No, I haven't. I mean, awhile ago (a few years maybe) I took a B-complex
then. Is B12 the one that is sublingual?

Yes, Amy,

You have to take it sublingually, and I had to take it just before bed for it to work.  I took it for a long time during the day and saw no help with the vibrations.  The first night I tried it, tho, I almost immediately saw a difference.  Don't know if it will work for you that way or not, but that was a very aggravating symptom that I am glad not to have to persevere any longer.  ;)  I hope it helps you if you try it.

Thank you Diane, I'll give it a try. I'll try it at night too.

A bit late, but on the subject of Vitamin B-12, my doctor
has me taking a supplement that is supposed to support the
liver's methylation process ("Methyl SP" by Apex Energetics).
These capsules have a fair amount of Vitamin B-12 in them,
and in total just from these I am getting 20000% of the
RDA for B-12. These is not sublingual, although it has
been shown that you can absorb B-12 if you include
some additional stuff to help it absorb ("intrinsic
factors", which is fancy-talk for "hog stomach")

I've gone through bottles and bottles of this stuff,
and it has been recommended to me by more than
one practitioner over the years (using various
methods of testing for a "need" for it -- EAV,
muscle testing, etc.)

I have no idea if this supplement is helping with
anything, although my ES did seem to diminish when
I went from 2 caps per day to 4 caps per day.
This could have been a coincidence... I don't
know.
