Hi, all. I'm still getting bad rxns even tho I'm away from Smart Meters, b/c sometimes the owner puts the Invisible Fence on (probably about once a month, so the dogs don't forget). It's weird how fas it affects me. It really messes w/ my coordination & has permanent symptoms, like w/ Smart Meters, even tho it's 30Hz & not 900 MHz. Sigh. I'm also having so much muscle pain, migraines, eye pain, & really bad dehydration. Does anyone have any idea what this means/what's going on biochemically when this is happening, & what I can do about it? I feel so sick & have a fever, & I'm getting many microseizures & a lot of cortical blindness. I drank a ton of water & am still thirsty. As w/ SM's, my nervous system feels dried up, almost "singed" & it feels like all my nerves are kind of burnt.

Hi, It sounds like you have reverse polarity. This is the common with emf related problems. The cells are spinning the wrong way- of which dehydration is common. the dehydration causes a huge domino effect in the body..so while I'm not disregarding those symptoms you listed, addressing the dehydration issue is paramount. And migraines are often caused by dehydration..this is a serious issue because on a cellular level, the cells NEED water! Or they will shrink. Have you ever tried using magnet therapy? Using a magnet on north polarity on the inside of the left wrist often helps correct the polarity, which in turn, allows the body to be able to hydrate. The following link is the place I get mine, and at the top of hte screen are the magnets I use. They are labelled correctly, so its easy to know that you are using the North side towards the skin! **NOTE: for many sensitive people, it works best to put the magnet on for one minute or two, then take it off....often when the polarity is out of balance, the user feels weird, even a slight pain...this IS not a sign that magnets are bad, it IS a sign of the polarity/electrical balance in the body being out of whack. I usually find that when people put the magnet on and off, doing a few minutes every few hours, they are then able to wear the magnets all day by day 2 or day 3. Hi Elysia,
It sounds like you might need electrolytes with trace minerals. These are symptoms I get when I have been fried. I usually take an electrolyte/ trace mineral mix in water (something like Electro-blast tabs or their Running Mate drops): http://www.electroblast.com/ [They're on sale here: http://drkowalski.stores.yahoo.net/elbleffita.html ] If I am still having problems (usually I still do), I stock up on calcium AEP and pantethine (2 each with large glass of water) every 20 to 30 minutes until my muscle pain/ dehydration/ right sided migraine and neck pain begin to go away. If it doesn't work within 3 tries, I try eating something salty. If I am not still seeing success, I try magnesium salts. A banana is my last resort (more potassium). Usually, tho, I do not have to go any further than 2 rounds of cal AEP and pantethine. B12 sublingual is also helpful. Coconut oil can help me with that dried up feeling sometimes, but only after I have been able to drink water and not feel thirsty. Magnesium salts soaking (in a tub) might help too or try instead baking soda soak. If I keep getting fried and/ or the thirst returns right away, I take manganese and taurine with water (between meals)--I explained how you do that in the past to you, if you remember. You don't want to over-do the manganese--don't take it more than twice in a week. It is my theory that when this happens, my ion channels are leaking. I have no proof this is the cause, but usually I need lots of electrolytes and especially calcium and salt. Manganese and taurine are natural calcium channel blockers. I think taurine can also act as a sodium channel blocker. Hope this works for you, Diane ________________________________ From: Elysia Drew <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] Sent: Wednesday, September 21, 2011 3:26 PM Subject: [eSens] What to do about muscle aches, migraines, & dehydration from exposures? Hello,
I've had/have the problem of chronic dehydration too. I find it helpful to add a small pinch of natural salt to drinking water, and if that still isn't enough, or in case of the cramps also, my suggestion is an electrolyte drink. Make sure it has some sodium and sugar, or you'll end up with a headache, and the sugar is necessary for helping your body keep the water in. Here's a quick one I found online: The World Health Organization (WHO) has provided this easy recipe for home preparation, which can be taken in small frequent sips: table salt, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp orange juice, 1 c water, 1 qt If you make others more from scratch, that suggest lite salt for potassium, I suggest substituting cream of tartar for the potassium source. ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], Elysia Drew <necessejamais@...> wrote: > > Hi, all. Hi, A much safer version would be to use: natural Sea Salt, or Celtic Sea Salt or Himaylayan Salt. These are loaded with trace minerals. As for a natural source of Potassium, Braggs' Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is loaded with "natural" Potassium. Most commercial Orange juice is loaded with nasties chemicals, squeeze your own? Something too, that many people aren't aware of, is that the adrenal glands help regulate the body's electrolytes. So adrenal support is crucial. Peppermint essential oil, as well as Ginger are wonderful herbs that help with inflammation, that can cause aches and pains. Basil and Marjoram essential oil, a few drps of each, mixed with a carrier oil such as organic Olive Oil, works very nicely to help aches and pains, and is non toxic. Magnesium Chloride Oil is also very beneficial to the body. Both of the above, can be rubbed on the affected areas, for truly severe aches, heat some water, soak a cloth, rub the mixture on the skin, and place the heated cloth over the area. This has worked wonders. I usually use both of these. Sulfur is another very beneficial mineral. Peppermint oil, a few drops of the organic Peppermint essential oil, diluted using 5-10 drops of Peppermint Oil, in a 2 oz spray bottle filled with filtered water, is a wonderful help to stomach issues and also helps head-aches. Spray in mouth to calm the stomach...ginger tea works well for the stomach too. For head-aches, one drop rubbed on the temples and the back of the neck helps with what I call the radiation burn head-ache. And also, I have found it to be a common problem, for the body's polarity to be reversed, which can cause dehyration. It is called "Reverse Polarity". I have found Magnet therapy works the best, outside of reflexology, which also works well. You have been talking about being dehydrated and suggestions were made to increase electrolytes and salt. But I wonder if you are overlooking an important factor. Have you been urinating a lot? The reason I ask is because I myself developed what is called Type 3 Diabetes from considerable exposure to Cell Tower radiation beaming into my apartment. I had to urinate constantly, which caused dehydration. ******************************************************************************** Dr. Magda Havas, Associate Professor of Environmental and Resource Studies at Trent University in Canada has documented Type 3 Diabetes as a symptom of EMF and RF exposure. Hi, This is an excellent point. The following is my opinion. I would like to add here that supporting both the adrenal glands *which regulate blood sugar levels and the thryoid gland is of extreme importance. Many people are not aware that when the thryoid levels go down, everything else in the body goes down too. Dr. Barry Durrant-Peatsfield in his thryoid book: direct quote: "that there is a remarkable overlap in the symptoms of diabetes and hypothyroidism. So what happens if you treat diabetes with thryoid replacement? Dr. Broda Barnes (grandfather of thryoid research), showed 30 years ago, that if you did this, all the symptoms improved with the only exception being the raised blood sugar." end of quote. The adrenals regulate the blood sugar levels, and when the thryoid is down, often so are the adrenals. The thryoid and adrenal glands are vital to good health. They work together. This is why I tend to keep hammering this point home- because so many people say they had their thryoid "tested" and the reality is, because they keep chaning the parameters of the thryoid "numbers", tragically, its only when the thryoid bottoms out that the tests "reveal" thyroid dysfunction. A more accurate way to test the thryoid is to take your temperature every morning, before you get out of bed to pee. Do this for a week, and then average out the numbers. (add up the temperatures, and divide by 7.) If the average temp is UNDER 97.6, the thyroid is out of balance and not working right. You can google this, it is called: The Barnes Basal Temperature Test. You can do this at home for free. This method was used for decades, prior to the blood test being used. I have known many who had their thyroid tested (blood test) and were told it was fine. When they did the temp test, they had temperatures ranging from 96.3 all the way down to 95.9! The thyroid is very sensitive...it only takes a small knudge backwards to knock the whole function out of balance. For those who have higher then the norm temps, this means the thryoid is in the over active stage...this means the thryoid is working over time to compensate. It is still a sign that the thryoid is not