Re: Sensory Overload

Patricia
i wonder what would happen if you ate a lot of
fresh fruits and vegetables... especially greens.
greens contain calcium and magnesium,
nature's painkillers - and i'd think they would
also maybe mitigate sensitivity to other things,
where nerve endings may be 'raw'.  our diets
usually do not support life.  i've been eating
lots of fresh fruits, veggies and greens - as
much raw as possible.  animals do quite well
on this kind of diet.  i find i am doing better
now that i am eating that way.  seems that
things are mellowing out.  gotta go get the
radio from the house and measure the
escaping electricity from this system - which
is a hybrid city/solar power mess.  ?!?!?!?!?
at least the owner is becoming educated
about it all.  in the meanwhile, i sleep in a
tent.  hahaha... i LOVE it.  NO CRAMPS!!!!
lots of chicken concerts early in the morning,
but no leg cramps.
love, patricia
