Looks like 5G will be numbered 802.11ac, running in the 5Ghz band, so you'll need a more sensitive meter to pick it up.

I looked up Super Wifi. and that will be numbered 802.22, operating in the 470 to 698 megahertz band. This will be more of a concern in rural areas.
