Fantastic articles. The first one, I had it saved in my computer, long ago.
The first one, I read it also long ago, but could never find it again! Thank you for finding it! I saved in my files. I used that exact text to find herbs to fight lyme disease, long ago. Some of the herbs I took (and they DID help me) came from the Gu Syndrome suggestions, and also from other Chinese TCM doctors fighting lyme or chronic infections / parasitism. it's interesting to see that EHS, in the way it manifests, may have to do with what the Chinese were talking thousands of years ago. I find it amazing and nice to have a doctor today talking about Gu Syndrome in relation to his real patients, and how it still helps him solving the problem of parasitism / chronic infections!! |

But dont you need a practitioner to select the right herbal formula for you anyway?
I have studied TCM herbalism for 30+ years, but prefer to consult a practitioner when possible. Just not possible any more, as i live in the middle of nowhere. I compound TCM formulas from single herb CPs (concentrated powders), preferably SUNTEN brand. |

Yes, better go see a TCM practitioner, even though today you got pharmacies selling TCM herb combos just down my little town... I used lots of their combos in the past, for minor problems, and usually got good results.
For complex problems, better go see a practitioner. Which I did, but funnily, he didn't help me at all, nor my daughter, plus his remedies cost a fortune... He's an original Chinese doctor, with university diploma as medical doctor!!! And TCM + acupuncture on top. It's hard to find good ones, and the ones who exactly know your problem. Today's toxic load + infections are sometimes overlooked as internal meridian imbalance, while much of that imbalance is caused by toxins + infections + radiation.... That's why I don't tie my hands to only practitioners. My life is more important and I needed faster help. If they're at hand, good ones, I get their help. If not, I just read and try to find solutions myself. There are too many herbal traditions in the world, and a herb that can help may belong to one tradition, but no to the other... I simply test these energetically, and take them if they test good. That's the way I do, when I find no good help, anyway... That's just the usual way I do, to deal with dangerous / complex / handicapping chronic diseases, that most drs have no clue how to deal with... Today, I see TCM mostly as supportive, like with all other herbal traditions... The world changed way too fast for any type of medicine to evolve together. I'm a fan of homeopathy, with literally thousands of remedies. Homeopaths are also lost with patients they get today. Sometimes there's time to heal, sometimes, you need something like a boosting to be able to continue on this planet longer... Just my experience. |
