Trampoline for lymphatic system

SuperLaura
My naturopath has had me on homeopathic stuff for lymphatic drainage on and off for 6 months. It didn’t want to clear up, so I did some research and read about rebounding. Its interesting i read on here a few other people have bought trampolines too. Since just using the trampoline for even 5-10 minutes a day (I’ve had it for about 2 weeks) it seems like I am detoxing and draining junk from lymphs a lot faster. I feel less congested, lighter and like I am standing taller. Really interesting that it could be so helpful as opposed to just walking. Just thought I would share! :)

Good to know. I heard that a trampoline (or just jumping in place) can be good to relieve a Hiatal hernia.

The human immune system will not work well without movement. Movement its self has a pumping action. Sedentary behaviour is very bad for health.  Blobbing out in EMR as so many do now is a no no and causes immune system dysfunction all on its own. Bed rest as prescribed by doctors is now recogised as the worst thing you can do for many illnesses even by doctors.

Have you any info of fasting or jeune as a reset for the immune system.  Widely recognised in the East.  Our system immunitaire has a wonderful history rarely recognised my western medicine. This again related to the one week base photo of what is and what is not us, and auto immune disease that now attacks 25% of our developed population.  Have you tried a RESET? REBOOT?

I actually did a 4 day fast (just water and supplements) in December and it went quite badly. I was very sick for about a month as a result and ended up in emergency room. The pounding rapid heartrate was the worst part. I think my body overdetoxed and went too deep into ketosis. It was probably too much since my lymphs were congested in the first place. If I could get over the ketone sickness part maybe a fast would be beneficial, but it was severe to the point of being traumatic so I don’t think I will be trying it again. Maybe under the right conditions with doctor supervision, or maybe juicing would be better. Juicing has helped me a lot. I would think you could get the same kind of results from juicing as you would from fasting or just eating fruits and veggies and gently going into ketosis.

Were you in rads when doing it?  Interestingly what I saw on EU TV was always in remote locations. In the USSR it was widely used for many complaints. Its big business now. They also discovered Phages.  Immune reboot or reset sounds fascinating and may have profound advantages. Western medicines have very obvious limitations in the field of body energies.  Auto immune disease is 25%.  Proof of failure if ever it were needed.

Nope. Where I live now is mostly EMF free. Yes fasting can be great but most of us are so toxic that getting through the detoxing part of the fast feels like dying. A doctor monitoring you is suggested. My potassium dropped dangerously low when I did my fast.

Getting over the first week is supposed to be the very difficult bit. I would love to go somewhere and try it.  What I saw on Arte was most impressive.

Have you tried Chelation?  No one in the UK was willing even to talk about it except Dr Sarah Myhill and she got struck off.   Have you read her stuff?  She is a CFS specialist but went head to head about the EHS with the BMA.   I took Tetracycline for decades and that worked very well but I'm not sure so much  WHY. It takes iron out primarily.  It totally improved my life. I'm a bit frightened  to try the other stronger Commie cures. I could never find some one who could say that it had worked. The French health service said I had mercury poisoning and the UK NHS said it was "heavy metal".  The French don't use mercury fillings any more. The UK do. The UK admits that 4% have mercury intolerance syndrome. They don't do shite about it except they don't require any dental records to be kept any more. What a cover up!

Hey I also saw that documentary of fasting in Arte, and there is a clinic just close by my house (in Konstanz!).

Anyway, what Super Laura says is totally true: some people cannot pass the 3rd day. That is when the big toxin bulk starts to POUR off.

I feel what she does is better for such sensitive cases: juicing!

I can fast, I did that alone, I even did not read about fasting before I did that: my body was so sick, and I felt no hunger, and so I decided to stop skipping one meal, then another, then another, then I had the whole day, and I felt slowly better!

Then I skipped another day, felt even better.
Then after the 3rd, I had the impression I was about 60 -70% better, so I went for jogging and almost collapsed with low sugars in the blood.

