Symptom

KathyB

I went shopping this week & the weird dizziness seems to be the wost now.
I still feel light burning, but the dizziness is the wost.

Does it sound odd to everyone,  that when the weather turned colder I'm not burning as much?

What helps the dizziness when going out for some of you?

Kathy

I have suffered dizzyness or rather a sort of whoozy feeling more compared
to lightheadedness or as if I am in a high speed lift for a few seconds for
over  10 yrs, I have just had an MRI which seems to show a mild compression
of my  spinal cord at c4/5 cervical joints, so this has been overlaying my
ES, ie when  at a pc or driving the posture of having my arms outstretched
cuases the pinch  to get worse.  As for the cold weather I to feel better,
perhaps with the  cold comes high pressure which changes the nature and
propogation of RF waves,  also the bodies hormone levels may change in the cold
and so on

Re: Symptom

Was it hard for you to handle an MRI? I have pinched nerves in my rib cage,
caused from sublexed vertibrea years ago.

I'm not sure what is causing it w me. A few years ago I had
my ears cleaned & some vertigo went away.

Had my ears looked at &
the doc. said they're fine. I
feel a kind of flipping in my ears,
 I'm guessing is RF.

That's interesting on the pressure & cold weather.

Adrenal support. Good adrenal AND Thryoid support. Dizziness is usually a symptom of adrenal distress.
What it IS is the blood sugar levels dropping. A symptom of low adrenals, something stressing the adrenals.
While not always possible to entirely stay out of the field of high radiation (cell towers/cell phones/ect) it is possible to mitigate (as in: help prevent severe symptoms) by nurturing/feeding the body **especially with ES people, nurturing the adrenals and thyroid by taking good supplements.
This is common with anything that tends to cause stress on the adrenals.
But like all else, it pretty much depends upon whether that particular person leans more toward low thyroid or low adrenals. Most people who have been under stress end up with BOTH these glands being on the low side. In this case, both NEED to be given daily support-**starting with good adrenal support FIRST, for a few days to a week, and then ADDING in the thyroid support.
Typically, with low thryoid, it can be the opposite, the blood pressure goes UP. Where as with low adrenals, the blood pressure DROPS. But this is a case where the person either has one or the other. Today in our world, it is more common to find both glands not working up to par.

When the weather gets colder, the thryoid has to DO more work. The thyroid gland controls the heat.
So this means that when the body needs more heat, the thryoid gland has to work harder. If not properly supported, this also puts the adrenals under stress. These two glands work together. If one starts to struggle, the other jumps in to help. As for connection with ES, the capillaries, the cells, are being pushed on, so the body isn't getting enough oxygen. This is how my daughter described being in a area with NO cell towers or cell  phones. "Nothing is pushing on me, mom, I can breathe better. I feel light and airy in a good way, like there's not this pressure pushing on my body." This is where anti oxidants *(which this name is an oxymoron, as we use the term to mean GIVE MORE oxygen) tend to help, also where alkalizing and taking the Baking Soda in water, which because it helps alkalize the body, this means it HELPS the body GET MORE oxygen.
There are ways we can mitigate the symptoms. Good thyroid and good adrenal support are one way. Taking Tumeric,  (from www.OrganicIndia.com ) Turmeric | Spice and Anti-Inflammatory Antioxidant - Articles - Mercola  This is info on the benefits of Tumeric.

articles.mercola.com/.../the-spice-that-actually-doubles-as-a-powerful...
Asthaxathin- read the link below, is a heavy duty antioxidant. See Sodium Bicarbonate Dosages and Treatments – IMVA  This is info on Baking Soda, and how it helps the body.

Astaxanthin | Antioxidant Supplement - Products - Mercola  This is info on the product Astaxanthin, how it works.

What all helps adrenal?. Mine must be on the floor w my thyroid. Have to work on both.

My blood pressure is in the normal range but sometimes is  lower.

My heart rate gets lower in high emf's.

RE: Symptom

www.nutri-meds.com   raw porcine thyroid glandulars...capsules or tablets. (tablets you can break in half -as you will need to experiment with the dose). This is a similiar supplement to Armour, which is the alternative NATURAL way to support the thyroid, but with ARmour, you need a prescription, with the nutri-meds, you don't need a prescription. I have found for those who have never taken thyroid support, it seems to work best for those people to take this right before bedtime.

It would help to take your temperature for 6-7 days, first thing in the morning, before you get up, so you can average your temperatures out, and see WHERE your thyroid IS. As the nutri meds is NOT as strong as the ARmour, most people need to take MORE. I find taking two capsules works for me,,but I have done extensive work on my body. For someone else, it may take more.
Depends upon where your temperatures are. The farther south they are, lower then 97.6, the more help is needed. A safe Vit B complex and Selenium and Iodine are part of the support the thyroid protocol. *As for adrenals, the raw glandulars from again, www.nutri-meds.com is what I have found to work best for us. The raw adrenal glandulars taken with Holy Basil Tulsi supplement, which works to help regulate the adrenals. The adrenal support can be taken during the day.
Holy Basil capsules from www.organicindia.com . They also make a Holy Basil tea which I also drink. I add raw organic Ginger slices to my tea, as Ginger is a mighty inflammation fighter and also helps with many conditions, (parasites too, although it is but ONE piece of the protocal for that.) Ginger is also good for helping the immune system.
Spirulena powder from www.naturalnews.com or mercola makes a good one too also is a premier immune booster. All of these are NATURAL ....you will notice.
Most regular doctors will NOT prescribe the ARmour...usually its only the alternative doctors who use this supplement. The regular mainstream docs will push their synthroid, which is lab made, and doesn't help the thyroid gland at all.
Blessings,
Lizzie

RE: Symptom

Lizzy,

Thank you very much for helping with all this. I know you've answered these same questions before. I'll start the iodine soon & see if we need more. I'm taking the super  B complex you told me about. Have to get some selenium or go with a daily brazil nut.

I was so sick over the summer from the smart meter, it was hard to do anything other than survive.

I wish my neighbor would disconnect his wi-fi. I don't  understand how anyone could ignore the studies I shared. They seem to be nice. It's sad how people trust what's going on. If a neighbor shared how something I was doing was making them sick I would stop it, but that's me.

RE: Symptom

Yea, me too. But some people unfortunately just DON'T GET IT!!
I don't mind answering questions. I remember what it was like back then..to have to re read pages and articles many times until I got it.
Brazil nuts are fine...you only have to eat a few of them a day.
And they are more of a soft nut, so easier for some to chew.
I love that Super B from wellness...its the only one I have found to date, that has the right type of pyroxidal-5-P or whatever it is. The pyroxidene is the fiend..the one the body doesn't absorb..they all have this in the B's..but wellness has a good amt of the really important type of B-6. And the thryoid needs that.
