I use to have more gut issues than I do now. I know that my nerves are shot. I feel like I'm plugged into a socket. I got a grounding pad for my bed and I now sleep on memory foam and a feather bed. I had to take the mattressoff my bed. I could hear the springs humming. I sleep better this year than I have for 12 years before. I almost slept through the night once. I onlywake up about 2 times now and I go back to sleep. Still not refreshing though. I plan on camping a few weekends this summer. I can go to the mountains. They aren't far. Ocean is about 1 hour away. I live in southern California. I don't get chills. I'm mostly hot. My temp is on the low side of normal. I've been tested for thyroid problems. special tests said I was in the low side of normal. I got real sick on the Meds. I couldn't take them. Regular test come back normal. Pulse has been high a few times lately. BP has been high off and on for a while. My lymph nodes hurt. I know the hormones are wacky.. My husband is just now starting to understand what I am going through. He is more willing to move. I think now he will participate in the process. There are meds for it, but I have found other things which work, since I also have problems taking meds. Since you mention being better in Mexico.... is there a large forested area or large body of water where you live? I like to hang out, when I have the time, at a well forested state park where there is a white water river with a waterfall. I sit on the ground in the forest there, put my feet in the river while sitting on the rocks, or go hiking in conductive shoes along the shore or in the forest. This allows my excess "electricity" that my body stores to leave my body. If possible I go twice a week. I have been particularly busy lately, so don't get there often and I see it makes a huge (negative) difference after a while. Do you have any gut issues, Linda? Do you ever get the chills or sweats? What about your temperature--is it lower or higher than normal on a fairly regular basis? Your bp is high, while mine plummets, but I have had problems in the past with all the rest that you mention. I have also been dxed with fibro and cfs--spent a boatload on meds/tests/cures. Best cure--dealing with lymphatics and gut issues. I will try to send some info privately on this, as I have shared this info here many times. Hi Evie,
Actually, I was going to detox but I've decided to hold off until I get some strength back. Right now I'm a quivering mass of nerves and can cry at the drop of a hat. I'm eating well, avoiding sugar, chemicals and anything artificial. I would love to use some protein powder but can't find a brand I can tolerate. All have glutamine and I am so sensitive to that. That would great if you could move Linda. Avoidance is the best way. My husband is starting to understand a little now I think but it has been a long hard struggle over here. I too go camping just to get a break from this bombardment of EMF.
I plan to go for a week or two up on the rim where it is cooler than the desert end of July. Hello Diane,
I answered no to most of your questions. I did have bronchitis about a month ago and had to have antibiotics. I think that caused an imbalance in my gut flora. I also had a bit of dental work but in truth, when I bought this new digital phone, I noticed that it bothered me right from the start. I hoped the symptoms would go away but they didn't. I have unearthed, thanks to my daughter, a sixteen year old cordless phone, maybe one of the first made by Sony. I am charging it now and we'll see tomorrow how I do with it.
