Thyroid / Adrenal Meds - Elizabeth Thode

Hi there, sorry I have been away, I had to move house and have only just got settled.

Anyway. Now I have a new postal address I would like to do the thyroid / adrenal regime recommended by the above poster. I am hoping Elizabeth will see this message and reply, but y'all might have your own opinions to contribute.  

I would like to know what brands and what exactly to buy.  Ideally a web site address.  

And I am not talking about herbal supplements, but dessicated adrenal etc.  My energy level is very low indeed and I have many symptoms of hypothyroid (not that it shows up on tests).

She has a precise way that you should start (slowly).  I think you start the adrenal support & the thyroid a week later.... but it could be the other way around.  Hope this helps.

Maybe she's on holiday.

I am sorry to appear lazy, not looking for the previous post. the Yahoo interface is not the easiest, plus I am in a new property undergoing renovation. I have also been doing some of this and am exhausted. Not much time to get online. Plus we are having a fun battle with what we first thought was fleas, but it looking like bed bugs too.  I am not liking the chemical spraying but my poor daughter is being eaten alive. :(
