Here is an email from Microwave News re the latest on the PP at WHO.
Sarah ******************** Dear Colleague Mike Repacholi's EMF project at the World Health Organization in Geneva has released his long-awaited formulation on how to apply the precautionary principle to uncertain health risks like power-frequency EMFs and RF radiation. In the document, Repacholi argues that new tougher exposure limits should not be set to reduce the risk of leukemia among EMF-exposed children. Instead he continues to advocate relying on current safety standards, which are more than a hundredfold higher than the threshold for an increased childhood leukemia risk found in a large number of epidemiological studies. I encourage you to read the complete story which is now posted on our Web site. Simply go to http://www.microwavenews.com. Yeah, he was actaully! There's heaps of amazing stories floating around
about him....he really is rather bad, methinks. I also read that article by Rowan Campbell yesterday, its really good, lots of stuff I already knew - but also some I didn't. I'm planning on cantacting him a bit later. -----Original Message----- From: Lachlan Mudge [mailto:[hidden email]] Sent: Wednesday, 3 November 2004 4:19 PM To: '[hidden email]' Subject: RE: [eSens] WHO Says No to Stricter EMF Exposure Limts Wasn't Repacholi originally from Adelaide Uni?
