Yesterday a rare day

PUK
Yesterday was a rare day I manged to get over the initial nausea of sitting
before the lcd monitor/laptop and things levelled out, I worked for some 4hrs,
curiously I have gven up milk in my tea again, I firmly belive that milk
makes me more ES ? However today I have nostrils that feel like they have been
reamed out with a toilet brush, dark circles like cesspits under my eyes, a
yellowish tinge to my skin, a head that feels like I have been beaten up in
my sleep and so on.... Lets face it the symptoms that we get as ES persons
are a good alarm system ignore them at your peril I guess.

Hi Paul

Strangely, I too was able to work for longer than
normal yesterday... had many cups of tea so not sure
it was the milk fo rme! Im sorry you are not so good
today, maybe you should get off that computer and take
some time out, it seems to be the thing that works
best for most people here.... dont overdo it!!

Take care,
Alison

RE: Yesterday a rare day

Benson, Sarah (Sen L. Allison)
Hi

Paul's symptoms sound like a dysfunctional liver coupled with a poor
immune system. As the immune system is dependent upon a healthy liver,
amongst other things, it might be an idea to do some gentle liver
de-toxing. There are quite a few herbal teas that do this. I have
noticed that for ES or sensitive people generally that computer or other
radiation can cause nausea.
Cheers
Sarah

Yes, I was also thinking liver problems with those symptoms (yellow
skin, dark rings under the eyes). I had those problems too. Besides
doing a liver cleanse, one could simply take antioxidants or "blood
cleansers" to do some of the liver's job for it, taking off some
of the burden from it, and extending computer tolerance,
