Hi there, sorry I have been away, I had to move house and have only just got settled.
Anyway. Now I have a new postal address I would like to do the thyroid / adrenal regime recommended by the above poster. I am hoping Elizabeth will see this message and reply, but y'all might have your own opinions to contribute. I would like to know what brands and what exactly to buy. Ideally a web site address. And I am not talking about herbal supplements, but dessicated adrenal etc. My energy level is very low indeed and I have many symptoms of hypothyroid (not that it shows up on tests). Hope you guys can help and you are all as well as you can be! xx |
Anyone? Is Elizabeth still around?

Hi, might be worth doing a search in previous posts by Lizzie re. adrenals/thyroid - she has been so helpful to people in this group. Not sure if you are in the UK or the US, but Lizzie recommended me to use a website called The Natural Choice (based in the UK) and to get the Adrenavive II and the Metavive I. They don't cost the earth. I have found them both very very very helpful. I take one of each a day, in the morning. This has meant the difference between me having to give up work and me now being able to tolerate about five hours on the PC at a time (although I still have to modify my working environment). Although we are all different so what works for one may not help everyone!!

This is what she recommends:
Adrenal support: raw glandulars: Adrenal Cortex http://www.nutri-meds.com/Whole_Adrenal_Glandular_p/nm-g-wa.htm Holy Basil Tulsi capsules http://www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson-premium-full-spectrum-holy-basil-leaf-tulsi-400-mg-120-caps Thyroid Helper http://www.wellnessresources.com/health_topics/thyroid_metabolism.php Co-E-Enzyme B Complex http://www.wellnessresources.com/products/super_b_complex.php Liquid iodine: http://www.magnascent.com/ She has a precise way that you should start (slowly). I think you start the adrenal support & the thyroid a week later.... but it could be the other way around. Hope this helps. ________________________________ From: Penny Harper <[hidden email]> To: "[hidden email]" <[hidden email]> Sent: Friday, July 5, 2013 7:20 AM Subject: [eSens] Re: Thyroid / Adrenal Meds - Elizabeth Thode Hi, might be worth doing a search in previous posts by Lizzie re. adrenals/thyroid - she has been so helpful to people in this group. Thanks for the information!
I am sorry to appear lazy, not looking for the previous post. the Yahoo interface is not the easiest, plus I am in a new property undergoing renovation. I have also been doing some of this and am exhausted. Not much time to get online. Plus we are having a fun battle with what we first thought was fleas, but it looking like bed bugs too. I am not liking the chemical spraying but my poor daughter is being eaten alive. :( --- In [hidden email], Marc Martin <marc@...> wrote: > > On July 4, "egg_chips_and_beans" <charliefoulkes@...> wrote: > > Anyone?
