Anyone know if emf comes thru a wireless network in a broadband
internet connection, if I can move the modem & other equipment into
another room? Thanks.

I can feel a wireless network all throughout a house when I visit
others that have them. In fact, I would venture that it radiates across
the street. I think I am getting some from my neighboring house right
now.
I suggestion get rid of it and getting cable.

It gives off the lot, is it not basically WIFI approx 2.4gig check
out omega news and past enquiries on this site, plus ES UK archives on
dect, I can see the attraction for multi occupation houses to go
wireless but all the same it does not respect boundaries of house walls
and will have a range of over 80m. Dect phones can jam the wifi signal
they come in a range of frequencies 2.4gig, 900mhtrz, etc.. and many
households have wireless mini networks and dects, plus other wireless
gadgets its FRYDAY night for them every evening, and their neighbours
who probably have the samme and so the big picture starts to form !!!
