US documents from 53 years ago reveals it was accepted science that non-thermal radiation was harmful! What happened?

Documents from US Library of Congress from 1966 reveals that they knew that electromagnetic waves caused non-thermal effects. They talk about cumulative effects, and harm on a cellular molecular level.

That movie is almost 30 years old.

When entering an organism, electromagnetic waves cause heating of the tissue through dielectric losses and induction of high-frequency voltage through the blood and nervous system. In cell protein, they create an alternating field with regard to their own charge. Such a field may result in chaining and bunching of the protein. Similarly, the induced dipoles may create amphoteric compounds, such as amino acids and pseudo-macromolecular compounds. Many parts of the organism have electrical characteristics which qualify them as semi-conductors.

The asymmetrical nonlinear volt-ampere characteristic of those elements are mainly responsive for creating the distortion of the alternating signal and a dc component. Thus, a change occurs in some of the electrical properties of the cell, especially in the electrical load. Many living cells, such as nerve cells, have a certain load characteristic for their function. it is important to remember that certain molecules with dipoles are present in the cell fluid and whose biological characteristics, such as oscillation and position, depend on the electrical characteristics of the environment. As the charge of the cell changes, the normal physiological state of the cell also changes. If it is a controlling cell, e.g. a nerve cell, other parts of the organism are also secondarily affected.

The higher the field intensity and the higher the amplitude of the induced voltage, the more intensive the response of various parts of the body. The result is altered cellular balance and subsequent readjustment. when a certain limit is reached, an irreversible collapse occurs in the case of the whole organism or parts of it. If the limit is not reached, the electrical and physical characteristics of the cell return to normal when the high-frequency field is withdrawn, leaving no marked effects."



" It should be pointed cut that the possibility of the existence of the non-thermal effect of electromagnetic waves is generally accepted today, and because substantial experimental documentation exists, it can be considered proven. It has been demonstrated that non-thermal effects also occur with fields of greater intensity, where the rise in temperature is the first reaction of the organism."

" From what has been said so far, it, follows that we have to consider the high-frequency field under certain circumstances as a biologically active part of the environment which can have an unfavorable effect on the, organism"

" It was established that for heating of the body a maximum output density of 10 mnW/cm 2 can be endured, and therefore this was accepted as the maximum permissible intensity. Some called this amount the "tolerance value," and as the maximum permissible intensity 1 mW/cm 2 was proposed. This was accepted by the General Electric Co. and was also used at the Bell Telephone Laboratories. However, a biological effect can be expected at 0.1 mW/cm2 , which is the third value used in the USA. At this output density, we already consider longtime repeated irradiation with the participation of nonthermal effects. And this is the only correct point of view."

Thank you Merializer and sailplane. The copy paste is very useful, and the first Youtube video completely seems to answer the question. That study which Dr. Andrew Marino participated in, was the nail in the coffin, and we have been riding on the same modus operandi ever since.

It is likely through the cell charge and voltage change described in that article that cancer happens,
And it is likely every EHS person was overexposed at a certain time, and that each person has a different threshold where overexposure occurs to cause irreversible changes.

Perhaps each mouse has a different threshold as well, and the NTP experiment was just barely enough over that threshold to get some results.

And perhaps there may be a way to treat EHS with electrons, higher PH and more oxygen.. but how to do that I'm not sure.. this is the recommended idea for treating cancer based on these principles, which would hopefully restore normal cell function by adding more electrons and negative voltage.

 Cancer tumors not only have a low voltage but they go beyond that into a range that it is so low that they are stealing electrons from the surrounding tissues thus lowering their voltage-pulling them down into cancer as well.  
 
Cancer cells possess different electrical and chemical properties than normal cells.

 

The link between voltage and cancer goes back to the late 1930s, when Dr. Harold Saxton Burr used a new-fangled device called a voltmeter to show that tumor tissue has different electrical properties from normal tissue.

 

In the early 1970s Dr. Clarence Cone, a biophysicist at NASA's Langley Research Center in Virginia, traced this difference to a disparity in cell polarization, or how much more negatively charged the inside of a cell is compared with its outside.

 

Tumor cells, Cone found, are less polarized than normal cells, and he suggested that electric polarization might somehow be a regulator of cancer and other cell proliferation.



According to researchers at Tufts University, the two phenomena - lowered polarization and tumor development - are connected by a straightforward chain of events.  

In cancerous tissue the electrical potential of cell membranes is maintained at a lower level than that of healthy cells. Dr. Jerry Tennant says that at +30 millivolts we get cancer, a level of voltage where the polarity has shifted from negative to positive.

Dr. Merrill Garnett reports that all cancer cells have abnormal electron transfer systems and that normal cell development involves normal energy flows.



Dr. Steve Haltiwanger says,

"What is known is that in cancer changes in cell membrane structure, changes in membrane function, changes in cell concentrations of minerals, changes in cell membrane potential, changes in the electrical connections within the cells and between cells, and changes in cellular energy production all occur."

The study seems it was set up to fail from the start. Poorly designed. They even used WiFi microphones for the cages, to listen to the animals, even in the cages of the controls(!). The level of incompetence and ignorance seems quite astounding.

"Wireless microphones: It is hard to believe, but the NTP reports state that the microphones,
located in the air exhaust ducts, that monitored noise levels in each chamber, had a “design based
on WL-93 microphone; Shure Brothers, Inc., Evanston, IL.” The WL-93 model is a wireless
microphone."

In addition, the animals were found to be in extremely poor shape at the end of the study, but they only reported on the cancer aspect.

18 years ago, when my ES was at it's worst, one of the most obvious and helpful things I did was take "high PH" supplements.  At the time I was using Microhydrin from Royal Body Care, but these days I would recommend either Megahydrate, or Phenomenal water, or Pleo Alkala powder.   The first two of these also have a negative ORP, which is also a good thing (antioxidants).

I do find that these interfere with my digestion (as digestion tends to want a low PH), but you can take these when you aren't digesting food, or with the Phenomenal product you can also just spray it on your skin (they also make a skin gel, "Spencers Gel", especially for the skin)

i stumbled on the first video i posted above, and by chance it was around that time period.
But i didn't research what exactly happend, i just thought it was interesting.

The “unexposed” groups of rats were in worse shape than the “exposed” animals and developed just as many tumors.

Are we the "unexposed" group ???.... I always had a feeling, and some experts even say.. that a low signal can be even worse.. but a high signal is bad for us too.. so I don't know what we can do.
