dairy vs. organic raw dairy

Andrew McAfee
eSens friends,
I think it will help our discussion to make a distinction when talking
about "dairy" if you are talking about dairy products that have
hormones, antibiotics, pesticides/herbicides, etc. and have been
homogenized, pasteurized, etc.

vs.

organic (no chemicals, hormones, antibiotics, etc.) and raw
(unpasteurized, unhomogenized, etc.)

There is a huge difference in how a body will react to such wildly
different products.

How about (when talking about commercial dairy products that are made
from sick cows need deep in manure and pumped up with all kinds of
chemicals and full of toxins) we refer to them as "MonSatan
dairy" (Mansanto plus Satan) and Raw and Organic dairy as "RO dairy."
I just made this up so if someone has a better term, feel free to
chime in.

If you haven't tried RO dairy products, please do before lumping it
together with a dairy comment.

And, I am a biased observer, being the younger brother of the largest
RO dairy provider in California and possibly the US.
http://organicpastures.com/

I attribute drinking RO colostrum as one of the biggest factors in my
ES recovery.

Thank you!
Andrew

For what it's worth, I find both types of dairy products extremely
fattening... :-)

(and that milk sold by Andrew's brother is very tasty!)

hey, Andrew,

I agree.  And I have also a recent study which mentions guernsey cow milk as usually being ok.  In US, dairies pool their milk and it is notjust milk from one farm when you buy it.  If you can buy dairy products from full-blood guernseys, you will be able to tolerate the milk.  I keep meaning to send this study but things come up.  And I also agree with what you say re un-fooled-around-with milk.  Iused to be totally df, but can now digest it.  (However, those starting on gf diets should refrain from dairy products for the 8 months or so, due to df helping the gut heal).

Thanks, Andrew,
Diane

We are the only mammal that drinks milk beyond infancy. Many NMD's believe that we cannot metabolize dairy correctly. Dr. Mark Hyman "Ultra Mind Solution" made himself well from being very sick by cutting out Dairy & Gluten. I know when I do eat dairy I develop mucus. Not right.

I'm giving it a try. Loni

Re: dairy vs. organic raw dairy

Andrew McAfee
Yes, NON organic, Pasteurized and otherwise treated milk common to the
supermarket WILL cause flem and digestion problems, cancer from the
hormones, bacterial infections, and on and on. Tuberculosis and other
bad bugs can survive the pasteurization/heating process and will
thrive in milk because the good bacteria has been killed. Antibiotics
have encouraged superbugs and BGH (bovine growth hormones) by our
lovely Monsanto :( causes all kinds of health problems. Pesticides and
other toxins sprayed on the alfalfa and genetically modified corn/soy/
grains feed to the cows wreaks havoc with our DNA.

I do NOT suggest having these milk or dairy products or any processed
food/cheese product.

I do recommend RAW and ORGANIC dairy. I especially like goat milk
because it encourages a more alkaline system response.

There are a number of different societal cultures around the world (at
least in Mongolia and Africa) that live primarily on milk products and
they are perfectly healthy. They often get immediately sick when they
eat a western diet of processed and contaminated food.

Most every major society has a cultured food that is an essential part
to healthy probiotic gut and often it is milk based (kefir, yogurt,
cottage cheese, etc.)

Without enough good bacteria in your gut, you can't produce enough
B12 to give yourself a bright, sunny disposition. The bacteria
actually produces it.

I think the issue is more related to the crap that is done to milk,
not the milk itself.

Sure, milk is maybe not for everyone so don't drink/eat dairy if you
don't want to. But make sure you know the difference between the
products because you may be missing a critical nutrient and probiotic
base in your diet.

I just want this list to be conscious of the difference between
MonSatan Milk and Raw/Organic Milk/Dairy.

Thank you,
Andrew

Andrew,

Thanks for the info. I didn't know that about B12. I have been buying the injectable methylcobalamine & it is expensive. I am on probiotic so hopefully I'll start making some of it with this GF/dairy free diet.

What do you think of the premise that we are the only mammals that consume dairy after infancy suggesting that we shouldn't be????  Loni

Re: dairy vs. organic raw dairy

Andrew McAfee
I would prefer not to engage in belief system topics because of the
emotional component and blow back. But since you have opened the door
and I have a few minutes to rant...
Arguments have been made about meat and should we be meat eating or not.

My research shows that the homo sapien sapien species is a blend of
various ancient Earth hominid DNA indigenous to planet earth and
combined with DNA from off world, specifically the Planet Nibiru and a
host of other locations in the galaxy (from the Pleiades, Sirius
binary system, Orion system, etc.).
We have reptilian brain stem and DNA as well as mammalian AND off
world DNA to boot.

Why would our body require so much of certain minerals that are not
found in abundance on Earth?

We cannot be compared to only mammals or animals from this world as we
are not entirely from this world.

I could go on for too long but my answer is eat what you want.

I think the no milk campaign is run by NAZI UN Trade globalists (see
Codex Alimentarius) who what us to be vegetarians so we will become
stupid and weak. That is why our water supplies have Fluoride, our
teeth have mercury (and fluoride treatments), the 3rd world countries
are vaccinated to become infertile, and our food supply is being
systematically taken over by large corporations and destroyed.

Believe what you want and do what makes you healthy. I believe in
supporting your neighbor to use/smoke and grow pot in his home as long
as he doesn't give it to your kids.

That me.

with love,

Andrew

Loni,

Rich Anderson, author of Cleanse & Purify Thyself says that we can produce
B12 in the gut when it is no longer lined with mucoid plaque, (undigested
protein etc.) Need to do a bit of cleansing to achieve this though.

gut lining - Magnesium Stearate bad

Andrew McAfee
Mercola says that Magnesium Stearate creates a biofilm in the gut and
prevents absorption and creates a haven for bad bugs.
Mag Stearate is in almost every vitamin supplement. You have to look
hard to find products without it but they are out there.

Re: gut lining - Magnesium Stearate bad

R. Ticle
Thanks for posting this; I'm going to read it.  I've heard that mag. stearate isn't good before, but had not heard specifics why.  And me, with possible gut issues!

I do try finding supps without it, but you're right; it's ubiquitous. Unfortunately, even with supplements in gelatin capsules (which you can open and empty), the stearate's not a part of the capsule, as far as I know, but mixed within the supplement as a lubricant to help it slide into the capsule...or so the health food store told me.
