Why some mobilephones prevents deep sleep?

Romana
Anyone knows why some specific sorts of mobilephones prevents sleep/deep sleep?
Just bought a new Samsung smartphone(no 5G) and it's very bad for my sleep, I just don't fell asleep with that phone beside me or having it in the same room. My older phones I've had were fully alright regarding sleep. A difference I know for the new phone other than generally hardware updates - it has an Exonys processor where the older one had a Snapdragon processor. Any clue?

There can certainly be a wide range of reactions to smart phones -- that is, people don't get the same exact reaction to all smart phones.

Even the exact same phone can cause different reactions depending on what your settings are, what apps you are running, and which carrier you are using.  You really have to experiment and see what you can and can't tolerate.

It might just be the radio wave frequency. Some radio wave frequencies bother me a lot more than others. I don't have much experience with cell phones (because I don't have one; I just use Google Voice, the Gmail phone, the Alexa phone on my Kindle Fire, or a landline instead).

Where I notice the different effects of different radio waves is primarily with the Wifi channel for my router (but I also feel some affects from our Roku player, and from our old cordless phone; I don't usually feel anything from bluetooth).

Anyway, channel 9 and 10 are the best for me on the router I use. The channels affect my mood a lot, too, and my sleep. They don't keep me awake; it's just that some channels make it so I have either sleep paralysis or sleep seizures a lot more often, and they make me feel really bad both emotionally and some other ways, too.

Channel 9 isn't exactly neutral. It makes me feel a lot happier than the other channels (they affect my mood, as I've said). Channel 10 makes me feel more productive than channel 9, though, but I feel better with channel 9. Channels 1 through 3 were really bad last I checked. If I leave it on channel 9 and leave the router on for too many days, weeks, or months, without any breaks, then I need to change the channel or turn it off for a while, or else I'll have other problems.

Anyway, I believe the channels represent small differences in radio frequency. In my experience with frequencies, even a small difference in frequency can drastically change the way it affects me.

When different kinds of EMFs combine together, they have different effects (in my case, usually negative ones, the more kinds of frequencies there are going on).

I also kind of feel the same toward people as I do toward radio waves, although I don't know why. It's weird. When I'm around people, I feel like this subtle buzz that I notice departing when the people leave the vicinity; I feel more equanimity/tranquility when they're gone. It's very distracting and makes it hard for me to focus if I'm trying to do something. If I'm alone, I feel a lot of relief, and like I can do stuff again. The way I feel around people reminds me of listener fatigue, sort of.
