might want to become aware of what foods are GMO….
and make it a point to only eat foods that say
“organic” and “non-GMO” - soy is often GMO.
a friend of mine almost died from eating GMO tomatoes.
his brother-in-law worked for monsanto.
he and his family would not eat corn chips… GMO.
blue corn non-GMO corn chips seem to be ok.

Recently I found soy products for some reason make it go out of control with me, I consume no soy anything anymore. I was having tofu pretty often not too long ago. Acidic food makes me feel pretty funky but I wouldn't say it makes me anymore sensitive at least not directly.
