In
addition to organic food, Acupuncture, Qi Gong, Barbara Brennan
Energetic Healings, etc on my physical healing diet, some believe
kidney issues are based in trauma and emotional clearing. Boy, have I
done a lot of that and will continue to do so. Some believe it is the
chemicals and heavy metals and I have been and will continue to do the
detoxes. Some believe that the microwave or electrical house energy is
enough to fry my system because I was fried to a certain extent enough
to make my system allergic to EMF. I have also done allergy clearings.
Viruses and other invaders also a significant issue. I am buying a Rife
machine this month. Even too much sex depletes the kidneys.
I am open to other causative factors. Please forward them.
In the meantime, I am working all of the these angles and leaving
nothing out.
Hopefully when I get my body working energetically the organs and
energy systems will begin to work better and facilitate the clearings
and also keep the viruses away.
The Rife Machine is next.
thanks for the feedback.

I have found that the dark circles under my eyes will (temporarily)
get better if I soak in hot bathtub (chlorine removed), or if I
spend some time in a steamroom.

Hi again,

This makes sense and actually ties in with the food intolerance/allergy also causing dark circles.... If you have alot of toxins in your body, it can clog the lymphs and backup the flow of the kidneys. Food intolerance/allergies both cause more lymphatic congestion thru leaky gut and immune response to deal with them, which also adds to lymphatic congestion. This then, would translate that potentially any toxins can cause dark circles.

I use to sleep with wifi on in my next room for about 2 years and started using my smart phone as an alarm.Which i now know is probably the worst thing you can do. I just could not sleep it wasn,t until i started getting very noticeable muscle spasms and heart palpitations I discovered EHS .I have since purchased an acoustimeter which is an absolute necessity. And was recommended a grounding/bed sheet at first i was very sceptical but i was feeling unbelievably, muscles so relaxed in the morning and full of energy and never feel hungry between meals. But my work environment changed more pulsed microwave radiation exposure during the day and i no longer get relaxed muscles in the morning but i still use a grounding/earthing sheet as i think its essential for helping the body to heal.

Perhaps when you go camping you are sleeping on or near the ground, which for me will dissipate charge...(if the ground is not electrified).

Also metal of any kind for me picks up emfs...your paint?  your emf protections?

Grounding sheets vary, depending on their ground.  Some swear by them and others at them.  For me made things worse...but I know many benefit.

i have not tried this. i dont think this is the problem with es, why should you think connecting a blunt cord to some point on the outside of body is going to drain all the trouble away? (seems it would increase electrical influence on the body.) then again i guess a helmet is different from that some.  but why should we all think that it is not em, or that electromagnetic is not greatly exacerbating, interfering with the body?  (question, is the tingling in the face without the grounding?) the solution is when away from the city, away from the electrical influences. i dont think rife would be a good thing. i am sleeping on the ground again(well on mat on carpet at motel) for other reasons. not notice any related changes with es, although maybe problem being by the gas heater. the motel is mostly completely covered with wi-fi.  my symptoms come and go, recently suspecting pesticides and the water in addition to wi-fi.
