Hi Charles,

I am the suspicious one living in the shielded room!
I am quite sure that if I had used "New Age stuff" as you and others in
this list suggest for everyone who asks, then I probably wouldn't be
here today (literally)!

I am still waiting for your answer/justificaton of your earlier
statements that Wille Borlin commented, see below: (tagged "<>")

much closer.
Obviously the object must be to kill incoming radiation completely,

So why not always choose the best?

My friends cage has nothing to do with what was radiating ten years ago,
it was so well planned that it is still state of the art,
since the basic physics concerning radiation has not changed.

<>Finally you say that the paint has to be grounded.
Grounding has absolutely no effect in medium and high-frequency shielding.
Either you have a good shield or not.

Which is a little mysterious when you say;

<>"But never, all the walls, ceiling and floor should be shielded.
Always leave something open."

Why ?
If you leave one sector open it may enhance the effects of radiation so
once again, what do you mean?

Well, whatever works!

As for me, shielding off my bedroom/house was not going to help my main
problem, which was sitting in front of my computer at home and at work.
For me, the "new age stuff" worked much better than shielding or
switching to an LCD monitor, and has the added benefit that it can be
used while you're shopping, travelling, and can be used not only for
chemical sensitivities but also food and chemical sensitivities.
But again, I had to try a *lot* of stuff before I found ones which worked
for me -- most people I think would have either given up or simply could
not afford it.

Sorry Charles,

the only mail that I can find (in the complete message listing on Yahoo)
that is on the same topic as my questions is this: "From: "charles"
<cclaessens@c...> / Date: Sun Feb 29, 2004 10:08 pm / Subject: Re:

Here I repeat the questions:

1) You say that the paint has to be grounded. Why?
2) "But never, all the walls, ceiling and floor should be shielded.
Always leave something open." Why?

Hello Anders Eriksson,

you are quite right, my message does not appear in the complete message
listing on Yahoo.

I wrote on 01-03-2004:

Hello Wille Borlin,

you wrote:
>Obviously the object must be to kill incoming radiation completely,
>always chase for the stars.............
>So why not always choose the best?

First of all, not many people can afford that.
There are people who have spend 60,000 dollars on shielding, and were
disappointed with the results!
The meaning of good shielding is, that you feel comfortable in your home.

There are cages, used by the military and research laboratories (a glimpse
you may see in my english version of *het bitje*), which they call *anechoic
rooms*. They are completely shielded.
A number of people have difficulties in there. They feel very uncomfortable
in it. I know people who had to leave after 10 minutes.
Astronauts nowadays do have a Schumann (7.83 Hz) frequency generator with
them, when they go out into space.
In an anechoic room, these Schumann frequencies are shielded off also.
The same goes for a totally shielded room.

Therefore I wrote:
>"But never, all the walls, ceiling and floor should be shielded.
>Always leave something open."
There must always be an opening where the cosmic radiation can enter your
room.
Most of the time, the HF radiation comes from a horizontal level, and from a
few directions. It is not necessary to shield then in the opposite
directions. Only against the sides it is coming from.
The HF radiation goes straight away. It does not take bends or turns.
But it can reflect against certain surfaces.
Therefore a good HF meter is important to check and recheck.

You wrote:
>Finally you say that the paint has to be grounded.
>Grounding has absolutely no effect in medium and high-frequency shielding.
>Either you have a good shield or not.
Normally, when you shield against high frequencies, the used materials do
not have to be grounded, because the radiation will be absorbed and
transformed into heat.
But is is different with these paints. Contrary to the wallpapers, films,
etcetera, the paint is electrically conductive. It can therefore pick up
electrical AC fields from lines in the walls, and therefore it MUST be
grounded, according to safety regulations. So the grounding has nothing to
do with the high frequencies, but with the possible pick-up of low frequency
fields.

And! In my opinion, it is good to shield the bedroom, but use other *things*
at the same time.
Don't forget, dr. Gruen proved with his *watering the seeds*, that
longitudinal waves go right through a cage of Farady.
And for heavy electrosensible persons, those *things* are not enough;
shielding is also neccessary.