working right. Typically, the thryoid goes into over active when it is stressed. OFten, if left unaided, it will cycle down to being under active. I speak as someone who suffered from both low thyroid and adrenals. I'm talking rock bottom on both these glands! Supporting both these glands using natural methods and reducing my radiation/wireless exposures has helped to normalize these gland functions amazingly. For the record, I do not recommend synthyroid or the regular mainstream medicines. I have also learned (the hard way) to first support the adrenal glands, and then support the thyroid. Here is a link to the book. For me, the raw porcine thyroid stuff and the raw glandulars for adrenal from www.nutri-meds.com along with Holy Basil Tulsi from organic india have helped tremendously. Holy BAsil tulsi is known as the Queen of herbs, and it helps to regulate blood sugar levels ( google Mercola and Holy Basil Tulsi for more info) It is also of vital importance to supply the body with the mineral tools it needs to do its job; those being: Magnesium (in the form of Magnesium Chloride) from ancient minerals (read Dr. Mark Sircus on Magnesium), Iodine -many take Kelp but as the body needs large amts of Iodine, having been starved of this mineral, I find its hard to get enough Iodine using Kelp, (www.magnascent.com), Potassium from Braggs Raw Apple Cider vinegar, Selenium, (brazil nuts are a good source of this), a good Probiotic is also vital. Many of you who have read my posts have seen that I tend to support the body in many ways. But the first and foremost should, in my opinion, is to support the body's immune system. That means supporting both the thyroid and adrenal glands. These glands play a huge role in health. These are all good ideas, but people just are not able to do all these things, and need short and sweet to start with. That is my experience in nutritional counselling.
If you are dehydrated and mineral deficient, all the rest is not going to help. No, I haven't been urinating a lot, bvut I am now sensitive to my COMPUTER, even WITHOUT the WiFi on, & it feels like my cranial nerves, esp. on the right side, got even more cooked. It's like my neck's going to snap at any second. Seizures, vision los, choking, pain, and yes, pain in the adrenals & kidneys. I've been taking "Emergen-C" for electrolytes, but have no car so can't move away. I am about 2 miles from a cell tower at this point. What really screwed m e up so that I can't tolerate my computer now was 2 days of exposure to the INvisible Fence. I give up. My family disowned me & I just can't take any of this anymore. My computer is cooking my nerves & it wasn't before. I just don't get how this can happen so quickly. I can't afford a landline anyway, so I keep having to walk 2 miles into town to use the computer. Now I don't know how I'll communitace w/ everyone.

Of course, I know Elisa has been trying fervently to do this, by moving to Mexico from Massachusettes to get away from Smart Meters, and so on. But, she has described alarming symptoms that make me think she has developed advanced ES disease, and must try to heal on a deeper level. C. Lizzie, where do you get the raw porcine thryoid & the raw glandulars, & who makes them/ what are the actual names o f the products?
Everyone else: I'm just not sure what is actually happening in my body that's causing the nerve damage. I know that the EMF exposures affect connective tissue, & it feels like that's what's happening; my nerves & connective tissue are getting cooked, but it's weird how I'm now sensitive to my computer (not WiFi; the computer itself) & I wasn't until a 2 day exposure to Invisible Fence (30 Hz pulsed). It's hard for me to believe that I can heal the nerve damage. Everyone keeps telling me different things & I am running out of ability to be on a computer. I wish we could hire personal EMF detectives to figure out the exact disease process going on, & the right supplements. Every time someone tells me about a supplement, I really have no idea if it's right for my situation (nerve damage that has so far been permanent, vision loss, seizures, choking, dystonia etc.) I actually wonder if I became EHS from yellow food coloring, & I'm wondering what I can do about that. I didn't get quite this sick until 2 days AFTER the Invisible Fence exposure, when I had vanilla ice cream, & I think it might have had yellow food coloring in it. Between 2009 and 2011, I took a lot of Questran (for mycotoxicosis). Questran is a yellow/orange powder flavored w/ sucralose. Does anyone else get permanent nerve damage from these EMF exposures, or am I the only one? It's not just pain or nausea, it's parts of my brain getting cooked. Has anyone recovered from that, & how? -E. See research published in