What do we react to

BiBrun
I am curious, how many have experienced negative effects of
fixed magnets? I tend to avoid them but never have had a clear
experience with them.

It is time we had a poll? I know there's a more scientific one circulating
somewhere. I'd like to know how many react to the following. Please only
note if you've had personal experience indicating tolerance or sensitivity.

Bill

corded phones
stereo speakers
sub-woofers
head phones
CRT TVs
CRT computers
LCD monitors
printers/fax machines
xerox machines
incandescent lamps
fluorescent lamps
halogen lamps high voltage
low voltage lamps/ transformer
flash lights
any cordless or mobile phone you don't react to? (frequency?
analog/digital?)
digital cameras
video cameras
door bell transformers
dimmer switches
blenders/mixers
automatic dishwashers
vacuum cleaners
laundry machines
refridgerators
touch sensitive lights
electronic calculators
fish tanks
radios
strong magnets
microwave ovens

Hello Bill,

you still do not grasp what we are dealing with.

We do have seperate fields here, separate frequencies, and mixtures of both.

People may react very differently, depending on their *biological window*.

People may not react to monile phone masts, but to some DECT phones, and
still not react to other DECT phones.

30 kHz signals may revoke strong reactions.
I have encountered problems with Samsung, some Philips, some Sony, plasma
and LCD TV's
Especially Philips LCD TVs with backlighting, that is fluorescent lamps
behind the set.
And halogen lamps.

Dirty power in the electricity mains.
Some halogen lamps may invoke strong 30 kHz frequencies in the mains
electricity.

I do not even mention the all-present magnetic fields.
As well as the electrical fields.

I know of persons who go awol from a 9 Volt blockbattery.

The problem is, that electrosensibles may react to very, very tiny, hardly
measurable, fields.

Re: What do we react to

Absolutely I don't grasp it--I'm a scientist, and I'd like to grasp it.

I agree with what you're saying. So what determines the biological window?
And isn't there some consistency to these windows? I realize that
different LCD screens are different--that's why I did not mention cars.

They react to a 9V battery even if it's not connected to anything?
How far away do they have to be?

For myself there's only a few items where I'm sure I react. Others
I avoid to be cautious.

On your list, here are the things that I have noted bad reactions
to in the past:

> corded phones
> head phones
> CRT TVs
> CRT computers
> LCD monitors
> incandescent lamps
> fluorescent lamps
> digital cameras
> dimmer switches
> strong magnets

Also, I could add to that list (again from my own experiences):
laptop computers, laptop computer wi-fi radio, power lines above the
street, cable box, ion generator, plasma TV, cellphone