BUt then I decided to add a fruit, and felt good. And kept eating one fruit a day for 10 days. It was a GREAT experience.

My body felt like CONTROL + ALT + DELETE: all toxins started pouring off through urine, in ways I could never dream of.

but today, i prefer gentler methods: eating raw food or juicing. I find I can stand longer periods detoxing if I go on raw diet. It's a bit like taking the advantage of fasting, without the disadvantage (lack of nutrients) of it.

some people may get a bad bladder infection during a fast, or even worse: a kidney AND bladder infection, and pretty bad.

It happened to me too, when I forced toxins off with the Violet Ray (high voltage device).

Now I can use the Violet ray for an hour without problem, but I know people that have to go to the ER if they use 10 minutes of the simple Violet ray on their skin...

I also tried the trampoline, it's amazing.. I always feel better after just 1-2 minutes only.
I'd recommend it to anybody, EHS or not.. it's like a quick exercise that also helps move things along in the lymp, especially for those sitting down all days.
Good recommendation!

Re: Trampoline for lymphatic system

Salt Water Cure
You don't even need a trampoline. I discovered simply bouncing up and down on the spot helps:

I happened to feel the need to bounce my head up and down to try and stop the pain, I had before tried shaking my head in desperation to get rid of the pain but it was only mildly effective. However, by bouncing up and down, by bending at the knees; Yes I know this sounds odd and perhaps even dangerous, but by doing this gently enough to just get the brain to increase its weight on the upward motion, it helped decrease the pressure in the Meninges at the top of my head.

[The Meninges (singular: meninx or 'membrane'); are the three membranes that envelop the brain and spinal cord. In mammals, the meninges are the dura mater, the arachnoid mater, and the pia mater. Cerebrospinal fluid is located in the subarachnoid space between the arachnoid mater and the pia mater. The primary function of the meninges is to protect the central nervous system.]

Then on the down ward motion it increases the pressure in this area at the top of the head. This created a sort of pumping motion in the meninges and got the fluid moving and therefore believe it allowed the saltier fluid elsewhere (as I had been taking increased salt and water over the previous weeks), to move into these areas and relieve the pain. I also think it helped flush out the fluid within in the Sulci of the brain:

[Sulci, in neuroanatomy, a sulcus (Latin: "furrow", pl. sulci) is a depression or groove in the cerebral cortex. It surrounds a gyrus (pl. gyri), creating the characteristic folded appearance of the brain in humans and other mammals.]

And boy was it a relief! Pain free at last!

I believe one or two things happened when I did this:

1. It increased the potential for electric current to be dissipated in these areas, by re-balancing the voltage potentials in this area due to the salinity being made equal around this area.

And or:

2. Allowed any fluid that had an increased amount of metal to be flushed out and therefore decreased the difference in voltage potential in this area. I say this because the pain was on the left side of my brain and face, to be more precise and since then I have been tasting a slightly metallic taste in the left side of my mouth. Although this could be a metal filling that is on that side which I might have become more sensitive to? Or God forbid it may be a sign that it is coming loose?

Anyway, I am guessing running or jogging or dancing may have a similar effect as bouncing up and down but by bouncing on the spot you can better control the pumping action and where you want the pumping to happen. This can be done (as I learnt) by making sure that where ever the pain is, that it is at the upper most point by tilting your head.

P.S. I did the bouncing trick again today after I had been on the PC several hours and the pains had come back. It worked just as well as last night and I believe/hope I am on road to full recovery again, i.e. to be pain free as I was for the last 5 years. I just need to keep up my salt and water intake, keep chocolates off the menu and eat more healthily in general.

I will do the bouncing trick anytime the pain may return.

Yes, bouncing just on the spot works as well, the trampoline is maybe a little more than needed in terms of force. Even walking fast is enough to get the lymph moving.. Sometimes it's fun to jump on it though, and it will strengthen muscles as well.
Dancing works great too.
