I was out for a longer drive today,
and on my way back I stopped for some food. In the diner they had 12-15 customers -and a wireless calling system with vibrating plastic things. They were very busy, so even if I was first in line it took some time. While I stood there waiting I felt the wireless impact getting quite violent to my brain, and once they finally had taken my order I went outside to wait. But that was too late, and now (five hours later) my brain feels like mash/stew. Last time this happened it took me four days before I recovered enough to read the papers again, and I was wondering if anybody knows of anything that might shorten the recovery time? |

Sometimes magnesium helps me with this (e.g. large quantities of "Natural Calm" powder in water). I've also had luck with "Microhydrin" or "Megahydrate" in the past, which is harder to find (although easy to get online) Marc |
Thanks,Marc.

Do you have a safe place to sleep - low RF and magnetic field? A good night's sleep after being badly affected can help me, but sometimes the exposure messes with my sleep cycle which makes things worse.

Definitivt.
I have been working on the topic of low rf/mag sleeping area now for the last months, and next step is to build a closed cage big enough for a bed -with some space around it. It will have a double layer of gypsum/plaster boards to shield LF soundwaves, 70mm glava for warmth, and one or more layers of Radiant barrier to shield MW. And it will be on wheels,so I can move it around on the first floor -searching for the best spot. Although I still haven`t found what cable and dimension is needed, for the grounding of RF energy..appreciate any inputs. |
Oh boy I know all about what you're going through there, I feel the same way when I go to someone's house and they have smart everything, everyone is heavily using their cell phones, and top of it a lot of wireless items. For me only rest helps and keeping my nutrition up the days after. I actually started wearing one of those ES hats and it's helping me resist when using modern tech for longer with less immediately severe problems but I still need long breaks or I get really messed up and it sucks. I could try to buy more clothes like one of the jackets and see if that benefits me even more when I have the money set aside. Like I was playing on my other PC not running a very light weight linux system like this one and running a game and between the night before and hopping on this morning it got to be too much even with the hat. Minimal facial burning and immediate chaos but I got a little nauseated and headachy where I now need to take another super long annoying break again. Getting very frustrating. I even got healthier too and severely limited my gluten intake and got safer non metal cooking surface items to cook food with. Feels like this is the best I can do and it sucks.

Nutrition to repair damage and support organs: minerals, magnesium, vit C liposomal, chlorella, spirulina Detox, and antioxidants. charcoal, diatomaceous earth, bear garlic, OPC... EARTHING, grounding, for at least 2 hours, feet on grass. Now I'm learning about 2 homeopathic products that I'll try: X-ray and Radium bromatum. |

Yes, the last time that happened to me was driving past a petrol station about 9 months ago but fortunately I just kept driving and got away from whatever EM was in that spot and I soon recovered.

How about good old fashioned exercise - I find smacking seven piles of crap out of a punch bag helps followed by a hot suana - I then go on to ruin everything by downing to many beers !! Damm

I find different types of fatty foods help regain and repair the neurons if brainraped.

No,boxing would definetivt not be the thing to do
after just having my brain mashed. Exercise as a precautionary thing, yes. Started taking Magnesium (and Iodine) this week. Damn that messed me up. Cirka thirty hours after Day 1 and the first tablette my Es-syndroms got significantly worse, and stayed that way into day three. Okay, having taken one tab a day and feeling no effect on day four, I did three tabs as a part of cleansing the digestive system. (I have eaten copious amounts of apples and orange juice this week) But things did not loosen up as expected, instead later in the evening I ran a fever and had aches really all over my biological system. Not sure what to think of that. Could be from the body relieving itself of poison/heavy metals, or it could be from the body just redistributing those poisons inside its own system, instead of getting them out. Also experienced a total drainage of energy. |
Strange thing happened this week though;
after having severe pains in the hip/lower back getting steadily worse for a period of six weeks, the last days it has..eh..it has not been nearly as debilitating as before. Related to those pills,I wonder. |

Hi everyone, I find that Molybdenum which needs to be taken with food or just after to work aptly and or or Water Kefir which I find works best on an empty stomach, significantly reduce or even eliminate the after effects of emf exposure within a few hours if not less.
|
Bump, has anyone tried the suggestion of Molybdenum and//Water Kefir for the aftereffects of emf exposure??? I find this works for me fast and I recover within an hour or two. Curious about everyone else's experience.

Curious about everyone else's experience. I have found water kefir and other probiotic beverages to be quite acidic, and like other acidic things these tend to my ES symptoms worse, not better. Can be good for the digestion, though. Marc |
Thanks for telling me Mark, I had this issue with Milk Kefir, made the toes of my feet swell up and my hands and feet dark, though this was with the homemade version always, the commercial version, I found and still find to be OK, I live in the UK . In regards to the "aftereffects", I find Molybdenum reduces the remaining burning and pressure sensations as well as dizziness and can be taken standalone, but is not very effective on an empty stomach.
