I'm wondering how many people here eat seafood?
Jack Kruse recommends seafood, and I was eating zero seafood.
My girlfriend used to eat it and she was fine, when she stopped she got problems within a year.
He says DHA and Iodine are important. I found a cold pressed DHA supplement so I will try that.
I also got emulsified Vitamin D which was recommended by a nutritionist and Schinoussa Sea Vegetables with E3 live which he also recommended. He was a really fit guy with lots of energy, working in a place that is filled with Wifi, so I was surprised how good he was doing. He said he eats seafood regularly, like shrimp and salmon. He also used the Vitamin D and DHA oil he recommended and the Sea Vegetables. He also ate "perfect" Whey from Newzealand and goes to gym regularly, he had a lot of muscles.
Well, I'm too sensitive to eat regular tuna (hypersensitive to mercury), although I'm fine with sardines and also the "low mercury" tuna (light skipjack)

Thanks, good to know. I didn't know there is low mercury tuna.
