As long as the program is run on hardware equipped with WiFi and
antenna, then yes.

Important question is if your computer can be kept in listen-only mode,
and not try to transmit outbound. Such a setup would be tricky for those
with EHS, as the WiFi hardware would Have to be Enabled or turned ON.

Without the physical hardware, how could it possibly work?
