So I was beginning to lose any hope of recovery as you could probably tell by my last ranty posts but I saw the topic of treatment with Chlorella and Spirulina and decided to try it myself with this product --> https://tinyurl.com/y8lexctd . Felt it working from day one and a few days later at 20 of them I was able to use my other computer just fine. No extra ear ringing anymore no burning skin sensations (these are primarily around the forehead and tops of ears with heavy eyed sort of feeling) or feeling extremely stimulated in an extremely uncomfortable way. I'm a week into using these things at 20 a day (may adjust it to 15 just to prolong them a little if that still works for my wallet).
But I noticed I still have issues and the primary trigger is screens, I recently got a new phone and had to lower the brightness to zero because the LCD screen on it (it's a very cheap, bottom line model) is a near instant trigger. Leading to the typical symptoms minus the feeling like anything in me is holding a charge and leading to further chaos outside of leaving me extremely uncomfortable and strung out feeling if not for maybe a headache. I also noticed that when I get these symptoms it also coupled with very dry lips and sometimes gastro-intestinal problems and discomfort. My other phone which I had to get rid of didn't do that when I started taking the clorella/spirulina tablets or that quickly which was a Galaxy S8. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on here? UPDATE: I forgot to state that this morning I also started using a small sprinkle of iodized salt on a chip with no adverse effects and it almost immediately gave me more energy and mental clarity. I tried doing this a long time ago before I had any ideas on how to treat myself at all and was not able to handle doing this. Then I came across this article when I decided to search "iodine and heavy metals" --> https://drsircus.com/detox/iodine-and-detoxification/ . I'm going to keep it very low to that small sprinkle every morning to play it safe but here's a little more progress at least. I'll have to see where this takes me in days/weeks to come but also just putting this out there. ------- "iodine chelates heavy metals such as mercury, lead, cadmium and aluminum and halogens such as FLUORIDE and BROMIDE, thus decreasing their iodine inhibiting effects[1] especially of the halogens." "Halogens are highly reactive, and as such can be harmful or lethal to biological organisms in sufficient quantities. This high reactivity is due to the high electronegativity of the atoms due to their high effective nuclear charge." ------- |
Awesome news!
Have you tried either of these separately? I've seen countless people get worse on chlorella, but maybe spirulina is a strong binder? Anyways, how sensitive are you to detox products usually? I coulnd't tolerate the ACC protocol for heavy metals. |

People can have bad reactions to either spirulina or chlorella... I know that both me & my wife get heart palpitations from too much spirulina, but I can handle small amounts per day.

No I only got the combo tablets, I was so sensitive to iodine before I could barely have any at all without getting deathly ill. I haven't tried anything else besides using cilantro in food daily. I also heard some people can't handle chlorella/spirulina well. I guess I was lucky then? I was able to increase my dose to 20 in days without any major ill effects that cleared up over the next days and now I feel no different having that much but now iodine is feeling like how that did in the beginning of taking it which isn't too hard to handle as long as I keep the dose manageable for my body. I'll have to keep going and see how this goes for me but so far so good, I'm only praying I don't hit another wall but I'll keep optimistic.

I have been taking Chlorella Pyrenoidosa(1 tablespoon) plus Iodine (iosol one drop), 1tsp Black Seed Oil, 50mg Zinc Chelate, one NAC pill for the past 2 weeks or so and it definitely helps a lot.. I give credit to most of the improvement to the Iodine, but combined the effect is even greater. I have yet to add selenium which is said to help more when taking Iodine.

I eat plenty of peanut butter every morning but I should get some sun flower seeds or brazil nuts to have a little more selenium in my diet (I also use chia seeds too if that gives you anything more), I don't feel like I'm entirely deficient there. I've looked into black seed oil and apparently it really lessens the load on your thyroid? Worth a try when I get the chance to and I don't think I have any use for that NAC you mentioned looking it up.

Nice to hear it helps. Ive used chlorella and spirulina separated and gotten mixed results. With spiruline it ended bad, overdosed/hit the wall detoxing wise/ was contaminated or whatever so quitted with it.
When using cheating supplements I think there is vital to find the perfect balance between chelators and binders, as it seems you have found now. At last its what many writes about. Think I will have to try it myself. |
I've now tried high quality chlorella + spirulina 50/50 mix at different dosages. Even at 1 gram at each I get sideeffects, so I have now gone down to 300mg of each, when I take it Maybe I can up ti again if I get detoxified after a while. Its also written on the spirulina packaging to start out low. Same on the chlorella pack I think.
Thus its only algae they are very potent stuff. |
