Sleep Terrors?

SuperLaura
Anyone else experienced night terrors? Waking up kicking and screaming and terrified? Could this be EMF related? I had it one time where I thought I was literally going to have a heart attack and it took a long time for my hubby to wake me up. And when I woke up I was disoriented and confused and had temporary amnesia. And it took like 5 minutes to lower my heart rate which was going crazy I thought I was going to die. Scariest thing I've ever experienced. Its more mild now on the occasion it happens...just waking up really scared or hubby has to wake me up cause I'm kicking and screaming. I wonder what causes this??

To answer your question...somewhat and rarely.  This sort of thing is the last phase of my insomnia when I have had really strong exposure.  It is an altered state of consciousness...brain is affected--in short, insanity of sorts--certainly panic attack.  EMFs known to cause panic attacks.  Mainly affects me 3 a.m. or after and mostly disappears with the dawn.  I have learned not to believe my thinking at that time.  Does not happen much now as I have avoided strong exposure.

But I very frequently have tachycardia...

for tachycardia...see if you have hiatal hernia...that makes mine worse.  About half of all chiropractors can adjust...

also I found avoiding migraine triggers (of all things) reduced tachycardia... things like chocolate and red wine...

I haven't experienced those, but have heard from several people who began to wake up around 3-4 AM with their hearts pounding and feeling as if they'd had a nightmare but could not remember it.  They found out later that a smart electric meter had been installed on their homes and that the 3-4 AM time was when the big information exchange took place between the meters and cell towers.

Thanks for the reply Lynnezhu. I used to have very high exposures to emfs and insomnia, but I don't really so much. I sleep in a rf shielding tent now, part of it is conductive so I've grounded it to the actual ground to limit exposure to electric fields. I do have a kinda high magnetic field coming up from under the bed which I am wondering might be causing me to wake up scared? I also notice that when my doctor puts me back on my parasite herbs these things tend to increase so I wonder if that correlates? I used to have panic attacks all the time when I was around microwave radiation but that only happens occasionally now when I leave the house and am over exposed. My exposure is much less than it used to be because I'm constantly making upgrades to my shielding and limiting what I use so why I would have such an extreme thing happen I have a hard time making sense of. I do wake up within the first 90 minutes of going to sleep.. thats usually when I have the waking up scared thing. Lately I have found I am getting headaches in the evening when I am in bed and waking up with the same headaches.. so I know something aint right lately and I wonder if its the magnetic fields messing with my brain. The magnetic exposure up to like 2mG where I sleep at night or 200nT.

thanks for the reply Fog Top! The smart meters were here before I moved (apartment complex) but I could understand why people would wake up when those are installed!!

I've been waking up hot and sweating even if it's not hot.
Maleapause?
Whatever it is I hate it. Schizandra helps a little and I'm taking Calcium D Glucarate and DIM to help reduce any possible estrogens

Sugar or refined carbs make my hot flashes worse fwiw.  And others report this.  So check on diet prior to these events.  And yes maleapause...  Women will take progesterone in these circumstances.  I don't know if recommended for men.

Hmm never heard of Schizandra, looks very intriguing.

As far as diet I haven't been able to make any correlation... But I will keep that in mind!