Re: Re:[eSense] windows

WILLE BÖRLIN
Well Charles.

Somehow i thought i new the answer in advance.

But,
apart from that,
the construction of a little 7,83 Hz oscillator is simple,
but,
how is a efficient and useful antenna constructed?

Thanks in advance for tips and perhaps drawings or plans.

Schumann Oscillator

Drasko Cvijovic
In reply to this post by charles-2
Charles, in your recently (re)posted message you say that a Schumann
Oscillator should be supplemented in addition to shielding...

I keep wondering about that issue for some time as I noticed myself that
background "noise" has to do something with how I respond to certain EMFs.
For example when it's sunny outside, all my ES symptoms are much much
better, even if I am in a room without windows. Has anybody noticed
something similar, please let us know. (I am also interested in any
apparently weird personal observations like this one is.)

Also, according to works of Dr. Litovitz, there are findings that a "white"
(random) noise reduces effects of EMF signals (to chicken embryos etc.).
There is a protective device based on it, (it intentionally generates
electrosmog itself!), but as far as I know, they sell it just for mobile
phones, implanted in a battery. http://www.emf.com/biochip.html

I would be very happy to hear any first - hand experiences with Schumann and
noise generators, also about problems, brands, characteristics, prices etc.

Hello Drasko and other members,

first of all, your statement *I am also interested in any
> apparently weird personal observations like this one is.)* is completely
out of order.

Teh very nice thing about this newsgroup is, that everybody can express
his/her feelings / experiences.
Nobody will be laughed at.

*apparently weird personal observations* do not exist here.
They are just observations.
They are not weird.
We just do not have a rational explanation for it, at this moment.
But tomorrow somebody may come up with a true theory.
Who knows?

I do know, that we, humans, do need cosmic radiation, whatever that all may
be.
Part of it is the Schumann frequency.
If it is not sufficiently present, sensible people feel that, and they are
uncomfortable.
Normal people need more time to feel uncomfortable.

There are a number of discussions that this frequency is not 7.83 Hz
anymore, but should be higher.
Some speak about 10 or 11 Hz, but that is all theory.
Measurements show, that it still is 7.83 Hz.

I do not know Dr. Litovitz, but I know of some research, where anti-noise is
generated.
First the noise profile is measured, and the anti-noise has a curve, just
the opposite form.
This anti-noise is than feed via loudspeakers, and the result is a very
quiet sound.
They want to use it with exhaust pipes of trucks.
It was on Discovery, if I remember correctly.

There are several companies that make a Schumann generator.
I use one a dutch one, which costs 158 Euro

Hi Marc,

my experience from ES tells me that if I can rest and sleep in an
environment with low levels of EM-fields (shielded room) then I can coop
with the daily amount of EM-fields. If i for instance get exposured from
several hours in a car or to many hours in front of the TV-set , then i
have to back of from further exposure for a while (a while can be
anything from a few days to months (or even years back in 1994)!

greetings,

Anders Eriksson

Hell Wille Borlin,

so you are clearvoyant.

My Schumann frequency generator is a small box, without any antenna.
I do not know how it is constructed.

I am not an electronics do-it yourself-constructor.
Otherwise I would have just one apparatus, which I am constantly trying to
improve further.
In stead I have more than 20 meters, who work.
They can be seen on:
http://members.rott.chello.nl/cclaessens/Pagina36c.html

Of course I have other things, like a Multiple Wave Oscillator (Lakhovsky),
a Molecular Oscillating Resonance Instrument (Rife, Clark) ,
the Blood Optimizer according to dr Beck, and several different Zappers.

Well Charles.

Somehow i thought i new the answer in advance.

But,
apart from that,
the construction of a little 7,83 Hz oscillator is simple,
but,
how is a efficient and useful antenna constructed?

Thanks in advance for tips and perhaps drawings or plans.

Yes. I have heavy weather sensitivities and full moon sickness as well. I see those phenomena as electrical phenomena as well.

I agree that we need the natural fields and radiation very much.
