WOODEN BED WITH METAL FRAME INSIDE

cloverine2007
Hi there!

I'm new here. I'm sensitive to EMF and need to buy a cheap bed. I was offered one which is entirely pine except for the inside frame, the slats are bed but there is metal around it, if you know what I mean. I have a natural latex mattress so no metal in the mattress.

Would this still affect me? does anyone know?

Many thanks!

Does the metal go all around the frame?
If it does, it wouldn't be considered metal free.

I think the no-metal in the mattress is the most important thing.  It would of course
be ideal to also NOT have any metal in the frame, but the frame is at least
a few inches further away from you than the mattress is.

Also, if you are also chemically sensitive, you may need to evaluate the finish on
the wood -- some of that stuff is pretty nasty, and takes forever to offgas...