the Journal Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine in 2008. Must see associated graphs. * The symptom groups are defined as follows: Group 1: No symptoms Group 2: Sleep disturbance, tiredness, depressive mood Group 3: Headaches, restlessness, dazed state, irritability, disturbance of concentration, forgetfulness, learning difficulties, difficulty finding words. Group 4: Frequent infections, sinusitis, lymph node swellings, joint and limb pains, nerve and soft tissue pains, numbness or tingling, allergies Group 5: Tinnitus, hearing loss, sudden hearing loss, giddiness, impaired balance, visual disturbances, eye inflammation, dry eyes Group 6: Tachycardia, episodic hypertension, collapse Group 7: Other symptoms (Hormonal disturbances, thyroid disease, night sweats, frequent urge to urinate, weight increase, nausea, loss of appetite, nose bleeds, skin complaints, tumors, diabetes) ******************************************************************************** Group 7 experiences constant urination, a symptom of Type 3 Diabetes. From this list I like to refer to people who have experienced Group 1-7 symptoms as kind of like being Stage 5 EMR Disease. I tell people that I have Stage 5 Cell Tower Illness or Stage 5 Electrosensitivity, because I have gone through most all of the symptoms experienced by Group 1 thru 7, and more!! ******************************************************************************** So take a look at the symptoms list and mark off the ones you have or have had to get an idea of how advanced your EMR disease is. It's weird how fas it affects me. It really messes w/ my coordination & has permanent symptoms, like w/ Smart Meters, even tho it's 30Hz & not 900 MHz. Sigh. I understand, but did you know that regular commercial salt is loaded with aluminum- and stripped of any minerals? Short and sweet is great, as long as it doesn't add to the toxic body load. That is my experience in nutritional counselling. If you are dehydrated and mineral deficient, all the rest is not going to help. Personally I make my own up from separate ingredients, but orange juice and salt of whatever variety is going to help with the immediate body needs, while people are delving in to whatever else they want to know/do. ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], Elizabeth thode <lizt777@...> wrote: > > > Hi, > This is an excellent point. Elysia,
I really feel bad for you; it wasn't that long ago I was super sensitive to anything that looked like a cell phone or had a plug-in cord. It could happen again given a "perfect storm" exposure. I am still on the high side of moderate sensitivity, but I've got a plan to address this. As a newbie I can only offer a few thoughts: 1. I looked at the label of the EmergenC electrolytes and noticed that the first other ingredient is FRUCTOSE. This may be causing a severe insulin and adrenal reaction in your body. It may be causing nerve damage, too. Another ingredient that may be working against you is citric acid. (A discussion on this is for another place). 2. When things start really going haywire in by body (and they do from time to time) then it is time for a time-out on everything I'm taking in order to get a new baseline. Add things back one at a time, slowly. 3. Reduce your exposure to EMF, RF's, and electric fields as much as possible. How close are you sitting to your computer? Even getting back 4-6 feet will eventually make a big difference. When I was at my worst I couldn't even be in the same room with the computer. This goes for the peripherals, too, including the transformers. ( I was especially sensitive to these for awhile). 4. Purchase some inexpensive meters so that you can see what you are being exposed to. I will not go anywhere with out my RF meter (Cornet which goes to 6 Ghz). I walk around in public assuming everyone else has the Black Plague. They are guilty until proven innocent by my meter! 5. With the seizures, are you getting enough good fat in your diet? Sometimes people who eat "healthy" forget about the fat which is very necessary for you brain! Hope this helps and we're pulling for you! One other thing that happened to me (before I got my RF meter);
XXXXXXX AT&T had to reboot my phone system and guess what? Those jokers turned on their Wi_fi. I was sitting 3 feet from the base! This was one of the elements that pushed me into EHS. This is a good reason why you must have a meter. I told the AT & T rep after I found this that they needed to turn the wireless off now or I would be glad to help them turn it off. :) Jim --- In [hidden email], "sradv777" <j777@...> wrote: > > Elysia, > > I really feel bad for you; it wasn't that long ago I was super sensitive to anything that looked like a cell phone or had a plug-in cord.
